Great experience with a budget safari in Kenya. Absolutely recommended.
Douglas was my agent, and I would recommend him to everyone. He checked on me regularly before and during my trip, and he was always responsive. Minor changes happen along the way, and Douglas and the drivers were always quick to make adjustments to ensure a smooth trip.
Throughout the 7-day long safari I had three drivers, and I was able to see all the animals you go to see in Kenya. The drivers were all friendly, but more communication from them would have been nice, both in regards to what we were seeing in the moment, and our plans for the day.
The budget accommodations were all satisfactory, and the camps exceeded my expectations, thanks to comfortable beds, pretty decent food, and private bathrooms. If anything, I ended up preferring the camps (4 nights) over the budget hotels (2 nights).

Personal and authentic day out with Tongesai
We did a day trip with Tongesai through the Chobe National Park with transfers either side of the trip to Victoria Falls. Tongesai was reliable and on time throughout the day. We were picked up at our hotel and he accompanied us for the whole day. We firstly did a boat cruise on the Chobe River with our Botswana guide, John. He was so knowledgable and really showed us some of the best bits of the park. Our lunch stop at the lodge was great and then we went on to do our game drive. We were a group of 4 adults and had our own game vehicle. I don't know if that is standard or if that is just because we were visiting as they enter their low season, but either way the whole day felt very personal and intimate. Not like a tour where you're ferried around in huge groups. It was perfect for us and I will be recommending tours with Tongesai to all those who visit Zimbabwe or the surrounding attractions.

Reliable Company, easy communication, nice driver, best price
From the first contact until the last day, i had a good and precise communication with the company. All my questions before and after booking have been responded by Paul immediately. The price was very good, compared to other safari companies. We have been picked up at Mombassa airport and started a wonderful three day safari in Tsavo West and Amboseli, ending in our hotel at Diani Beach. Our driver Cleavers was a careful driver and a nice person, who explained us a lot in the parks and answered all our questions. We felt very well and secure, hope to come back.

Very Informative and professional
Set at the foot of Mt Kilimanjaro in Amboseli Ol Tukai was our first destination. One of the staff at Smart Voyage is a good friend so I decided to give them a try. My husband and I are quite adventurous so this trip was very exciting. So many elephants in the park! The game drives were very delightful. Our guide had the knowledge necessary for the tour. Very professional as well. The morning view of the Mt Kilimanjaro had me on site. From Amboseli was straight to Nakuru. No words could describe the beauty of the Cliff. The view of the lake was stunning. The ambience out of this world. Loved their spa as well. The food was incredible as well. Maasai Mara was our last stop. We stayed at the beautiful Ilkeliani camp. The highlight of the trip was the well set bush breakfast and the hot air balloon. The suites are very private and the bathroom my God! The bathrooms have views on all sides and include an indoor shower that opens to the outdoors. The camp offers a fusion of French and Italian cusines with a hint of Africa. This was a new experience and totally loved it. Our safari from the Mara back to Nairobi was smooth and very comfortable. Thank you Smart Voyage for a lifetime safari.

Outstanding 4 Days Kenya Safari
Great communication while booking by Maggie the MD. She explained us everything and this helped us make our decision . We were a group of 10 Pax and used two jeeps for the Masaimara and Nakuru safari . We enjoyed every bit of it and the boat ride in Naivasha was out of this world . Our driver Kikitu was excellent . Lenchada and Lanet matrfam were super in food and service and very friendly staff. We have already recommended a group to travel with Bison Safaris and if you are planning ion going for a safari in Kenya pls look no further as Maggie and her team will really take good care of you. Thank you to Bison team for an excellent safari organization .

Great value, clear communication
We really enjoyed our Safari with Safari With Us! The communication was clear throughout the trip, and the staff at Kruger Adventure Lodge was so friendly and accommodating. For a 4-day Safari/Panorama Route experience, this was great value for money. Having a company to coordinate the transfers and communication with the lodge was really convenient and allowed us to focus more on the experience rather than the logistics.
