We had the best time ever thanks to you, Nuruel.
5/5

My spouse and I met Nuruel, our guide, at the Kilimanjaro airport. We met a nice man, and we had no idea how amazing he was until that moment. Nuruel excelled throughout the process thanks to his in-depth knowledge of animals and their behavior. We were grateful for all the explanations of the safari and Tanzanian culture. He had superb spatial awareness in the safari areas and amazing driving skills. His patience, focus, and desire for us to have a truly wonderful safari experience are all things that merit praise. Everything, including the lunches and lodges, was incredibly well-planned. There is no doubt that we will remember this experience for the rest of our lives.

Amazing, knowledgeable and professional
5/5

What an amazing time we had in Tanzania. We can not thank you enough, Wilson, for an unforgettable safari. Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and incredible ability to spot camouflaged animals and birds is definitely a gift.
We're already planning a return trip to Northern Serengetti and will definitely book Wilson again!!!

Excellent experience from booking right through the trip
5/5

Our family experience with Gametrackers was excellent. I had travelled with them 30 years ago so when I wanted to go with my family who would be visiting for the first time I contacted them explaining who we were and where I would like to visit. All communication via e mail with Judy was smooth and efficient answering my questions promptly and clearly. She designed a bespoke trip for us incorporating the Rift Valley, Lakes Naivasha and Nakuru and the Masai Mara. The recommended accommodation was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed staying at both Dea’s Guesthouse in Naivasha and at Enkorok camp in the Mara. Our driver/guide Agostino was clearly experienced and kept us fully informed of what each day’s plan was. He was knowledgeable and passionate about Kenya and its’ wildlife and created a relaxed enjoyable atmosphere while clearly working very hard to ensure we got the most out of our trip.
His suggestions and planning of the days were invaluable - there were so many highlights just two to mention was the bicycle safari in Hell’s Gate and the whole day safari in the Masai Mara with breakfast and lunch enjoyed under a tree. We saw so much -the whole experience continues to sink in as we look at the many photographs we were able to take.

I fell in love with Kenya as a student and am happy to say that with the help of Gametrackers two more students of the next generation have become Kenya enthusiasts.

Amazing Safari - lots of animals and delicious food!
5/5

We´ve booked a trip from Maun for 5 days into Moremi Game Reserve. We were a big group (22 people).
We didnt expect to live in the bush like this! It was absolutly amazing and fabulous. Everything was organised. There was a team of eight people who did the driving, the cooking, prepared the tents and cared for us.

The tour guides were very attentive and had a big knowledge about the animals and their behaviours. They knew where to find the animals and could tell us everthing. Every minute we felt safe.

In our tents were beds with mattresses and very nice warm blankets. There were toilets and showers installed as well.
In the middle of the camp was a big bonfire where we could sit anytime.

The team organized our day very well. We did game drives to different destinations and a boatstour and a Mokoro Tour on the river.

The food was absolutly stunning. There was soup with fresh baked bread, a main meal with beef, vegetables and a delicious dessert. Every day! For breakfast there was muesli, cornflakes, oats, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. We had a big lunch and a big meal in the evening. You are going to put on weight ;-).

When we came back from a game drive the last evening, the way was set up with candle lights and there was a table with a surprise. We drank together and had the best time of our lifes! Thank you for that beautiful adventure!

highly recommend this company
5/5

If you are looking for a safari tour, I highly recommend this company. I compared and contacted several tour companies even before I came to Tanzania, and this company was the cheapest. The staff were very kind and gave me a detailed answer. Before the tour, they picked me up at Arusha Airport and dropped me at Arusha's accommodation. After the tour, they took me from Arusha's accommodation to Kilimanjaro Airport. It was a very quick and detailed answer to the tour-related inquiries, and it was a choice without regret. The tour guides were very good at finding animals

Extremely helpful, welcoming and professional.
5/5

We had the adventure of a lifetime, thanks to the excellent help of Albert and his team at Serengeti Smile. In the build up to our trip to Tarangire, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater and then Zanzibar, Albert was incredibly helpful and responsive. He built a bespoke trip for our family of four (two teenage boys) and we are very grateful for the care they gave to making our trip so special.

Our safari adventure was led by our guide Gama, who was a delight. Gama looked after us so well, built a great rapport with our boys and was fantastic at finding us close encounters with the animals we particularly wanted to see (including but in no way exclusive of, Cheetah + cubs, lots of Lion, Serval, Leopard, Elephant, Hyena, Hippo etc). We stayed in some lovely lodges and camps.

Our trip to Zanzibar included a stay at the fabulous Tembo House Hotel and then time snorkeling and relaxing in the north of the island in Nungwi.

Thank you Albert, Gama and Serengeti Smile!

Perfect organization, all essential information for a real adventure, safe
5/5

We went for a 5 nights 6 days tour to Mana Pools, 2 nights we spent at Chitake camp. We were a family of 5 people and had our children (17,19,21) with us , who were the first time in africa. The 4x4 car had a freezer , this made delicious food in the bush possible. The provided camping stuff is professional, as well as all the instructions. We had a real glamping experience in the bush. Already on our arrival in the Mana camp there were elefants just beside our camp site in the water. We saw most animals just from our chairs and still enjoyed the walking safaris. Walking in the daylight is safe, we had guides from the national park, which was good but to my opinion is not essential. Sitting in the bush with no electricity and internet and all the animals around was amazing and made our children talk to us much more than in everyday life. The sunsets on the Zambezi are great. Chitake is even more remote with lots of lions, what means that the days are quiet and most things happen in the night. Our driver made the remote adventure to a luxury safari.
The price value relation is very good, especially compared to the other Zim Tourism we experienced where one had the impression, that the few tourists here pay for everything. I only can recommend this organization.

Awesome Safari Experience!
5/5

We did a 6D 5N safari for 2 people and had an amazing time! James was our driver who did an excellent job spotting animals and providing facts about different animals, plants and locations. We went with the hopes of being able to see the great migration, and we were lucky enough to see a wildebeest crossing on both days at the river in the north Serengeti.
