Excellent, top tier tour operator
5/5

This safari exceeded my expectations. All the parks were fantastic, the food was incredible and the lodges were very comfortable. Coming from Canada was a long flight and they made the booking and our stay flawless. Ezekiel was our guide and he was excellent. I highly recommend him and this company.

Ezekiel was an expert guide in every way and an encyclopedia on every animal fact we asked him.
5/5

Suricata Safaris is the best safari experience one could hope for. The food was great and showcased local specialties, with a nice 3 square meals a day and multiple 1.5L water bottles provided daily. Over the 5 days I spent with our expert guide Ezekiel, I saw every animal I could’ve imagined, regardless of how rare I imagined some sightings could be. He got us very close to elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, etc. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, even the tents have full functioning electricity, bathrooms and nice beds inside. Ezekiel had answers to every animal question we asked and taught me some Swahili along the way! The communications were super friendly and clear with both the general email prior to the trip, and during the trip, and also they welcome any questions even after you’ve parted ways with your guide for anything about the lay of the land in Tanzania.

10/10 will recommend to everyone I know, and will contact them when I plan another safari trip.

Well organized low budget safari!
4/5

We had a great time! Thank you for everything.
Our Guide and Chef, Bakari and Lucky were great guys, making our trip a memorable, amazing experience. We saw lots of animals, the food was delicious, accommodation was fine.
The only part we wouldn’t repeat is the visit of the Masai village. It seemed like an artificial setting especially made for tourists. There was no real connection with the people there and it seemed like another place to leave money. It would have been nice to get to know the Masai culture in a different way. We felt very uncomfortable during the whole show including the school scenes with the children that seemed pretty made up.
Besides that we had a great time and would definitely repeat the Safari with our Guides.
Thank you for the smooth organisation.

Adventure, magical place for vacation!
5/5

We had our first Africa trip 5 years ago to Kenya and we are back again, but this time in Tanzania. The travel agency recommended Ene Lepp, she made our trip plan. We started 3 days at Victoria lake town name Mwanza, called Stone Town. Two guides took us around, fishing on lake, sunset on the rocks with amazing view to town and lake Victoria, local food, historical village with the dance and singing and walking in town. After that started Serengeti safari. Our guide Emmanuel took care of us for 3 days, he new exactly where to drive that why we were lucky to see BIG 5 (Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant and Cape Buffalo) plus the Cheetahs, Hyenas, Jackals, Zebras, Antelopes, Gazelles, Hippos, Giraffes, Wildebeests, Crocodiles, Baboons and Monkeys and many other animals and varieties of birds. The tented lodges were an experience onto themselves. The people at the lodges were super accommodating. The lodges were literally in the middle of it all; right in the bush, lion just behind the tents and in the morning first you see zebras. Our trip ended in Zanzibar for 5 days, good hotel, nice beach ,amazing food. When you go Africa you reach back in time to a place where we all come from. Tanzania is full of beauty that only mother nature can create, and we were lucky to have experienced it. The people in Tanzania are so warm. Thank you Ene and Siafu Tanzania Safaris team, it was wonderful . Asante Sana.

Real Akuna Matata safari
5/5

I chose this safari because of the positive reviews. I can confirm they are all true and you can trust it. Me and my wife, we decided to go for the 3 days safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. They took care of us from the moment we got it touch and helped me solving doubts, questions and things prior, during and after the safari. They pick you up from the airport and drive you to the hotel (night before and after the safari included, also nice breakfast). Emmanuel (the owner) meets you at the hotel on your arrival and explains everything about the safari. Next day, Pascal (the driver - guide) and Emmanuel (the chef) pick you up for the safari. They are simply amazing. Pascal is very nice and has a big knowledge about everything (also a good English). Emmanuel is a lovely chef, you will be surprise with the food, I promise.

Lovely time if you are alone, in a couple or in a family. We got to know a group of 4 different people from different nationalities and it was all fun. We enjoyed a lot together finding the animals and visiting this lovely side of the world.

100% recommended. They will solve any potential issue you could have. They really care.

Fantastic and worth every penny 1
5/5

We travelled as a family of four to the most amazing places that exist on planet Earth. It is humbling to see that there are still parts on this planet that follow the ancient ritual of life and Africa is one of those. It has been a truly humbling experience.
The entire time period from the time of the booking to the pick up, logistics of driving over vast distances on a tight schedule was smooth and went without any major hiccoughs. The accomodation provided was also unique and comfortable and food good. The tented acccomodation provided in the Illkeliani camp at the Masai mara was remarkable and qualified more as a luxury tent. Hearing hyenas in the night (in the distance) never let us forget though that man always remains an intruder in the animal world.

Highly recommend the group and we look forward to future bookings with them .

A special word for our driver and guide Michael who made this trip all the more interesting for us all !

Adelle Bell is a true professional!
5/5

Our first trip to South Africa was an amazing experience, we had the holiday of a lifetime and it all went without a hitch.
Adelle Bell was tireless, gave us several options that might suit our timeline and our circumstances. Our trip was centred on a family wedding in East London, and Adelle was able to organise our trip around that. Our holiday to South Africa of course included a safari, wow !!
Adelle organised seamless travel throughout, the hotels were well located and excellent
I would definitely recommend Discover Africa and Adell Bell.

Another perfect Kenyan experience!
5/5

This is the fourth time using Sunworld Safaris to book my guided tour of Kenya. In the past, it was for Americans traveling together with the same itinerary. This year, our group comprised 3 Americans, 1 German and 2 English travelers. We arrived on different dates, did not all go to the same destinations and departed separately also! We all wound up in the right places, at the right times, that we were supposed to be there! What follows is a note I sent to Carolyn, our agent at Sunworld. She was amazing, and was able to juggle our groups needs flawlessly.

"All of the Sheldrick camps were comfortable with friendly accommodating staff. By now, it's like they are family and we are going home!

There was an elephant born at the Ithumba stockades the morning we arrived! Baby Milo to ex-orphan Melia. That was very exciting and Angela made an appearance to check him over. It was nice seeing her again so unexpectedly. Ithumba finally got some rain. Galdessa is so beautiful and breezy, wild elephants crossing the river to visit. Umani is so beautiful and lush, but a few bugs due to the moisture in the air.

Mara Bush Camp is always a joy! Nelson and Joseph were there to greet us. The two men especially, and I also include Donald, do their utmost to make our stay the most comfortable and pleasant time with them. I love to see their smiles and waves when we arrive. I can't say enough good things about them. The food (chef Fred and Eric), the room attendant Antony, Alfred the bartender, Peter our waiter, the askari Simon. Everyone works together for the comfort of the guests.

I can't say enough about Francis! This is my first safari with him. He's friendly and a genuinely lovely, nice man. He went out of his way to help some stranded motorists. He was always early and ready for every activity on the program. His knowledge of nature, wildlife and everything Kenyan were revealed every time he spoke. His guiding instincts led us to some very elusive creatures, specifically a leopard named Bahati! We had a very long day yesterday driving to see some friends a distance away. He maintained a professional attitude even with the news his mother passed away. We were very sorry to hear that. I look forward to having him guide me again.

Excellent experience in Zimbabwe
5/5

Oscar met us as we arrived and very helpful through out our time in Zimbabwe. He even saw us off at the airport. If you get the privilege of having Francis as your tour guide, you will be well taken care of. We arranged for a five day tour of VICTORIA FALLS and Hwange Reserve and everything was arranged to perfection. We had an incident with the Range Rover at Hwange and Oscar and Francis went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you for a wonderful time in Zimbabwe!
