Morindat tours provided an excellent service, Titus took care of all our pre travel arrangements. His response time was great. He got back to us pretty quick with all the changes we requested. He went out of his way to help us with our online payment for Kenyan e-visa. Even during our trip, he did check with us intermittently if everything is going well.
And Gideon was our tour guide/driver, who is also one of the partners. He is very punctual, knowledgable and courteous. And the best part is his sense of humor. He is sharp at finding wildlife from far. Our trip turned out very educational as well, we learnt many interesting facts about wildlife and also maasai culture. He arranged local food per our request, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

My friends finished their safari, they are next to me and because no good english for them, so I am helping them to review. Solomon is excellent! Even the languagbe is a barrier between them, but he provides the best quality of service. He showed us many animals and migration, and river crossing. Jong is the key person too. The camping safari with MyTrip2Tanzania was awesome. The guides are good, the food from the own cooker was great and they all know what they do. I would go back with them anytime!
They are multilingual and can communicate in German, English, Swahili and even a littel French.

We had to pay the entire safari before our departure, there was no problem.
The latter was waiting for us at the airport for our safari where we started with Lake Manyara, then Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and finally Tarangire National Park.

Overall, the experience was amazing. Promised Land Tours was very kind and thoughtful and they answered every single one of our questions fast and with detailed information. They adapted the whole trip to our necessities and did everything they could to make last minute changes if anything came up.
I can't stress enough how kind they were.
Regarding the trip itself, the safari was great. Our guide was very experienced and we could see all sort of animals (cheetahs, lions, hippos and loads of animals from a very close distance). He also made sure we felt comfortable and, again, adapted everything as the day went by according to our needs.
