Pleasant to deal with the management, but the guide left something to be desired

Best experience with the best operating tour
Me and my wife did the safari together for our honeymoon in July.
We did the tour with Shabani, which was a kind, patient and amazing driver.
We got lucky and had the chance to witness everything we were expecting to see, if not more.
The special lunch we eat are pretty good, and not just sandwiches like most tour.
Shabani speak a very good and fluent French/English.
This tour will remain as one of our best memory.

An extraordinary trip with an extraordinary guide!
We called Kimgoni for a 10-day safari in May 2023. It was more than just a safari, it was a human experience that we will never forget. The organisation of the trip was perfect from start to finish. Philipo and his team send you the program in advance that you can change or validate it. They met all our expectations. Everything was well organised. We have nothing to do except enjoying landscapes and animals. We visited several natural parks: Tarangire, manyara, serengeti, ngorongoro crater, arusha. Our guide Nahum was the best guide ever, he knows the parks and the animals like the back of his hand, he knows where to go to as many animals as possible. He speak french very well, he was always on time and he has very in-depth knowledge about flora and fauna.
We definitely recommend Kimgoni!

Best Safari Experience
We did a group Safari with 22 Family members and Joel helped us to customize the whole Trip to accomodate our wishes. He was very responsive and helpful with all the crazy questions we had and very patient with us.
We totally went blind when we booked with Mufasa, we read their reviews, asked for quotation and went for it, and it was the best decision we made.
By Mufasa the small guests are also Welcomed. We had 2 Babies on Board the Jeeps and on request they Provided us with carseats for them which was very practical as the Babies could also experience and discover the animals.
We got the best of tour guides, Muturi, Leonard and Kephar. They are a gem. Their knowledge of the animals was impressive. They are kind and friendly. Full of humor and made this whole trip memorable. They made sure we get to see the Big Five in Maasai Mara and Rhinos in Lake Nakuru. They made sure we enjoyed every single moment.
We went as a family and they won’t stop praising about the experience. Apart from that they are very helpful to other drivers who are in trouble... Like pulling others out when stuck, helped Others to Change their burst tires... These actions spoke millions.
In Maasai Mara we spent 2 nights at Enkorok mara camp, it was a nice experience in the tents. The staff were friendly and the Food was delicious. In Lake Nakuru we stayed at the Lake Nakuru Lodge for 1 night and all was also very nice.
We met as strangers but left as friends.

A professional and expert tour experience
I made my booking the day before based upon the reviews and was not disappointed. The pick up in the morning at my hotel went smoothly and we arrived at the park at 9:00 am. The tour guide Benny was very knowledgeable and funny. He made sure that we got many opportunities to see the wildlife.
The only small issue was that the lunch which was included had limited options. However, overall experience was great.

Good communication, very nice guide, and excellent accommodation.
Communication was good. We had a very nice guide called Godson, we learned a lot from him. Also the accommodation was perfect to relax. Professional Safaris is also run by a local entrepreneur which in my opinion is also important.
I do recommend contacting the company to ask them where you should go bases on the dates you are travelling, they know best where you need to be at which time of the year to make the most of your safari.

Awsome experience
We have had the best safari we could dream of. The key has been having an exceptional guide (Justin) who has made us enjoy every minute of Tanzania. We were picked up at Seronera, saw the migration, every corner of the Serengetti, NGorongoro, Lake Manyara and Taranhire. Justin adapted to our needs at all times, with flexibility, making plans easy, interacting with the local population... an authentic immersion in Tanzania. Great company, best guide (Justin). 100% recommendable.

The agency (our consultant Anja) was very fast responding since the 1st email that we exchange. Suggested the itinerary that we liked and changed it according to our wishes.
Available 24/7, which was useful as it turned out when we experienced some issues during our journey. Good choice of accommodation, also good value for money.

It was a very good Safari experience, the seven foreign friends in the car were very good, the guide was also very patient and responsible, and would take us to find the animals that were difficult to appear in the park, and would also explain their living habits to us. Accommodation and food conditions are quite good, you can choose! In short, we are very satisfied!
Once a lifetime experience
We had such a great experience with Furaha! We highly recommend it. You won't regret making that choice.
Even before the tour started, the communication with Phil was always prompt and couteous. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the moment we were dropped off at the airport (5am in the morning), we have experience nothing but professional service. Our driver and guide were Noel and Vincent and they were so experienced and considerate. I cannot say enough about them. Noel has more than 20 years of experience in the business and Vincent is a young and handsome man with several years of experience under his belt as well. They drive safely and know where to find the animals. I cannot count the times they stop the jeep and point to a direction for us. They see better with their naked eyes than us with binoculars. We saw all big fives on the trip. Along Mara River, we saw 5-6 big group crossings in one morning thanks to their experience. Noel just knew when to wait and when to move on. We were so lucky to have them on the tour. Also, both of them are very knowledgable about animals, birds. plants, geology, and Masai people. WeI have learned a great deal during this short safari trip. We all had a wonderful time and my kids keep asking when we will be going back for another tour. Overall, it far exceeded my expectation and I would not hesitate to recommend Furaha to any friends if they want to take a safari tour there. Having the right guides makes all the differences and we are happy we found Furaha.
If I may make one suggestion: prepare a few masks in the jeep in case the guests don't have their own. The roads in the national parks are so dusty sometimes. It is a small price to pay to see the wild animals in their natural habitat.
