Seamless pickup, transfer and drop off with a great driver who gave us lots of information about where we were going.
The guide at the park was great and did his best to give us a chance at seeing the animals we were most interested in.

We have just been on our first Safari 3 days & 2 nights in the Serengetti, also experienced our first hot air balloon ride across part of the Serengeti, stayed in 2 accommodations, one was a glamping style accomodation and the second was pure luxury nearby the Ngorogoro Crater. Our guide God Son was amazing so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly & very reliable. What an amazing experience from start to finish.
Everything we planned went like clockwork, real value for money, very professional, reliable. All organised by Mohamed, Telly Africa Safaris.....would 100% most definitely recommend

Professional and friendly
Emanuel was the guy I contacted with. He was really helpful and welcoming. The Safari was amazing. The driver/tour guide was very experienced and professional. Although the communication was a little challenging due to language barrier, it did not make the whole journey bad at all. I was in a group of 7, and we saw so many wild animals and amazing views. It was a great experience.

Serengeti Smile did an awesome job planning out our custom safari. They also helped us with extra accommodations when our flight was delayed. They are your go to team if you ever plan to go to Serengeti. Ayubu and Dominic - our tour guides were very helpful at every stage and shared a lot of insights about the place, people and the awesome animals we saw in the park. They are knowledgable people with extensive experience of the region. I would highly recommend them.

Brilliant is organized, friendly and really cares about delivering an amazing safari experience
I used Brilliant for my first time visiting Africa and they did an amazing job of helping organize an unforgettable experience. Before arriving they provided a great amount of information on what to expect and how to properly prepare ahead of time. It was this type of attention to detail that really made everything run smoothly.
Our guide, Joshua, was incredibly knowledgeable answering all of the questions that we had and able to position us perfectly to have close-up encounters with the animals including the opportunity to see a pride of lions hunt a group of warthogs and a rare sighting of two rhinos in the Ngorongoro Crater.
Overall I have only great things to say about my experience and am grateful to Brilliant for executing on such a flawless Safari.

Excellent , Professional and safe tour operator for Kenyan Safaris
Our family went with Imraan and Best camping tours and Safaris and it was a fabulous experience. Imraan took very good care of us and the driver cum guide Robert provided to us was very safe while having a good eye to spot animals. Over all a fantastic experience as we could sight all the animals while having a safe drive, with good food and stay at nice places. I recommend Best camping tours and safaris to anyone who wants a Kenyan Safari experience. The place is so beautiful and the people that we met through the tour were courteous and passionate about sharing information about the game parks, their culture and making the trip extra special.

I can without reservation recommend Sopai Safaris .I communicated effectively with Rajab by email and WhatsApp before and during our trip .We did the fly in Safari to the Serengeti , Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire . The trip and our accommodation was organised well in advance We stayed in two Heritage Tented Camps and the Farm if Dream Lodge which was exceptional The food was good in all locations and we had hot meals on each day at lunch time which was lovely . Rajab met us the evening before our safari with personalised water bottles and most importantly because the migration was on when we were there had changed our accommodation for one of our nights in the Serengeti which meant we had the amazing experience of seeing the Wildebeest crossing the Mara River . Our driver Patrick was great , punctual knowledgeable about the animals and area and he coped with a puncture then a flat tyre with ease Be warned the roads are rough so you will be hot dusty and shaken around but you will have the most incredible experience . I would recommend taking the very best camera with the most powerful telephoto lens you can afford to get the most out of your trip . Very often the animals are close, sometimes very close but at others they are further away and a good camera to get detailed pictures is a good investment . Rajab met us after our safari to get our feedback which was without reservation positive .
