Great experience and exceptional client service
We had only two days for safari and Dennis from Morning Star Tours & Travel recommended us to go to Masai Mara.
Organisation of the tour was on the very high level. Out tour guide Rono was very friendly and helpful. The car was arranged only for two of us.
Safari in Masai Mara was one of the best experiences in my life. We met almost all the animals we wanted to see, including lions, cheetahs, leopard, giraffes and many others. The trip was safe, comfortable and very exciting. Would definitely recommend this company for your trip in Kenya

Amazing Safari!
We had an amazing Trip. Everything was well organized and worked out perfectly from the beginning. The accommodations were beautiful, especially the Suricata Boma Lodge.
Moreover the food during the Safari was delicious - Thank you Chef Salim!! Compared to other meals we saw Suricata offers a 5* meal, with table clothes a variety of different dishes like vegetables, beans and meat or fish as well as coffee after lunch in the bushes.
Regarding the tour our guides Bryson and Mandela were well experienced, showed us the best spots and elaborated on animal behaviors and habits. They could answer any questions and even spotted the smallest birds.

Everything was perfect!
From start to finish, James and the Twinkle Start Team did everything to make things work for us --James was always responsive. We and our friends had a wonderful private exclusive 10-day Photographic safari experience at Lewa (Elewana Kilfuri House and Elewana Safari Camp) and at the Masai Maara (Amani Mara) based on his recommendations. Throughout the tour James stayed connected to be sure everything was as planned. We never had to worry about connections (Twinkle Start booked our Safarilink flights) or the quality of the Safari lodgings and game drives. This was truly an unforgettable adventure for all of us. We cared most about seeing the Kenyan animals, both large and small and their habitats, and we were not disappointed. All our guides were knowledgeable, entertaining and passionate-- Philip and Abdul at Lewa, Sully and James at Amana Mari. We also had superb accommodations throughout. We were treated like royalty at both Lewa (horseback riding with a giraffe and zebra joining in) and at the Amani Mara (which is wonderfully family run, at a beautiful location with gourmet food, private adventuresome safari drives, outdoor fire barbecue dinners complete with fun Masai entertainment, and lovely well-equipped camp rooms-- all simply amazing). In Nairobi we stayed at Severine Cottages in the Karen district --this was a perfect start to the trip-- the staff there even conspired to provide a surprise anniversary celebration. Each lodging was so special and authentic. We highly recommend organizing your safari with Twinkle Star-- James truly arranged everything to fulfill our desire for the African vacation of our dreams.

Absolutely thrilled with the incredible honeymoon experience Dunas Safari organised for us in Namibia! We booked the 9-Day Fly and Drive Deserts and Safari tour, and from start to finish, every aspect of our trip was flawlessly executed, surpassing all our expectations and leaving us with memories that will last a lifetime.
Despite an unexpected flight delay for our inbound international flight to Namibia with Lufthansa (which was not booked for us by Dunas Safari), the Dunas Safari team's communication and efforts were truly remarkable. Due to the delay, we arrived in Namibia 24 hours later than planned, but they seamlessly adjusted our itinerary and ensured that the rest of our tour proceeded as smoothly as possible, demonstrating their dedication to providing exceptional service.

Ramja Safaris has good communication, knowledgeable guides, and for us, a great itinerary
Ramja Safaris was a great company to work with. Steve from Ramja communicated openly and honestly with us before the tour and on tour day, met us at our hotel and introduced our guide James. James was a friendly and very knowledgeable guide and we saw lots of animals over our safari including lion, elephant, giraffe, ostrich, zebra and wildebeest at Amboseli National Park. We saw rhino and more, at Lake Nakuru. At the Masai Mara, we saw wildebeest during their migration, hippos and buffalo, and more giraffe, zebra and lion. We enjoyed both the accommodation and food at the Sentrim Hotels and camps that we used. By the end of the tour, we felt that what Steve had outlined for our safari was exactly what we asked for. and felt it was a really wonderful trip and great value for money.

Excellent safari exp. But don't deal with noah
I booked the safari experience from Wildebeest from aug 11 to aug 15th. Nairobi airport pickup - amboseli - Nakuru - mara and back to nairobi.
Our guide was dennis.
I had an amazing time, thanks to Dennis , the vehicle we were in was very good and Dennis made sure we felt safe. He made sure we had a great safari experience and we were lucky to see the migration crossing as well.
I would recommend the experience with Dennis to everyone.
The 2nd part of our journey to diani was riddled with troubles and we had to waste an entire day of our expensive trip because of Noah the owner/manager. Noah is the unprofessional manager who left us high and dry on 3 occassions -
1. He messed up our train tickets and we ended up wasting an entire beach day because of an early bus (our last resort) because of his unprofessionalism.
2. He messed up our mara hotel itinerary and we had to travel 3 hours extra late in the night and had the audacity to blame us for his goof up.
3. He tried to charge us extra park fees - 160$ for his own mistakes.
Notably, we got really bad seats in the train that he did book, his delay in payments for the park fees made sure we waited 20 mins min each time outside the safari gates.
Never once did he ever make an apology that was genuine.
Although my experience with widlebeest was amazing, I have a sour taste because of noah, would strongly urge folks who deal with Noah to document everything on email as proof.
5/5 for Dennis our guide.
10/5 for Kenya and the experience

3.5 for wildebeest, still one of the best experiences of my life minus the issues we had to deal with because of noah.

Good guide but contracts not honored
I booked a tour (2 days Safari Maasai Mara). Did the 50% prepayment.
One day the company owner contacted me telling me that park fees got raised and that he wants me to top up my fee about another 80USD per person.
I told him out of generiosity, that I can take over 50% of the increased fees, because thats his business risk and not mine (and package+price was already negotioated).
He declined and didnt even try to find a good solution here, just wanted me to take the whole fee. As client paying hundreds of Dollars for that tour already, that behaviour just felt really wrong and "greedy".
So just wanted to warn you that if you book with that agency, you might end up paying for additional stuff that was not negotiated (maybe he will also charge you for inceased gas prices, who knows.)
Tour itself was good. We had a great guide. Just be careful with your prepayment. Cheers
