Good communicators, friendly and efficient
As a 60+ mostly solo female traveller in East Africa, it’s vital to be able to trust and enjoy good communication with my driver and guide. Within minutes of being picked up from my house by Chris, from Super Eagles Travel and Tours, I felt relaxed and in good hands for the three-day trip from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park. The disadvantage of traveling alone of course is always the cost, the advantage however is having an entire land cruiser to yourself and a schedule you can tailor to your own. Chris would stop without hesitation wherever and whenever I wanted to take photos and was very flexible with time. He went above and beyond. My entire experience from the initial booking with Super Eagles boss, Richard, to the luxury-tented accomodation at Sentrim Amboseli, to the safari itself, to being dropped back home, was excellent. 2 day trip to Musanze and Volcanoes National Park
My 2-day trip to Musanze and Volcanoes National Park was fantastic. In less than 48 hours I managed to go to the north of the country to visit a few markets, eat in nice places, kayak in the river, sleep in a very cosy hotel, see golden monkeys, visit a part of Kigali, and get to know a bit Rwanda by talking a lot with my driver, James. Everything was very well organized and James managed to take me to an amazing market which was not initially planned. He was super flexible and asked me all the time what I felt like doing. The golden monkey trek was a bit shorter than what I would have liked, but that didn't depend on Nature Trails and I was aware of it. My first time in Rwanda and it was all fantastic, I wish I had more time! Thanks, Nature Trails Eats Africa!

Amazing guide to Uganda!!
I can't recommend this operator enough!!
We contact Richard about a month+ before our trip and from the first conversation we knew we want him to be our guide and organize our trip in Uganda, and it was the best decision we had made!
Richard was very communicative and answered all our question and wonderings.
We had an 11 day trip in Uganda with Richard which were tailored made to our preferences. Richard organized all our accommodations (and they were excellent!), tours and permit. The organization was flawless and Richard made sure everything will go smooth and we'll have everything we need.
We had a few Game Drives with Richard (in Murchison Falls and Queen Elizabeth National Parks) that were above everything we expected!
Richard did above and beyond in order to make sure we'll see all big 5 and all other animals.
Richard is a great driver and we felt really safe in the long drives we had with him.
the vehicle was in great shape and very spacious.
Richard is very knowledgeable about Uganda wildlife and culture and we learned a lot from him.

This was our second trip to Kenya booked through Across the Wild. Each time, Fina and her team took time to keep refining the itinerary until it matched our preferences and budget exactly. We flew between two different parks, so had two different driver guides, each was excellent. The booked accommodation was superb. We saw so much, including lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant and many others. Another fantastic trip, creating wonderful memories.

The safari truly exceeded our expectations
We did a safari trip game drive for one day with Tanzania Mwangaza 2 weeks ago, at Selous. All in all it was a great experience. The safari drivers made sure we saw most of the animals roaming around there. The drivers were super-responsive to our questions and desires and they really wanted us to feel comfortable. We saw many animals including zebra's, giraffes, buffalo's, wildebeests, impala's, hippopotami, crocodiles... and at the end of the drive they took us to a lioness that had just killed a giraffe. The drivers really took the trouble, communicating with their colleagues, to get us to this lioness. We got very close to this animal, but didn't feel in danger because the lioness was completely exhausted from its recent hunting. The organization before beginning the safari was a bit stressfull because of a last-minute changed flight to the national park. However the safari itself was amazing.

Everything was perfectly organized!
Really, really good organization! We made self drive around Namibia. 3000 km for 10 days. Our trip was a combination of B&B and camping in a roof tent on the top of a Toyota car. Thinus has chosen really amazing lodges - small and charming places! Our camping was so beautiful place!
We met Thinus on the day of our arrival. He was very kind. Thinus gave us a marked road map, gave us really helpful advices - about the roads, about the fuel, places to eat, about the camping.
Wе wanted to met Thinus on the last day of our trip to say THANK YOU but we didn't get to see each other one more time. So see you next time, Thinus!

We had several wonderful safaris, with Exaud, he was the best tour guide ever.
We have visited Lake Nakuru and Naivasha, then toured right through the serengeti, a very long trip, but we saw all the big five and the migration before seeing the crater. Ndutu was probably the best when we witnessed the wildebeest carving and the watching Lions.
Wild camping was very well organised and catered for us. "Terry" Exaud was the best and most informed of guide, and great company,
We just wait for our next visit.
