Nairobi- Chris is a great guide- very well-informed, kind, attentive, courteous and super funny. He provided the transfers and was my guide for going around Nairobi. He always made sure that everything is safe, comfortable and that I would have fun. Thank you Chris for everything.
Masai- I was very fortunate to have Daniel as my guide/driver for this Masai mara trip. He is very attentive, perceptive, great sense of humor and very courteous to everyone. Amazing and Well Versed with Mara !!!
This was the second time that i visited Masai Mara and my previous experience with Namayiana it was a no brainer which operator to choose and like last time it was not a regret, Namayiana team is a bunch of enthusiast people who make sure your wildlife experience is a memory and as i am now like a family to John Mpairo who is the owner of Namayiana, I got the privilege to have Moses as my Guide and Simon as the driver, the 3 days in mara was wonderful, infact got not only glimpse the big 5 but a very relaxed and long sighting specially the Single horn Rhino, we were with this wonderful but very shy and aggressive animal for over 20 min, we almost go the cheetah kill hadn't it been because of the smart zebras, we visited the sand river which lot of people miss but Moses had different plans for us and its was wonderful experience as well. As i am a wildlife lover and enthusiast that 4 days is never fulfilling 2for me but with Namayiana i get the comfort and assurance that i will atleast have memories that i can cherish and tales i can pass on. Amazing tour! Everything planned in detail.
I would like to recommend to everyone who is interested in visiting (South) Africa and/or doing safari, to go with Shikwaru Adventures!
I cannot stress enough how well this trip was planned, and we felt comfortable, safe, and as if we were with a good friend. The price is more then reasonable for the experience you will get.
We will be back for another trip in Botswana with our guide, as we loved her so much!

Adventure of a Lifetime
Before coming to Kenya, I’ve been contacting several agencies, but must say that communication with Ibrahim was the best. He prepared perfect itinerary and was answering all the questions and requests I’ve been asking. They did take care of us from the very first minute we arrived to Nairobi till the final before departure.
We booked private 4x4 jeep safari, and we have been guided by Johnathan, who is truly the best of the best!!!

I am a Mexican, living in Germany.
My experience with Shikwaru was great, I couldn't ask for more or can't think of something that could be improved. From the beginning, when we were planning our trip they were extremely responsive, professional and friendly. All of our questions were answered in advanced (and we had many questions). We didn't have to worry about anything and just enjoy our trip. We were always taken care of from beginning to end.
The trip itself was amazing, our guide was the best. She knows so much about the cities (Joburg, Cape Town) we visited and even more about all the animals we saw during the safari.
Every single game drive (safari drive) was amazing, we found all big 5 and even more amazing animals. Our guide explained so much about every animal, it was an all-round experience.
Comparing prices and talking to friends who have been to safaris I am convinced we got great value for our money, looking back I think this trip was even worth more!
I am so thankful to Shikwaru for this once in a lifetime experience. I can highly recommend them and I am for sure coming back for more!!

Lion King Adventures was an amazing company. They were very responsive with our initial inquiry and sent us the perfect itinerary for the limited time we had for safari. They ensured all of our requests were realized from accommodations to transports. Our guide Meshack was wonderful. He made us feel very safe and was extremely respectful. He made sure we were able to see all the animals, including the big 5. He is an excellent driver on the rougher terrains of the parks. Overall, we had a great experience and recommend Lion King Adventures and Meshack to all who are looking to go on safari.

Great organization
We did a 4 day camping tour to Tarangire, Serengeti en Ngorongoro. It was great! Everything was well organized and thoughtfully put together. The food was good. The driver Albert knew so much about the animals and was an awesome spotter. We saw so many animals! He was very nice. Good value for money.

Extremely professional, kind and friendly.
We did a 5 day 4 night budget/camping safari with African Big Cat safari’s and it was a 5 star experience! Our guide Obed was extremely accommodating and tailored each day to our wants and needs. Obed had in depth knowledge on all the national parks and the wildlife within them, he answered all of our questions and helped us seek out the wildlife we were most interested in. We saw all the wildlife we wanted to see and more- it was an unforgettable experience.
The whole trip was well organised and went smoothly- we couldn’t have loved it more!!! Also the food provided by our private chef Dickson was delicious- he prepared a wide variety of food each day and made sure we never went hungry.
Booking the trip via the safari bookings and then communicating with the team via email was a simple and easy process. I couldn’t recommend African Big Cats safari’s enough we had the most amazing trip and felt safe and comfortable at all times. We will definitely be back again for another Safari!!

Wonderful 4 days safari Gorillas and Queen Elizabeth park
Had an amazing time in Uganda on my safari which was perfectly organised By Birchill expeditions, communication from very first time was so swift and they my booking so smooth and easy.
I did gorillas but this was an amazing experience in Uganda that I had on my bucket list, being close to them that's a breath taking moment in life, I also had an amazing time at Lake Bunyonyi relaxing and doing a canoe around the lake.
The boat cruise and the game drive in Queen Elizabeth national park were really amazing and wonderful, had a chance to alot of animals crocodiles, lions, leopard, lots of elephants.
Accommodation was so excellent and the services offered were really wonderful
Communication between me and Laura was so great.
I highly recommend them for your safari.

Great Safari with a nice and lovely tourguide
My friend and I went to the 3 day Masai Mara Safari and it was great. Dickson as our driver was very patient, knows a lot about all the animals and always tried to find us a good place for the best fotoshot! He always waited until we are done with taking pictures and let us have a good time as a group. We met nice new people and really enjoyed our time in Masai Mara. Highly recommended!
