You will have the best time with Armaye in Ethiopia. We planned my trip together and he made adjustments as it came near so that I could maximize the variety of animals I could see. I saw numerous gelada monkeys, walia ibex and 99 species of birds. You will really enjoy touring with him.

Awesome Experience with an Excellent Company
I cannot express how happy I am with Prime Safari and our recent tour with them. Cate's friendliness and communication were the first thing to impress me. She is very organized and always quick to reply to any query. Our tour guide, Emma, was just as impressive. He is such a nice, down-to-earth person and is very professional. He was always early and waiting for us at every departure and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. We really enjoyed our time with him. Cate organized a custom tour for us which included gorilla habituation, chimp tracking, and a drop off in Kigali. We also spent some time at the Fort Portal Crater Lakes, at the Bigodi Wetlands, and got an authentic (and very cool) coffee experience. All accommodation and food included in the tour were great and better than expected. I highly recommend this company for any tours in the region, they provide an excellent service.

The tours were very comfortable and Mr. Lazaro was engaging in good conversations. The key points noteworthy of are:
Punctuality - always kept time and would arrive earlier than scheduled time;
Supportive - helped in arranging logistics for business meetings in Arusha;
Friendly with kids - my child enjoyed being with him;
Proactive and responds timely to whatsapp msgs and / or calls;
Service delivery takes precedent.

A fairy tale Safari
From what I was told, Gosheni means Promised Land... And the promise was delivered. We had an amazing 10 day safari tour with Gosheni beginning of August, during the dry season. We enjoyed every bit of it... We were lucky enough to visit the 4 best parks (3 national par and one conservation park). Our driver and guide Ombeni was very friendly, with a good sense of humour. He was also very experienced, having served 20 years as a guide and been representative of the guide union for 2 or 3 years. He has taken very good care of us. If you read this review, thank you again Ombeni for being such a great ambassador to your company and to your country: you made our stay even better! Everything was perfect, and we enjoyed especially the walk safari (guided by an armed ranger from Tarengire park), the secluded VIP lunch in Ngorongoro park, the hot air balloon safari in Serengeti... It was all 6 stars! We saw almost all animals thanks to Ombeni's excellent spotting capabilities and dedication. (we missed the rhino as only 3 left in Serengeti, and they are pretty shy...). We stayed in very nice places (enjoyed the quiet nights, even those when we could hear hyenas just next to our tent lodge in Serengeti...). People were extremely friendly. And something worth mentioning: local food was amazing! Going back to Europe after such wonderful trip was not easy... We could not recommend Gosheni Safaris more and Ombeni as a guide! Thank you Peter (the owner of the company) for your suggestions and organization. I have already mentioned your company to a friend of mine who is looking forward to a safari in Tanzania. We would love to come back some day, during the rainy season for a whole new experience.

Organized, efficient, knowledgeable and enjoyable to be around.
Dan did an amazing job of developing a specialized itinerary for us. We had very specific places and activities that we wanted to see and do in Rwanda & Uganda. That wasn't a problem for Kisoro Tours. Dan coordinated everything so smoothly and effortlessly. Everyday we were able to relax and enjoy without feeling any stress about our trip.
Dan has such a welcoming and fun personality. It was easy to see that he is well-liked and respected by others within the tourist industry. When we arrived at our accommations and the national parks, others went out of their way to greet Dan and talk with him. Definitely made me more confident and comfortable that we choose Kisoro Tours.
It can be a little uncomfortable to send money using a bank transfer when you don't know the other person/company. However, this seems to be a normal practice in some places. The transfer was easy and there weren't any problems using this process for payment.

Competent, responsive, serious and safe
Magnificent safari organized by Joël, very attentive to our expectations and easily answering all our questions before the trip. He organized the safari as I wanted it, high end, it's a price but it was great and very comfortable.
The very careful and very respectful driver always tried to please us, sometimes additional explanations would no doubt have pleased us, but he was always attentive and caring. I therefore recommend this company with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed!

Superb company
We booked a 5 day/4 night safari after friends recommended the trip to us.
From start to finish, Emanuel has been faultless and couldn't do enough for us. We were picked up from the airport and dropped at our hotel in Arusha that night. The next morning, we were collected from the hotel and met up with the rest of the group. The driver was friendly, welcoming and we felt at ease.
The safari itself was fabulous and we saw lots of animals which created many memories. The drivers were more than happy to stop for as long as we wanted to see the animals and they also talked on radios to each other to so that we didn't miss any opportunities.
We chose to stay in the lodges instead of camping which were all perfect and even better than we had hoped for. At one lodge in the Serengeti, there were elephants roaming around freely all night and were still there in the morning!
The meals provided (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were all delicious and the chef cooked a variety of different options. Emanuel also sorted gluten free options for myself which was a bonus and he also let all the lodges and drivers know about it so there was no risk of being unwell.
Emanuel was always at the end of the phone whenever we had questions and nothing was too much trouble for him.
He even came to our hotel on our final night to check we were happy with the safari experience - a lovely touch which not many companies would bother doing.
We wouldn't hesitate to book again with Crater Explorer if we wanted another safari experience.
