Way beyond expectations for safari as well as exceptional communication with company at all times
I hesitated with taking a 14 day safari as people were telling me that was a long time, however I very much disagree. The trip was outstanding. At 72 years old, traveling solo and well traveled,this trip moves to the top of the list. The uniqueness of each park, the different experiences with guides, fellow travelers and staff personal was professional yet so very personal, something lost in our modern world.
Diana from Venture was there at all times while planning and during my time in Kenya. I arrived in NBO while my luggage went to DOH, she worked diligently in getting my luggage and delivering ASAP.
People changed on the tour but for the most part in Kenya my guide was Simon, also exceptional.
In Tanzania, George from Adventure was also there to make life easy. You were guided through border crossing and my guide for the Tanzanian part, William was also flexible, knowledgeable and very concerned about your experience. Issac our great cook was also not only exceptional in preparing great meals but personable as well.
Go with the flow, marvel at the bumpy roads, especially in Tanzania, and the rustic accommodations, focus on all the beauty that surrounds you and you will have an amazing time.

Great value for money
We highly recommend kiwoitoafricasafaris.com. We booked a Safari with this agency in the end of August 2022 in 4 reserves with two children aged 4 and 7. The service was splendid! The driver / guide Senyaeli was adorable, took care of everything we needed (including beers, wine and snacks for the children in the car) and thoroughly explained about animals and plants and everything we wanted to know about the life in Tanzania. The quote we received was significantly cheeper in comparison with what we got from 2 other agencies. The lodges that Kiwoito booked for us were also excellent. In the end of the Safari we had to catch a flight to Zanzibar, but it was delayed in the last moment by 5 hours. The owner, Charles, hosted us in his home and gave us a room to rest before driving us to the shuttle for the airport. They really do everything they can to make their customers feel welcome, and we feel we got a great value for our money. Thank you, Kiwoito!

I took the Kenya safari with my 2 boys of 11 and 14 - ideal ages for this trip. The days are full of variation and fun - but I expect young kids to struggle. Kenya is beautiful and offers more than what we were hoping for, but the best feature of this trip was our crew (impressive driver, excellent cook and fantastic leader) - we will miss them!

Patrick was very helpful from the beginning. Prompt to send us a quote and for what we asked for and always ready to answer our questions. The only burden was due to me been in country when we booked and the will not use credit card payments. This changed the rules of the game because put me in a predicament of dealing with my US bank on an international transaction that takes at least 7 days to process. He will not start your flight bookings or nothing else until the money was received. This put the trip on hold and me to stress about it. There are other companies out there that deal with credit cards. So if your timing is important please be aware and book in advance. Also be warned that these international transactions will put a charged on your account of around $50 and another $50 that you will have to paid to their bank for accepting the international transaction, an extra $100 out of your own pocket. But besides that, he was very quick to answer your questions and very responsible in informing of your trip scheduling. Once you start your trip he is always attentive of how things are going to facilitate with all your needs. We visited two parks, Amboselli National Park and Masai Mara with flights included and everything went as planned. They picked you up at your hotel early for your flight and drop you off when the trip is over. Everything is taken care and the safari went smooth. This was my third trip to the parks but the first for my wife and she loved it. We were very pleased with the flying package we purchased and believe me, we did our research and their prices were fair enough.

If you look for a Safari with solid trip in a mix between view of the country side, see animals as they are and learn some of the country Blue Crane is your partner. Well planned and excellently executed. The trip would be with a max of 7 persons, hen no other takers came the trip was just done the same with the two of us. Chapeau. Simonpeter and Jonathan are amazing
we had a wonderful time at lake nakuru national park and masai mara game reserve for 4 days 3 nights. our guides were jonathan and simonpeter. we saw a-lot missed to see the cheetahs and a leopard may be next time.
