Once in a lifetime trip ... amazing tour operator
Every aspect of my Serengeti safari and Kilimanjaro climb was top notch. I was initially hesitant to travel to Africa, but a friend could not stop talking about their trip to Tanzania and how great Duma explorer was, so I was convinced to contact Duma. To start with, Stacy (the owner) was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful talking me through the different options and what to expect. This was my first visit to Africa and I had a lot of questions (and a few concerns). Stacy made me feel totally comfortable and super excited.
On the ground in Tanzania, the climbing and safari guides were amazing and all the logistics were smooth. The guides were full of life, funny, motivating on the climb, and had an amazing ability to find and spot wildlife. I wasn't confident I could make it to the summit but the guides were great, pacing us along the way, singing and making jokes. I was so happy to make it to the top and seeing the sun rise from the slopes of Kili on summit day was surreal - a truly once in a lifetime experience. On safari in Serengeti, I was amazed at how bountiful the wildlife was. It was common to see thousands of wildebeests or zeebra, 10s of elephants, a pride of 5-10 lions, a pond packed with hippos ... the guides knew exactly where to go to be surrounded by wildlife. It was just like being in a national geographic documentary!
The combination of an American owner and a local team really is the best of both worlds. A reputable operation, first class service, local logistics know how, and guides that know EVERYTHING about the wildlife and Kilimanjaro. I could not have asked for a better trip.

Such an extraordinary experience with Bernard & Team
I've just returned from a 10 day luxury Kenyan safari (with 2 nights at the beach) arranged by Nziza and Bernard...I just can't say enough about my (our) experience. From beginning to end - the pre trip paperwork, the caliber of our accommodations and guides - transfers, game drives, meals - special surprises and thoughtful gestures; amazing execution. This journey was more than I dreamed possible and I am SO glad I did not put it off any longer!

a unique and eye opening experience
We had the unique opportunity to spend 5 days safari in masai mara,Lake nakuru and its environs.
This team has a lot of knowledge led by the director Amos who we give much gratitude to. The professionalism he has in dealing with customers is outstanding! What a beautiful experience to learn from him about animals,parks and the rich Kenyan culture.
Overall well organised,punctual and excellent communication all round from the tours, pick ups from the airport et al.
We will definitely be recommending Kenamoti operators.

Excellent tour and guide - murchison falls, gorilla plus chimpanzee trekking, lake Mbuyoni.
My research online led me to Chris of Uganda Adventure Safaris and as my trip was a last minute one, and he was the quickest to respond fully to my initial enquiries, I booked a 9 day trip with him to cover the key places i wanted to visit including Murchison falls, wildlife national parks, gorilla and chimp trekking and lake Mbuyoni. Chris came up with an itinerary to suit my pace and accommodation options which met my preferences. As an Asian female solo traveller, i felt totally safe and comfortable with him throughout the 9 day trip and even extended it by a day. Chris is uber professional, a very safe driver, practical and honest in terms of setting and managing expectations, and what i liked most about him was his real care for wildlife and love of his country. He knows a lot about the wildlife, birds, reptiles, history and facts regarding everywhere I visited; and I learnt a lot through him. I also gained an insight into Ugandan culture, politics, landscape and street food during our long drives and interesting conversations. Chris is a people person and has good connections in the parks which meant I got to see a lot more than the other tourists. He has a good network around him so he can help with virtually any issue. He sorted me out with internet access by giving me his spare sim card and loading up the right local data package. He had a canon camera which took ultra professional pics so I could enjoy looking at stuff rather than trying to get a good photo. He went out of his way to take me to some sights in Kampala and drop me to Entebbe on my last day, after my tour was over, and he did not even charge me for that. I had an excellent time in Uganda and would recommend this beautiful country to everyone. I also know that having the right guide can mean you experience a hassle free holiday and it’s worth paying for this. Chris ticks all the boxes as a guide who looks to ensure he provides his clients with the best experience, at a reasonable and competitive price, whilst being flexible and adapting to their needs. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for him and have recommended him (and Uganda) to my family and friends.

Amazing value, great service!
3-day safari in Masai Mara with Axis Africa was just perfect! After comparing the offerings with pretty much every service operator in Kenya, I don't regret my choice at all. Customer service showed they really care and want us to have a great experience, always ready to clarify any doubts. Amazing price for those who want to travel on a budget but can't deal with bad hotels. I'd highly recommend them!

Magnificent
We just finished our 14 days safari in Kenya and Tanzania with Gosheni Safaris. There are no words to truly describe the incredible experience. We travel all over the world and this was one of the best trips if not the best. In Kenya, our guide was Carlos who did a terrific job showing us around. We saw the 5 brothers Cheetahs, baby elephants, Buffalos chasing lions and so many more animals. In Tanzania, our guide was Obeni, who did an excellent job taking care of us. Both Carlos and Obeni were so patient and kind to our 8 year old son. In Tanzania, Obeni found us a mama Cheetah with her baby cub, numerous leopards, all of the Big Five, and made terrific picnic lunches. Gosheni is an excellent company who truly takes care of their clients. If you want a one in a lifetime experience, book with Gosheni Safaris and ask for Carlos if you are in Kenya and Obeni if you are in Tanzania!

Amazing Safari That Exceeded All Expectations!!
Wife, son, and I just completed an amazing two week safari experience out together by Gosheni Safari that started in Kenya and ended in beautiful Tanzania. Everything about the safari was first class, from planning and preparation with Pendo to the safari experience with extremely knowledgeable drivers and guides Carlos in Kenya and Ombeni in Tanzania.
First a word about planning with Gosheni. We were actually scheduled for the safari last year, in June 2020 and made deposit by February, just before the onset of the COVID pandemic. We obviously were unable to travel last year, but Pendo and Gosheni remained in contact with us over the year, Assuring us that once travel was safe again, we would be able to book the dates. And that’s exactly what happened, and once Kenya opened back up, we were able to put together an itinerary in a few weeks time.
Regarding our guides Carlos and Ombeni, their professionalism, knowledge, and constant effort made for an amazing safari. We had our 8 year old son with us and both were responsive to his every question about the Masai Mara, Serengeti, animals, or whatever.
We always felt totally comfortable in their hands and they were totally committed to making our safari experience the time of a lifetime. While we sat in the vehicle, these guides managed to navigate the roads, spot animals from long distances, and stay in communications with other drivers to find sought after animals.
We were able to see the Big 5 and so many more special experiences that we’ll always remember. Like the 5 Brothers Cheetahs and the Buffalo charging down a pride of lion on The Masai Mara; the cheetah momma with her baby cub; numerous leopards, lions, and elephants in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Gosheni selected a variety of great camps thru the stay that enhanced the experience with even more friendly service and delicious food. And also, the safari bush lunches always hit the spot and never left us hungry!
A good friend had referred us to Gosheni based on his great experience, and I’ve already recommended Gosheni, Carlos, and Ombeni to friends who saw our pictures on social media and are now planning their own trips.
