Once in a lifetime experience
The trip was overall very impressive. The Safari was well planned and many thanks to Mdee’s expertise. He drove the Safari vehicle all across the beautiful savannah searching for all sorts of animals. The only pity was that we weren’t able to see the hunting process which we look forward to see next time. Thank you a lot for your service.

A TRIP OF A LIFETIME
I'm a solo traveler and this trip held a lot of firsts. It's the first time I've been to Africa and by extension Tanzania. It's the first time I've gone on safari and it's the first time I've ever booked a 4 full day tour that included sleeping arrangements. Suricata did not disappoint. For any issue that arose, from my not having a smaller bag <15kg for the safari trip to my flight being 7 hrs delayed, my Suricata booking agent Halima made sure to keep communication lines open with prompt responses and effective solutions for problems. The phrase "there's nothing we could do" was never uttered which is so rare in this day and age where folks will happily accept your money while doling out 0 customer service.
The accommodations were AMAZING for the money spent and even if they weren't, I'm sure the staff at Suricata safaris would have done whatever to ease my concerns.
I came in Dec 2023 which upon researching is the low season so I was not sure we would see any of the big 5. On my tour led by Freddie, we saw topis, heartbeats, warthogs, banded mongooses, dikdiks, elephants, giraffes, monkeys, baboons, lions, zebras, buffalo, wildebeests, rabbits, ostriches, a leopard, cheetahs, hippos, rhinos, white flamingos, hyenas, and various birds.
Freddie was always engaging, funny, and informative my only complaint with Suricata re: Freddie was that I had to wait until I returned to Arusha to tip him as there were no ATM stops. Touring with him was a 10 star out of 5 experience. There was never a dull moment unless I decided to fall asleep :)
The chef James, also went out of his way to make our tour group feel at home. Always greeting us with a smile, his dishes were delicious and inspiring....Im still unsure of how he made pizza with no oven but he did it! Every meal was nourishing and besides the pizza, reminded me of my mother's home cooking. I was raised eating spicier foods and James and Freddie always had extra spicy pepper sauce so that I could add the heat I've become accustomed to.
To close out the amazing 4 day safari, I met with Daniel at my accommodation in Arusha for a debriefing where he asked for an honest opinion of the tour and asked for ways in which the company could improve. I really did not have much feedback in the way of improvements.
It was a stellar experience. After posting about my experiences on Instagram, family and friends who had never shown interest in visiting Africa nor any type of safari have been contacting me relentlessly for more details about my trip so that they could arrange a visit with their own families.
Words truly can't express how grateful I am to Suricata for this experience but I certainly did try!!! I wish everyone from the company the best and I thank them earnestly for this once in a lifetime experience.

This was one of the best vacations ever!
This was our first trip to Africa, the AMA - Africa Mon Amour Safaris team was EXECELLENT from the start to finish. We saw the big 5 and a lot of things we weren’t even expecting. The planning of the trip was just perfect. Would definitely recommend AMA - Africa Mon Amour Safaris to anyone visiting Kenya!

Good communicator, accommodative and knowledgeable.
The game drive was educative, Moses was able to engage us all despite being age differences. The driver Flex was able to locate a wide variety of animals in Nairobi national park. We were able to spot lion , rhino, giraffe, hippo, crocodile, amongst others. We enjoyed ourselves. Value for money.

Great value for money. Flawless service.
Completed the 5 Day Budget Safari. Great value and flawless service, far exceeded expectations. Stayed at the Kruger Adventure Lodge, hardly a budget feel. Lovely rooms, attentive staff, cheap beers and excellent nightly meals. The communal dining hall feels like a wedding reception and encourage d socialising amongst the other guests. 5 days was plenty to get the whole experience, including 1 day of the Panorama Route Tour which is an absolute must do. It provides a welcome break after two days of safari and you get to see views and sights outside of Kruger National Park. Would happily do again and recommend to friends back home as a first time experience, as it was for us (Melbourne, Australia).

Fun day safari
Friendly staff and a customer service chat that a real human responds to. Friendly and efficient van drivers. The tour guide was very friendly and lived sharing stories at the various animals. It was supposed to be a rainy day but the rain held off and the sun came out after lunch. We got to see a leopard, hippos, rhino, zebra, giraffes, wildebeest and a couple others. Totally glad I gave up sleep to do this trip to Pilanesberg. So worth it ,

Our safari with Safari Soles was an absolute dream come true. From our first interaction with the booking agent, Regina, to the moment we bid farewell to our incredible guide, Ernest, every aspect of our journey was filled with exceptional communication, itinerary customization, and the warmest hospitality.
Regina, our dedicated booking agent, played a pivotal role in ensuring that our safari experience was tailored to our preferences. We travelled as a group of three and every accommodation was not only beautiful, clean, and exciting in and of itself, but she was able to secure three single beds in each location which made our experience all the better. We booked a day in Moshi, a day hike in Kilimanjaro, and 4 days of Safari hitting Tarangire, Serengeti (x2 days), and Ngorogoro crater. After flight difficulties that left us arriving a day late, Regina was communicative in amending our airport pick up and helped ensure we still made our day hike to Kilimanjaro. I cannot emphasize enough how great her communication was - from crafting the itinerary to fit our requests, to providing recommendations, to promptly following up every time I emailed, to communicating over Whatsapp when we arrived, Regina's attention to detail and commitment to customization truly set Safari Soles apart from the rest. The digital itinerary that Safari Soles provides as well is incredible - super informative and fun to share with friends and family.
Our safari adventure truly came to life with our remarkable guide, Ernest. His deep knowledge of the local wildlife and passion for the Sergengeti set our tour apart - he had an answer for every question we threw at him and his driving rivaled Formula 1 when it came to getting us to spots in time to see even the most elusive animals (we saw all of the Big 5!). Ernest's ability to spot animals from a distance is unparalleled. He knew all the best spots to look, filled us in on a myriad of wildlife facts, and gave us ample time to observe / take in the experience. What made Ernest stand out even more was his genuine kindness and thoughtfulness. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and safe throughout our journey. Ernest's warm and friendly demeanor created a welcoming and fun atmosphere, allowing us to connect with both him and the wildlife in a truly meaningful way. His patience in answering our questions and sharing fascinating insights made the safari not only an enriching experience, but a truly unforgettable one.

Great and personal service!
I had an absolutely great service and experience with Nhlalala Travel. I had quite a lot of questions ahead of the booking and the trip and it was all attended to swiftly and in a great and helpful tone from Norman Muchacheni. I needed to adjust the timings a bit to reach my flight on the last day and that was not an issue at all and I made it all on time. I was picked up in Johannesburg by a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful driver, also called Norman, who was great company and conversation partner on the whole trip - he drove safely, and knew his way and how to handle/beat the traffic. A true pleasure - Thank you!
