Amazing trip
Our trip to Uganda with Pearl Afric was very well organised. We contacted them a few months before the trip and Innocent, the boss, took the time to adapt the course according to our wishes. Our driver-guide Hannington was very attentive. Cautious on the road, always on time, foreseeing, calm, he took us through a large part of the western region while explaining it to us. Regarding the accommodation, everything was adapted to our wishes. We did not want luxury accommodation but rather budget, even camp or close to the inhabitant. Covid issue, everything was managed by the agency. At no time did we have to worry about formalities. Everything was planned. Little more and which is always very pleasant from our point of view, Innocent, the boss, wanted to meet us during the trip to share a moment together. We therefore recommend Pearl Africa with our eyes closed ;-)

Absolutely incredible experience with Safari Update Travels. We choose 3-day Safari in Masai Mara, it was the best choice based on the experience and price for us. Linsel organized everything perfectly and thanks to Jimmy we were able to see almost every animal in Masai Mara (best eyes in Kenya, he could see every tail hiding in the bush). We were staying in Enkorok camp which gave us an authentic feeling of staying in the wild (and food was great). On the last day, Linsel was so kind and booked for us a train ticket to Mombasa. After a safari tour, we continued to travel across Kenya and Linsel was very supportive the whole time.
At first, we thought the bookng amount was too high but we decide to go with it. The value for our money was excellent, we even felt we paid less regarding the experience we had. I highly only recommend. During our tour we met other tourists who did not get the experience we had.
I especially thank Linsel and Jimmy for a great experience and I hope we will see each other again.

Incredible service and very attentive
We booked two honeymoon safari trips with Safari Update Travels and were blown away. Our driver Sam was so great, he was knowledgeable and did everything he could to get us amazing views of all animals. He is a professional at driving through the parks and knows the ins and outs so well. We could not believe how much we saw and how close we got to all different types of animals, it was a dream come true. Booking process with Silas was great, we booked months before and he answered all our questions. We stayed at the comfort level for both trips (Masai Mara and Amboseli/Tsavo West) and the places were great. Amazing food for all the meals and clean rooms! Simply the best.

The best choice!
Our experience with Frank Tours Uganda was absolutely amazing.
From the first time we contacted Frank by mail he answered in less than 24h and gave us different options to suit our budget or wishlist.
The 16-days safari to Uganda included all the major highlights of the Pearl of Africa. It was beyond our expectations.
Culture, wildlife, nature, gorilla tracking, different national parks, boattrips on nile and Lake Victoria … giraffes, elephants, lions, leopard, crowned crane bird, shoebill stork … You name it, we’ve seen or done it!
Words cannot describe the feeling when you see all these beautiful animals up so close! And Frank is the perfect guide. Always shares his knowledge of all the animals and birds. He stopped the car when he saw something we missed. He literally knew everything we asked and much more. He has a great personality and is always open for alternatives in terms of things we wanted to see or do.
Most of the accommodations on the tour were unreal. The lodges were just amazing and some views were even better!
We highly recommend Frank Tours Uganda, for the nice and easy process based on your needs and wants for the trip.

Top Class Tour Operator!
The safari tour was excellent. Since the beginning Silas was very helpful and available to answer all of our questions. He always tried to reassure us and gave us all details. The information given and the payment procedure were very serious and trustworthy.
As for the safari itself everything went as planned, a private tour in an spacious and comfortable Jeep 4x4 equipped with fresh water and binoculars. The hotel was very comfortable as well, clean with good food, different options and good taste. The rooms were charming and we had all comforts while having an authentic experience.
Finally our guide Simon was the cherry on top of the cake. He was prompt to answer all of our questions, always trying to get us to places where we could see every animal. He explained a lot of details about the wildlife of Masai Mara, even the birds.
I would 100% recommend this experience and Safari Update travels to everyone! Looking forward to having more safaris with you.

Very professional and excellent service!
I recently went on a trip in Kenya and completed two safaris with Safari Update Travels.
I worked with Linsel to arrange a 3 days trip safari to Amboseli and a half day trip at Nairobi National Park. He was very responsive with his email communication despite our eight hour time difference. It was smooth arranging and a couple days prior to my arrival I had my driver’s name and phone number. They also arranged for pick up at my hotel.
James was my driver and guide for both safaris. I’ve done numerous safaris elsewhere throughout Africa in different countries and I can say without a doubt James was the best. He has the most experience and knowledge I have seen when it comes to safari guides. In addition to the wildlife, I even asked about the various tree species and he knew! Most guides only know animals.
I plan on returning to Kenya next year and will certainly be booking with Safari Update Travels for my safaris.

Unique experience with great service!!!!!
We had a lovely honeymoon due to the excellent organization of Africa Adventure Vacations!! The communication with Robert was unbelievable before we had our trip. I could ask him every question. Ceasar (our guide) made our trip unbelievable!! He did everything so that we could enjoy our honeymoon. His experience with driving in national parks gave us some nice views on several beautiful animals in the wild. Even when my wife was day a little bit sick, his flexibility and effort was unbelievable so that we had no worries. I would recommend anyone to book with this great company.
