Desperate customer service
1/5

Again I am waiting on a refund promised by the managing director to pay at the end of Feb, Jan and also December. So far having committed to payment and having submitted account details at their request I have not received anything. The airline refunded in 1 weeks, hotels within 2 weeks, and even the government refunded the visa fee due to us not being able to travel on account of an international travel ban. I feel like I have been robbed, with repeated requests to honour their word being ignored.

Lovely Safari to Tanzania
5/5

We enjoyed our safari to Tanzania in 2018 with my friends. I could remember that it was very hot and dry, we saw a lot of animals near the swamp in Serengeti. We were so lucky to saw lion hunting in the crater. We saw a lot of elpehnts in Tarangare. Our safari was very good. Credit to Sino Africa Safari.

Couldn't have asked for anything better!
5/5

Our safari was thumb up! Everything were smooth from the pick up to the drop off. We could have not asked for anything better! Please ask Sino Africa Safari to have Solomon take you for your safari because he is the best driver guide. He is Professional Professional and Professional (i mention professional 3 times).

Without a doubt... Lulu is one of the best. Great communication skills and support from the staff from the time of booking to the day of the trip and beyond.
Highly recommended

Love our holiday
5/5

We love our holiday in Kenya, we miss the holiday once we are back to our country. The animals were so nice, food was tasty, hotels were luxury. Everything was so so great! Apart from the road to masai mara was not very good, should be repaired.

One of a kind experience with Sirikwa Travels.
5/5

The time we started our enquiry with Sirikwa till we boarded our plane in Tanzania, we were treated with utmost respect. We were 4 women from Boston, USA did the kilimanjaro hike & Safari through Sirikwa. We couldn't be more happier with our experience.
We were greeted by Sirikwa's Manager in the airport who took care of all our needs & made us feel very comfortable.
We did 2 days Safari prior to the trek. We went to Tarangire National Park & Ngorongoro Crater. Our Guides Pachious & Ojung’u were so knowledgeable & took care of us very well. They were very courteous & made us very comfortable & safe. Our accommodation & food during the safari were amazing. We had a wonderful time during our both Safaris & also on our trek to Kilimanjaro. Thanks Sirikwa for making this ones in a life time experience extra special.

Excellent and professional services!!
5/5

We had a prefect and amazing 8 day Safari in Uganda with Hail tours . Everything was organised perfectly. All the lodges provided to us were so nice with everything inside .

The guide /drive Nelson was friendly and he knew everything about wild life and country at large .The game drives, the Gorilla and chimps trekking were all amazing experiences .
The guide was a passionated birdwatcher and could give us extra information by telling us about the birdlife in all the parks that we visited.
We would like to thank Hail tours team for being well organised because we loved everything about our trip!!!

Simply overwhelming!
5/5

I traveled to Uganda during the Covid crisis, of course feeling slightly queasy; and then it was all just overwhelming! I booked my two sections of the trip with Prime Uganda Safaris, just as I did four years ago when I first traveled to the country where there is never a boring moment.

Prime Safaris is one hundred percent recommended. They offer the most amazing trips within Uganda, whether short or long. I had a special request for the greater Kampala area, no problem, Cate can do magic. Simply send her an email, then you already feel the friendliness of the Ugandans on your screen. No money grubbing.

I had one day Entebbe and three days Mweya with Queen Elisatbeth National Park safari. Those were days I will never forget. Just like the previous speaker from Korea, I had Dennis as a tour guide. The man is a blast, a highly intelligent and always friendly guy, just like Anasjas (spelled right?) four years ago. During the game driving Dennis had 50 eyes, he always spotted the animals immediately. Lions, hippos, antelopes, elephants, buffalos and birds without end. The program included a boat trip on Lake Edward. Thank you folks from Mweya Lodge, too! A great view of the lake landscape from your own terrace.

My tip; on the way maybe a few steps through the small villages, where there is maybe no Big Ben and no Eiffel Tower, but the Ugandan everyday life with smiling people.

Thank you, Cate! Greetings to your family, we were all able to greet each other briefly in the lobby! I will come back! Thank you, Dennis, it was a pleasure to have your company!
