Professional and flexible
In the jeep for our group of 7, we visited the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. The scenery was magnificent, and in April we got blue skies as well as sweeping rains in the distance, lightening shows and rainbows.
Our guide Mtinangi is an experienced driver, getting us past flooded roads with a cheer and a smile. He did a great job at helping us spot the illustrious black rhino (we saw 5!).
Suricata Safaris are well organised and professional. They cater gluten free (bonus for coeliacs) and they pick you up/drop you off where needed on either side of the safari.

Excellent safari, we saw so much with the help of our knowledgeable guide Mtinangi. We did the group safari, which was great both in getting to meet other people and having more eyes in the vehicle to spot animals. Would highly recommend.

Unforgettable and unique experiences and people
I stayed in Zanzibar with my friend for two weeks. We had the most amazing time. People were super friendly and welcoming and we did not feel unsafe even when walking at night time. The island looked really beautiful on the beaches and it was warm and sunny the whole time. The mainland Tanzania was more dry and not as nice looking, at least in where we were. However, the safaris in Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire park were amazing and definitely worth it. We used Hello Tanzania / KAMar Safaris for our safari trip and everything was done amazing. Food at restaurants in Zanzibar was maybe not the best as it was a bit pricy and bland but the fresh fruits were amazing. But overall we had amazing trip and would definitely visit Tanzania or at least Zanzibar again!

Mind blowing
The scenery and wild life are absolutely amazing. The trip was in April (the wettest period) but the weather was gorgeous.
At Masai Mara, you can see many animals in one day, we were lucky enough to see the big five.
Make sure you ask the operator the kind of vehicle they will use on the Safari. This makes a difference.

Magical and adventurous safari
We booked a three day safari, and this was really good value for the money!
During this period we basically were able to see all the animals we hoped for.
Credit goes to our star driver James. He was the king of the savannah, making sure we got the best possible experience with all the animals - even several close-ups with cheetahs, lions and a leopard.
Thanks to his energy, humor and knowledge, we got memories of our lifetime!

Loves their job!
I did a share safari tour of Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro NP with 3 other travelers. The trip was very well organized. Communication all throughout the the trip was excellent. Fransisca was always quick to answer any questions I have regarding the trip before the trip begin. The trip was very reasonable priced and they made sure top notch accommodations and service all through out the trip. All the four accommodations we stayed were very well picked. I in particular loved the lodge where we stayed in Ngorongoro and also the tented lodging experience at Serengeti. Issa was our tour guide - he is a very experienced guide and went out of his way to take care of all of us. I also enjoyed our lunch arrangement - unlike box lunch, it was a warm meal with proper utensils and everything. Overall the trip was amazing. Safari is for most of us once in a lifetime experience and I am so glad that I picked Mellivora African travels for that.

Our five-day safari with Axis Safaris was an incredibly amazing adventure into the wildlife of Kenya. Our guide Jack was a very attentive and courteous person who impressed with great knowledge and an excellent intuition. Thanks to his skills we saw many animals up close and across the national parks we were spotted all of the big five! The safari itself was very well organized. The chosen hotels were excellent, beautifully located and with wonderful facilities. Five stars!!!
