Excellent customer service and great tour
Booked a 3 day Tsavo East and Saltlick tour for a group of 6 ladies aged 65. Perminus responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and subsequent queries and in the end we got a very good value deal customised to our requirements. The driver, James, was very experienced and had excellent knowledge of the game parks and widlife. He was friendly, patient, punctual and a pleasure to be with. Even once the tour had commenced and been paid for, Perminus continued to provide a great and efficient service, providing a ‘no show’ letter I requested for one of the group who had to pull out and claim the cost from her travel insurance. I would not hesitate in recommending Africa Marvel Tours if anyone is considering a safari in Kenya.

Friendly and wonderful safari experience
We booked a 2 night Masai Mara safari experience from Nairobi staying in Lenchada. We had 2 part day drives and 1 full day, and we saw amazing wildlife. Jonny was a super friendly and expert guide, who made sure we saw everything from lion cubs and leopard to vultures and kingfishers. The lodge was a fun place to stay with communal meals and a cold beer at the end of the day. Would happily recommend the whole experience with Jocky Safaris, as they also helped us with a half day driver when we arrived so we could visit Karura Forest (birdwatching safari with Friends of KF). Vincent was very patient and helpful - even helping us to a camera shop as we had lost an essential part en route!

Amazing African Safari - Exceptional Guide - Excellent arrangements
We had a great time visiting Kenya and experiencing the great African safari. We visited Amboselli NP, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara. Amos & Betty picked some excellent resorts for us in all three locations as well as in Nairobi. Rueben, our safari guide and driver was exceptional - his breadth of experience and wide knowledge of Africa, the widlife, the culture, the people - this was the best part of the trip. The highlight of the trip is the Masai Mara NP. The Mara Maisha camp was the highlight of the trip - an exceptional property with caring staff and excellent food and facilities.
Africa is bucket level stuff. Do not miss it. And trust Amos and Betty to put together an exceptional trip and arrangements for you.

Very individualized and caring Service
They are new in the business and ready to go the extra mile. Beyond the three attractions we booked (Giraffe and elephant nursery and Kazumi Beads Factory) they also took us to the Karen Blix Museum nearby at no extra cost. Their van seems to be pretty new and well-equipped. Pick-up and drop off at our friends place on the other side of town went smoothly despite heavy rush-hour traffic.

Flexible, efficient, prompt and highly professional and resourceful!
10 out of 5 stars!!!
Innocent was fantastic in organizing the Safari. He was extremely flexible and very accommodating! Our tour guides Sebastian and Joachim (Papa Maasai) the driver went above and beyond to make sure that our every need was met. They anticipated our needs/wants and addressed it even before we were aware that it was a necessary. They were prompt and efficient and went out of their way to take care of other issues with my trip that had nothing to do with them like helping get new ferry tickets for Zanzibar.
I plan on making 1-2 more trips to Tanzania to see other parks (Serengeti) and enjoy everything that Zanzibar (2 days out of 7 days was not enough

We got value for our money back
We went to Kenya in the beginning of June. It was our first safari and first time in Africa. We only went for a week and wanted to see as much as possible.
We certainly did that. We visited Masai Mara ,Amboseli National park, Lake Nakuru National park, and Tsavo West/East.
We did a lot of driving, probably too much for only a week, driving everyday from 7am to 6.30 pm, stopping only for a hour for lunch. The roads were dusty and rough, but we did see a lot of wildlife, and were fortunate to have a great young guide, Jimmy who not only knew the area very well, but had great insight into the habits of the wild animals, and was able to spot things we wouldn’t have noticed.
For the time of year we probably should have not bothered to go to Amboseli as the migration had not reached there yet, and wildlife was limited. We saw the most in Masai Mara, and Lake Nakuru.
Overall a though and a wonderful great trip, thanks to Geofrey for organizing everything and assisting us to maximize on it. Good weather and bush camping was a great experience.
We will surely be back and will recommend Osnet Tours for anyone planning a Safari.

Fantastic and full of wonderful people. Jim is a wonderful guide!
I went on the Kuti and the Lake tour and the Dedza pottery tour with Jim. I went solo because I was there on business, but Jim made it completely amazing! He knows so much about the area and is an expert birder. He is also quite good at spotting wildlife. I went in winter and it was quite nice. The grasses dried out and had either been burned or cut down making it easier to see the wildlife. I also loved the rock painting area and it was definitely a highlight of my trip! Thanks Land & Lake and Jim!

5* wild life
A few words about Tanzania, we landed in Zanzibar at night so it's very hard to say anything about the first impression. We started the day on the eastern side of the island, by the ocean, a beautiful beach, but there is nothing to do outside the hotel and the area does not offer much, the weather was good. We got to know Tanzania the next day, going on Safari to Tanganyika. Flying to Arusha is very convenient. We spent three beautiful days there, which made a great impression on us. If you are a nature lover, this is a must visit place. We felt very taken care of, Safari organization at the highest level. I recommend this experience to everyone. Lots of animals, beautiful views and a great atmosphere. We also visited a Maasai village, but it was an organized visit and a bit artificial. I don't have much to say about Tanzania itself because I haven't met the real Tanzania, I've only seen it with the eye of a car. What I saw was all prepared for a tourist. It's a very beautiful country but I don't know if it's safe to explore it on your own. On the other hand, organized trips take place along designated routes, mainly with stops for souvenirs and handicraft shops. Apart from all this, the nature of Tanzania is beautiful and more than beautiful. After returning to Zanzibar, apart from the beach, we organized a road trip, but Zanzibar disappointed me. All attractions are quite artificial, prepared for tourists, superficial and not very interesting. This is a place rather for people who want to have fun in the evening at the hotel. There is also sex tourism. I was also disturbed by the omnipresent cheating, extortion and waiting for a tip for anything. I am a person who likes wildness and raw nature, but here I felt a bit like in a zoo. If I visit Tanzania again, it will definitely be different - deeper. As a hotel and beach destination, no. However, I do not regret the money spent.
