Our experience with Karibu Safaris has been excellent, great organization and value for money.
But the most special part was without a doubt our great guide Runi. He demonstrated an outstanding commitment to everyone's enjoyment and well being on the tour. Always speaking the truth and showing us his vast knowledge of the ecosystem and parks in Kenya. I can only hope we can meet again in the future.

We booked a budget safari and it was great. Everything was well organized and our guide was fabulous. The value for money of the hotels were good and the value for money of the safari was perfect!

More than just a safari
We went on a very well organised private safari in Taita Hills and Tsavo East. Working around lodge availability, we travelled from Malindi to Taita Hills, then to Tsavo East, and finally ending in Diani Beach. Dicky, the guide, and Ismael, the driver, were both friendly and knowledgeable -- we didn't just see zebras, elephants, giraffes, lions, and other animals, but also learned a lot about Kenya. Communication throughout was great and we didn't have to worry about planning anything during the tour. At the end of the safari, on request, Dicky organised a day tour to Wasini Island, a magnificent follow-up adventure.
One important note for tourists: card payments are accepted in few places, it's important to plan in advance and have cash up-front.

Omar, the owner of Connect African Safaris really gives the personal touch. From being in constant contact over Whatsapp, accepting payment via the secure DPO payment method, and even meeting in person after the safari wanting to find improvements/weaknesses in his tours, Omar really cares. He provided Moody (Mohammed) as our driver, who himself is a never ending driving machine! Also very knowledgeable and takes you into the deepest corners to find the animals, even when they're in their hiding spots.

The tour was amazing from start to end! The whole process of booking was seem less, the tour guide Solomon was amazing and very knowledgeable about the animals and the history of Masai Mara!! Would deffo return.!!!

Our safari was incredible, thanks to Lion King Adventures and its guide/driver, Shafino.
We like everything about Lion King Adventures, and are thrilled with our choice. My friend and I chose the 9-day safari to the northern Serengeti, and we were guided/driven by an excellent, experienced guide, Shafino. We loved the lodge, camping and glamping accommodations, the meals, the entertainment, and the genuine feeling of welcome at each location. We also much appreciated the built-in converters for charging our American-style electrical plugs. Shafino was the highlight of our safari, and his years of experience and knowledge and his passion for the animals and birds of the Serengeti were evident all along the way. We would happily travel with him again.

Overall amazing experience
We went for the mid range 3 days private tour safari in Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Tarangire with Migration Venture and it couldn’t have been more magical. The tour operator itself was great and reliable, Amos, the owner of the company was in touch with us since the beginning. However if something has to be improved is the communication efficiency. One week before our tour we were contacting the company multiple times and hardly got any respond. It got us stressed and concerned unnecessarily, because the entire planning was made in a distance. One day before the starting day of the tour we called and just then got the response. This should definitely be improved. Besides, the tour was very well organised, the accomodations exceeded our expectations, people in the parks were very hospitable.. but the real gem

They are so kind and so experience to find anamials in the area!
We have just finished our first safari trip in Africa with Soul of Tanzania with a total of 3 weeks. our group was 8 people. Our first stop was Kruger National Park in South Africa, then had tour in Kenya (Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara), and finally 12-day great migration in Tanzania. The trip was great and we definitely will recommend to our friends. Sandy B, a journey designer, was put together a great itinerary and coordinated our entire trip. Whenever we had a problem, she would be available for help and resolved just in a minute. Special mention to our guide in Tanzania, Mr. Enock John, for his super experience and kindness. We just cannot believe his vision and judgement in animals. He can see animals a few hundreds meters away, like leopard on the tree, he can find lions and cheetahs by flying birds, he can sense where the wildebeests cross the mara river. We were so fortunate to see several river crossing and the biggest one in the season. He is also very knowledgeable to the animals and culture and great passion for the safari tour. Trust me, you won't be disappointed if you have a tour with him. Go The Soul of Tanzania!
