Good budget adventure
We had a 3 day trip with Bencia over the easter weekend to Nakuru-Naivasha and Hells gate. We were pleased overall with everything, all the things promised were delivered upon, we had a great game drive in Nakuru, as well as a really nice bike trip in Hells gate. One thing which was disappointing was the boat trip on Naivasha - but this was optional and was not organized by Bencia.
We went with an open top minivan, which wasnt exactly the newest, but was comfortable enough and got us where we needed to go. The accommodation was rudimentary and low on comfort, and there are better and more comfortable places to stay - but for the price we paid I think we got what we expected. To note: accommodations were clean, there was hot water so no issues to report there. The second night stands out at Naivasha as the camping spot had a wonderful view and was amazing.
Our guide/driver and cook were both great and very helpful and friendly. Food was great, we had a nice tour of Kenyan cuisine!
All in all, I would recommend Bencia.

Reliable tour operator
I was looking for a tour operator to go on safari in Masaii Mara and I shortlisted Hyrax Safaris. I spoke with Roselyne who works in Hyrax safaris and I found answers to all my question. It is a reliable tour and you ll get exactly what they sell you. You can trust them without any doubt.
The service was good (accomodation, food, guide, vehicle..) and Roselyne was helpful during my trip in Kenya

Everything was handled in a very professional and courteous manner.
The transport, accommodation and safari all lived up to expectation. Prim who was our Driver/Guide was very hospitable, knowledgeable and good company overall.

Great experience with great guide
We had a great experience with Biko tours. They were very patient when preparing offer for us. They were able to find perfect price/experience solution. The best part was tour itself, where we were greally lucky and had the best guide, we could imagine. He was patient to answer all of our questions, telling us his life stories and best of all, thanks to him, we were able to find Big 5 in just 4 days tour. I highly recommend this agency and if I ever come back, I’m going with them, again.

Feel like family
It was our first time in Africa. Martha, Edward and the whole staff of Big Time Safaris made us feel at home. They were always there for us. We had an amazing time with them. And also it was an incredible safari time for us.

Very excellent with a good knowledge of animals
We had a good experience during our tour to uganda organised by KatsamAdventures, our good guide Ronnie bless him amazing snd so knowledgeable at tressing the animals in the park (lake Mburo national park).
We continued to Bwindi impenetable National park and it was marvellous when we went for trekking , the sliver back was so funny and protective of its family. We thank on the behalf of the team for the prompt covid 19 test resuits which we got in time and enabling us to catch our flight to london
Further more i would like to extend my warm thanks to KatsamAdventures for such epic skills to have permitted us to have such a wonderful time and we are looking forwards going back East Africa in particular uganda for more Adventures

The best experience ever
Me and my girlfriend did a 7 day tour and it was the best ever. We saw the big five and many other animals. I highly recommend this company and their staff in general

Best tour guide I have ever had (Khalifa)
The safari jeep was top quality and was very comfortable. I have travelled many countries around the world and have never had a better tour guide than Khalifa. He made the tour so enjoyable. He had so much knowledge about Kenya and the safari animals.
The best thing about the trip is that he was willing to change the itinerary to whatever you wanted for the day. He was soo good for toilet breaks and choosing great lunch locations. His help with the covid 19 test and our transport back to the airport was top notch. I would highly recommend using axis safari as they really pride themselves in looking after the guest. The value of the safari was also the best in Kenya. I will be back again.
