Perfect logistic and service!
Planning and having our dreamed trip with Spirit of Kenya was an excellent decision! Since we started to plan this amazing trip they were very open to adjust every little thing to our needs and desires.
When we started the trip everything was great, they were very punctual, the car was comfortable and we had everything included during our six day of safari, the guide was very nice, he had an incredible eye! and was very flexible about we wanted to see and do.
The hotels were very comfortable, beautiful and had good food.
This trip was more than we expected and we wil remember it forever as the best experience of our lives!!!

A Very experienced individual.
This experience was a great experience from start to finish. James communicational skills were great, from Nairobi he was explaining different sites to us.eg the trees/the area we were passing through etc. The tour is definitely value for money in the sense you get more than you expected. James was very competent and reliable. Even when we occurred a flat tyre in the game park. He was a true leader in which we all trusted him to fix the problem within a short time.

A MEMORABLE SAFARI EXPERIENCE!!
They picked us up from the airport and arranged overnight accommodation for us in Nairobi. All in all they proved to be both competent and helpful.
The pick from the airport worked smoothly, a blessing after an all-night flight and we were delivered to a hotel in central Nairobi as agreed.
We were picked up in the morning for our camping safari, Catch the Big Five, to visit Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Samburu National parks, with camping accommodation (hotel at Nakuru).
It was a good time to visit, at the end of the migration in the Maasai Mara, with lots of zebra and wildebeest and hence lions and cheetahs. Lake Nakuru is very beautiful and would have repaid a longer visit, but even in a short time we saw the flamingos, rhinos and a leopard. The camp site at Samburu by the river and in the trees is particularly atmospheric, and we saw lots of elephants and giraffes.
The driver, Anthony was very good at finding animals and siting the vehicle for the best views, and our cook served up plentiful and appetizing meals. Camping may not be to everybody's taste, but the sites were well situated and quite adequate. To us they provided a more authentic African experience than the alternative of staying in a lodge (and much cheaper!) and a chance to see some small wild life at close quarters.

The tour operator is supremely professional, pays attention to every detail, and totally honest.
I conduct photography tours all over the world. In Ethiopia, I use Senait Ethiopia Tours because they are the best. They are a pleasure to work with, they take care of every detail, and if there is a problem -- like a charter plane with mechanical issues -- they are on the phone taking care of the problem. A tour to Ethiopia for a group of photographers is quite complex. It involves multi-vehicle caravans, camping, charter flights, meal planning, commercial flights, relationships with tribal chiefs, and more. I've now completed two tours to Ethiopia using Senait, first with 14 people and then with 12 people, and each time everything worked like clockwork. All of our drivers, guides, and camp personnel couldn't have been nicer. Our primary guide, Gebre, stayed with us the entire trip and he was nothing less than phenomenal. The meals we had surprised my clients' expectations because they were so good, even when we camped for two nights in the Omo River Valley. You might find another company that is as good as Senait, but you won't find one that's better.

Knowledgeable, affordable and has excellent customer service.
We took a weekend trip with Ramja Safaris with a group of friends(6) and they made the planning process for a big number of people so stress-free. He provided us with different accommodation places with different prices and we chose what was best for us and we were beyond happy, the customer service was amazing, his tour vehicles were well maintained and comfortable, our tour guide/driver was so kind and knew a lot about the animals in the Masai Mara. They were so patient with the numerous requests and catered to everyone's interests and also helped us plan a marriage proposal for one of the couples in the group with no complaints. this is the second time we have used the tour company and haven't regretted it. Will definitely use them for all future safaris.

Perfectly in line with our expectations
Justin perfectly explained the content of the safari we booked. We paid on line very easily with Pesapal. On the d-day the driver was 10 minutes late for the morning pickup at 5am. Justin was available (and waken up!) and was able to reassure us. Finally everything was great and in line with the program. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Great experience !

Everything worked well
I did the Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari and it was very nice. Except of Rhino I saw all big 5 and many other animals.
