Friendly, caring, helpful.
5/5

We have done a two day safari with Kanje recetly. We visited the Tarangire national park and the Ngorongoro crater, both beautiful places. We managed to see four out of the big five! (no sign of a rhino, unfortunately). To see the animals in their natural habitat and in these numbers was truly amazing. The cars were comfy, and we got plenty of water, the lunch was tasty both days as well. The accommdation for the night was good. We got a different guide each day, Joseph was especially great, explained everything about the animals nicely.
The only downside was, that there were some last minute changes (early wake up) and some miscommunication about pickup for the second day. However, I would still recommend Kanje to a friend

Amazing Experience and package of safaris put together and delivered so perfectly
5/5

We had booked flights to Cape Town from London and asked Robyn to pull together a package including Kruger, Vic Falls and Botswana. The package he pulled together was fantastic and was value for money in line with our budget.

Robyn pulled the package together with nice extras such as the Zambesi Sunset cruise. The hotels were wonderful and the travel connections worked perfectly, including the Menzies rep who fast tracked us through Johannesburg airport to catch our connecting flight to Cape Town.

EXCELLENT TOUR COMPANY
5/5

I contacted Bright safaris Uganda through Safari bookings reason being it was my first time to travel to Africa (Uganda) and Meddy the owner of the company responded quickly than even i expected he was so helpful responded to all my questions and then i decided to book a tour with him where eventually went for a tour last month and i must say that this was beyond my expectations, exceptional. I visited Murchison falls, Kibale forest, Queen Elizabeth, bwindi impenetrable and lake bunyonyi which made my trip the most wonderful and gave me a life time experience ever.
I really them recommend everyone who is planning to visit Uganda to choose Bright Safaris Uganda because actually some of the proceedings goes to the orphanage project so let's support.

5/5

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly exceptional tour in Kenya, thanks to the outstanding services provided by Moran Discoveries & Tours. From the moment I booked my tour, I could sense the level of dedication they have towards creating unforgettable experiences for their clients.
What truly stood out during my trip was the personal attention I received from my tour guide. They were not just knowledgeable about the incredible wildlife, stunning landscapes, and vibrant culture of Kenya, but also incredibly attentive to my preferences and interests. Every aspect of the tour was tailored to ensure I got the most out of my time in this beautiful country.
The passion and enthusiasm of the tour guide were infectious, making every moment of the trip exciting and insightful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best opportunities to spot wildlife, learn about local traditions, and immerse myself in the breathtaking scenery.

HANDS DOWN, HE WAS AND IS THE BEST IVE EVER BEEN WITH!
5/5

It is with great pleasure I write this review for Ernest. Words can't express the feelings that my family and I were overcome by this experience. It was religious, and to share this lifelong dream of showing my family where my ancestors came from filled my heart and soul. From day one of the safari, Ernest (whom I affectionately call eagle eyes) ensured that it would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We visited 3 national parks, each one more spectacular than the other. Ernest is the most thoughtful, caring tour guide I have ever dealt with. He made sure while traveling that we had cold drinks and snacks. He also isn't like the big companies, when we stopped for lunch each day, we had a warm delicious meal provided to us. We would look around at others that were on tours, they were eating box lunches. His company is definitely geared towards family. As we traveled, we saw every animal that your mind could imagine and why you came on a safari in the first place except the elusive black rhino. Each day my 4-year-old kept saying that she wanted to see a rhino, and Ernest turned to her and said I promise to do everything I can to so you can see one. Eagle eyes was true to his word. On the last day, with less than one hour left at Ngorongoro crater national park Ernest was driving everywhere to find a rhino for my daughter. Then all of a sudden, he put on the brakes and put the car in reverse and said to my daughter there is your rhino! To see my daughter light up like the sky made the whole trip worth it. Please visit Tanzania, and when you do give Ernest Magic Tours and Safaris your business. I have given all my friends and family his information, and they will use him. I have also given all his information to my family for their visit. Ernest my brother, we are coming back! Thank you for everything, my family loves and missed you, brother!

Reliable, quick to respond, flexible.
5/5

We did the trip with the Suricatas recently, and it was great! Can’t say enough of good things about our amazing guide Augustine and our great cook Nuru. Everybody we met was very nice! We had no problem with the communication with the company, and there were no organization issues.
During the first day of the trip, you had to move thru the forest with a ranger in a bigger group, it was a little annoying, but our guide did the maximum for us, so we could move around just by ourselves. We managed to get to the top in two days and got lucky with the weather so the view was amazing. We also caught the sunset on the way down. Our guide was our biggest fan in the last few moments under the summit, where we needed a little push. While we found out, it is not the cheapest tour of Mount Meru, we highly recommend it!!!

Life-changing adventure, getting face to face with gorillas and exploring the gorgeous countryside
5/5

Just had the tour of a lifetime with Peter, our wonderful guide, and three of my friends. Cannot recommend Big Apes enough! Overall, the trip was a fantastic value and we got face to face with incredible wildlife including gorillas, golden monkeys, zebras, and impala. We also stayed at some very unique eco-lodges and tried some delicious local foods! Another highlight was just driving through the gorgeous Rwandan and Ugandan country-side.

From my first contact with Peter on Safari Bookings, he was very responsive and worked with us to tailor the trip itinerary. We had a super convenient and smooth pick-up from the airport and comfortable lodgings each night with the basic amenities (Wi-Fi, hot water, mosquito nets, comfortable beds). The restaurants we went to were also great and had options for local and Western cuisine. Some bonus experiences we had included trying some exotic fruits, swimming in a gorgeous lake, and visiting some local markets. Peter himself is also a highly knowledgeable guide who taught us a lot about the history and ecology of each country.

Responsive!
5/5

My spouse and I just finished an incredible 9-day journey through Tanzania to see the Great Migration and it was all thanks to Toto Africa and its owner, Chris Japeth. We shopped nearly half a dozen tour operators and this was the best value for our itinerary. We booked a 5-day safari and beach holiday opting for the mid range package (Note: We booked the all-inclusive resort in Zanzibar separately as that saved us a couple hundred dollars). During our initial emails with Chris, we were captured by not only his responsiveness but also his flexibility in crafting a custom Safari schedule to fit our unique travel needs - 9 days is super short for this type of trip. Whenever we had a request the answer was always “yes”. Chris put up with dozens of our emails/WhatsApp messages and responded quickly and made us feel at ease. He even took the time to message us early in the mornings to make sure we didn’t miss our flights. What a guy! Toto arranged everything from our tasty meals on the safari, beautiful accommodations, and last but not least, airport pickups and drop offs. Special shout-out to our Safari guide Ben with over 20 YEARS of experience who went above and beyond to make sure we saw the as many incredible animals as possible while patiently answering our endless questions about nature and the culture in this incredible country. When we were tired and wanted to give up, Ben kept pushing us to keep looking and it paid off. We saw a Leopard, Cheetah, nearly a dozen lions, and all the grazing animals as well. Most importantly, we were one of only 15-20 vehicles to see the largest wildebeest crossing the entire day in Northern Serengeti and this was all because of Ben. Ben was also very respectful of the animals and would keep appropriate distance while other younger and more inexperience drivers would get too close to the animals. It was evident the other Safari guides respect him a great deal. All in all everything was great and if we could do the trip again, we would make only a couple of changes. For example, we would break up our drive from Northern Serengeti to Arusha/Moshi into 2 days because it’s a very long 11 hour drive otherwise. I would spend extra time in the central Serengeti and skip Tarangire National Park since while beautiful, it has similar animals as the Serengeti and is almost 3 hours away from the Southern entrance to Serengeti National Park. Also, bring a mask and saline nasal spray since there’s lots of dust on the drive and you want to be able to keep the windows of the land cruiser open to keep cool. Mosquitos were surprisingly not a big issue on the Safari but at the resort in Zanzibar they came out in swarms. I wish someone had told us this stuff. Have a great journey with Toto Africa and tell them hi for us!
