Drivers and representative done well, communication between operator and accommodation was 50/50
4/5

Our trip started from Dar es Salaam to Nyerere national park.
Normally rain season starts end of February, not first week of February. Due to earlier heavy rains the road condition was bad.
You can say we started with a off road trip. It did ask a lot of our drivers and cars, thanks to their skills we got trough. Blocked roads, broken bridges, they passed it all. Even in the park the roads were partly flooded.
The knowledge of the team (drivers and representative of the operator) was huge, we are thankful for sharing this with us!
Due to the high water level it was hard to find the wild animals, but they succeed quite well.
Concerning the accommodation, our group booked all rooms with air condition. Seems only one room was reserved for us with air condition the other four were only with ventilator. Some communication issues between operator and accommodation owner.
Over all we had a great experience, our trip and safari!

Amazing experience!
5/5

We just came back from a 4 days, 3 nights safari with crater explorer. The tour was very well organized by Emanuel, who was always available for any question since the beginning. We did a group joining Safari, who let us meet other people from all over the world. The lodges where we stayed were all amazing and provided the confort we needed after a day of game drive. I would highly recommend choosing Crater Explorer for a Safari experience.

Dream Makers
5/5

Dee-Anne , Nic, Chris and Silence actually made all of our dreams come true in this 4 day experience. From check in to check out every wish you have they will make come true… as humanly possible! From seeing the Big 5 in one game drive to the very details on your favorite drink or snack for sundowners and sunups. We were thoroughly impressed and well taken care of. The animals were plenty and the food and lodge accommodations excellent!!

Amazing experience
5/5

We liked our 6-day tour very much. Our driver-guide (Bonnie, hi!) was always trying to show us EVERYTHING, it seems we saw every animal in every park we went to (Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli)! It was an incredible, unforgettable experience. Also, the atmosphere in the company is always vital to us. Diana and everyone were friendly and helpful, simply nice people with whom we felt absolutely safe and comfortable.
Things to know before the tour: there is no sense in taking 1-2 days tours because the distance between parks is huge, it's much better to go to every park for a couple of nights. Also, take something to amuse yourself in the car, since car rides take significant time. Get binoculars with you, and do not wear white clothes to safari, it's a very dusty experience) Take cash (in shillings everything was cheaper than in dollars, but locals prefer dollars), there are many beautiful things to buy.

Best service and guide
5/5

We had a marvelous time with Champion, our guide from Serengeti Smile.
He’s so thoughtful, as well as knowledgeable and made a point for us to have the Big Five to count for.
Always on time, from the pick up until the drop off.
He knows wonderful spots to have the best lunch experience.
It was absolutely amazing and we highly recommend this guide.
Thank you Champion and Serengeti Smilie for this incredible experience !!

Super
5/5

We had a great trip to Uganda and everything worked as it should. Magical Gorilla Adventures had planned the trip perfectly and the staff were helpful throughout the trip. Even when the tour had to be changed along the way, there were no sour faces from our guide. Robert, our guide, in addition to having a handle on the practicalities, was also a good guide in terms of telling us about everyday life in Uganda. He definitely helped to make the trip perfect. We can only encourage everyone to use the company.

Great safari
5/5

It was a super great safari in Chobe National Park for our family(2 adults and 1 kid). A tour guide picked us up from a hotel in Victoria falls and transferred in a car(private for 3 of us) to Botswana border. After that we continued a tour with another guide from another company in an open 4x4 vehicle. It was 6 people plus 1 child, everyone had a nice place.
Safari itself and the boat part were both great, also lunch. Quick communication about planning before the tour.
Highly recommend this company.

Supportive beyond any expectations
5/5

Our daughter 18, is currently on Kilimanjaro about to summit and was with a smaller company linked to KWESA -due to little contact and report of her feeling isolated as the only climber in the group, and struggling with the cold, Edward at KWESA linked her in with one of his teams and sorted additional warm items, and reported to us multiple times through 2 days of progress. Absolutely incredible-I could not have asked for more support -even photos were sent to reassure all was well aswell as a medical report.
Thank you SO much -I would highly recommend this company -clearly very supportive and experienced.
