We had a great experience with Serengeti Smile. From the first point of contact the communication was great, and leading up to the trip too.
The pick-up location and time was on time and professional.
We toured the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. Godwin our guide was very knowledgeable on the areas and communicated with other guides from different companies inside the parks. They all work together to see as many animals as possible.
Frank tailored our wish list specific to us and emailed multiple options for us to choose. I also then asked to change days and add a day trip to Kilimanjaro which was not an issue at all. We made contact with Frank about 2 months prior to our dates in Tanzania.
It was a fantastic trip and hassle free with Serengeti Smile.

Feel the wild animals in Africa.
There was no major difficulty in preparing for my first trip to Africa with sufficient advance guidance from this travel agency.
The safari was very informative with Peter's ample explanation.

Let's organize 2022 safari trip!
One of the best travel experiences we've had! The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they helped us make the most out of our safari. The food and lodgings were excellent. The location was ideal for gaming viewing. The guides were great. The price was reasonable, particularly compared to other comparable options. The vehicle was very confortable.

Amazing journey to remember forever!
Me and my husband had a 5-day safari trip with Tazama Holidays. First of all, I would like to thank our most amazing guide and driver Jack! He is smart, kind, has a great sense of humor, drives very carefully. Jack told us many interesting facts about life in Kenya and of course about animals during the safari - it was a pleasure to talk to him. We managed to see many many birds and animals and enjoyed the trip a lot thanks to Jack.
I would also like to mention that the trip was organized very well, and Anthony, the owner of Tazama, was very helpful when we were just planning the trip.

She is beyond exceptional.
My time in Zanzibar happened to be a fun time experience for me. I had just gotten married and we needed to go for our honeymoon.. then I thought about Zanzibar, told my husband and Ms Leina planned it all for us. We had the time of our lives. Actually wanted to extend my stay but the airline didn’t let that happen. From the tours to the food to the hotel accommodation, the experience is just out of this world.. Top notch! Thank you Ms Leina, will definitely visit again and this time I’m coming with friends.

Everything you look for in a travel agency
They help us from the very beginning of the trip, not only with the itinerary, but also with some tips about visas, COVID, travelling with children and similar things.
During the trip, the guide was excellent in terms of explanations and help, again beyond the expectations (for instance, we forgot certain things in the first hotel and he managed to recover them)
If I would go back to Kenia, I will certainly get them again
