They were very helpful in case we were stuck and they had given us the best options for hotels and places to visit in reasonable rates. I doubt a better tour organizer exists!
From our first contact a year ago to now post trip, Darren has been absolutely the best tour organizer we have ever worked with (and we travel A LOT!) He is incredibly detail oriented and highly knowledgeable about the areas where we traveled (South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana). There was not one step of the way that we were not treated like honored guests and everything we might have wanted was already in place at every stop we made. We had not even finished our trip before I was looking where he could send us next. All of our accommodations were lovely and all of our guides were absolutely top notch. (I must make a special mention of our guide Garth in Cape Town. He was so wonderful that we were sad we were not taking him along with us on the rest of our trip. He is incredibly kind, warm, friendly, and has an amazing wealth of knowledge of the area.) It is very apparent that Darren is well respected and liked as everywhere we traveled the hosts at the lodges/guest houses and the guides talked about how wonderful he is and how they wanted to treat his guests as extra special. And indeed we felt extra special the whole way. Can't wait to plan our next trip with him!

Excellent trip exceeding expectations.
The suggested trip covering Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia covered all highlights regarding wildlife, landscapes and people. Markus, our guide, was very knowledgeable and knew the countries like his pocket. Very enjoyable company too. Had the time of our lifes.
The tour operator was effective
We had a very good tour guide called Peter who was patient and ensured we saw as many animals as we could. He was also very knowledgeable about the wildlife, plants and cultures that we encountered in our journey.

Robert helped us with all the questions we had prior to arriving in Nairobi. In Nairobi Bonnie met us at the airport and gave us an extraordinary experience where he asked us what we wanted as we went through the parks and saw the big 5 and much more. Johnny was our tour guide, who was very dedicated,experienced,friendly,who helped me enjoy this safari with my 2 small kids aged 6 and 10,with him we family could explore more in the wild with the wild, this will remain as a big memory for us family to take back home to our country

We went on a 6-day safari with Full Package adventures. Faraja, the managing tour operator, was incredibly responsive to our inquiries and always responded in a very timely manner. The company's prices were also extremely reasonable when compared to other safari companies, and they offered incredibly flexibility in terms of itinerary in order to create a safari experience that matched our interests.
In terms of our actual safari experience, we travelled to Lake Manyara, Tarangire National Park, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. We also got to see the Maasai tribe along the way and our tour guide also took us to Mto wa Mbu. Our experience was absolutely phenomenal, and the service was professional and well exceeded expectations. We opted for the budget camping option, but our tent was fully equipped with beds, a desk, and a lamp, truly a luxury camping experience to the point where I hardly even felt I was camping. The company also always had cold mineral water available, and the food was outstanding both in terms of quality and quantity.
We got to see all of the big 5 during our time, and saw plenty of animals and got lots of memorable pictures. Our tour guide, John, was very knowledgeable and spoke great English. We would highly recommend booking with Full Package Adventures if you are looking for a memorable experience.
