Caring and well organized company dedicated for the greatest experience.
I had the chance to book a single 7 days Safari in Tanzania with geoDiscovery Tours and it has been one of the greatest experience of my life.
From the beggining Gülüstan was responsive and dedicated for me to have the best experience possible. I had Kilimanjaro climb before and a Zanzibar flight after and she makes sure the logistics was perfect, so they pick me up at the hotel I was in Moshi and they drop me off in Arusha airport and they even waited for me to clear security at the airport!
I also want to give a shout-out to Abraham the Director of Operations there who makes me feel like home, pick me up at my hotel in Moshi and brought me to nice local restaurants and local market and gave me the best experience and makes sure I had everything I needed, he was present at all steps of the trips and I felt very welcomed.
Another shout-out to my guide Jordan who like Abraham went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience possible. As exemple on the 3rd day we have travel between Tarangire to Serengeti and it's a pretty long day of 12+ hours, when Jordan heard that there was leopards that been seen from other guides we went that way because he wanted to make sure I didn't miss the opportunity to see leopards as they are hard to see. Jordan also speaks French which is my mother tongue so it was awesome for that to converse with him in French and since I was alone there we shared dinner together so I wasn't alone.
Both Abraham and Jordan was very friendly and positive attitude and welcoming.
I had a very incredible experience, I had the chance to see all the big 5 (even rhino from afar), I stayed in incredible farm hotels with great fresh food and had the opportunity to see image of beauty that will stay with me forever and I thank everyone at geoDiscovery Tours for helping making this dream come true.
I really recommand anyone to book with them to be able to enjoy one of the greatest experience you can offer to yourself or loved ones.

Fantastic safari tour company and memorable trip!
This review is long in coming and the delay not a reflection of the service and time experienced!
My husband and I traveled to South Africa last October and had the great fortune of booking our 7-day safari trip with Wild Planet Safari.
From the very beginning, communications with Thale were prompt, very informative, professional and friendly.
At the start of our trip, we had some health issues that caused us to delay our trip by a couple of days. Thale was once again incredibly supportive and worked with us to coordinate alternative options while making sure we didn't miss out on our trip there.
Once at Kruger National Park, we met with our guide Chris who on a daily basis went out of his way to make sure that each outing was maximized and that we saw and experienced the wildlife as much as possible. Chris also catered to our every wish and humored us in taking the "not such traditional" perfect pictures, like of dead trees, rocks and whatever caught our eye in the moment! Not only was Chris a wealth of information about the wildlife, always providing interesting facts, but he is also an amazing cook! Every meal he prepared was amazing!
We had an excellent experience with Chris and Thale and look forward to the next opportunity when we can come back again with the rest of the family! Thank you Wild Planet Safari for the great vacation!!

Mwanje was truly a super-B agent, he was there for us from the start of our trip (months before) until we finished our travel and reached home safely. He was there to guide us and assist us 24/7. Hands-off to you

Efficient
Pros: Overall great experience. Saw all the animals on the bucket list. Our guide was great about following any leads from other drivers to make sure we saw the big 5 and more. He was responsive to when we wanted to stop and was genuinely friendly and kind.
Cons: You are on a trip with multiple people on different itineraries, so there is some extra travel between safaris and differing accommodations, which takes up some extra travel time. Also because of this, there is some group decisions that need to be made that may compromise what you want to do. We were also never offered the boat trip the at was supposedly available on my itinerary because others had it scheduled on a different day, which was frustrating. Additionally, this trip is in a van vs jeep/Range Rover so there are limits as to speed and locations where you can drive. It did not seem to affect the total animals we saw but luck may have been on our side.
Overall the trip was awesome, but if you want full control of your itinerary, there may be better options.

Simply the best
I have been to East Africa three times in 5 years, and yet the Lush Africa Safaris guys still managed to amaze me this last September. Kenya is my pick out of the pool when it comes to raw safari experience, but nothing is as exciting as the mountain gorillas in Uganda. In fact, the wildlife here is a given. The hunting dogs blow my mind away. This was my most memorable trip to Africa, and I plan to go further south next time – again with Lush. Their professionalism and kindness are unmistakable.

Awesome !! everything was top notch!
last month we did an 8 day trip to Uganda at Home to Africa.
The trip was a curated trip to our wishes.
It was an unforgettable trip!! What we saw really exceeded all our expectations! With the Gorillas as the highlight. We had Derrick as a guide and this man gave our holiday a top experience.
It was great

Kind, fun, accommodating, organised and unforgettable!
What a team! Webster was brilliant, everything was perfectly organised and we had so much fun! We did Victoria falls, Hwange and Chobe. Each one was flawless and we were in contact easily with the team if we needed anything. I’d highly recommend them!

Give you an unforgettable tour of a lifetime
If you are looking for a safari tour, Karibu Safaris is recommended. Mr. Castro who was our tour operator was very entertaining. They spent hours trying to show us as many rare moments of animals as possible. And the driving technique was excellent, showing the animal at the closest and best point of any car. Thank you Castro. The inn run by the Maasai tribe was also very enjoyable. The tent was comfortable and the conversation with the Maasai tribe was very humorous and fun. It was the most memorable and fun tour of my life.

Great partner to fulfill your dreams
We can fully recommend to climb the Kilimanjaro with the almighty Team. The organisation off-mountain as well as on the Mountain was perfect. The communication with the Almighty director Rashid was easy via Mail and WhatsApp. He answered our questions fast and was flexible with our wishes like date of departure and extra nights in the Hotel before or after the climb. On arrival we were picked up on time by our driver Raphael, who also showed us the town of moshi the next Day and drove us back to the airport on our last Day. At the salinero Hotel, where we had a relaxing stay with delicious breakfast and Dinner before and after the climb, Rashid introduced us to our head guide Emanuel. Before departure, Emanuel checked our luggage to see if anything is missing. With Emanuel, the assistance guide Issa, the chef Martin and the porters Feya, Haji, Youness, Kelvin, Julius and Kanaa, we had an amazing time on the Kilimanjaro. Emanuel and Issa made the trip very enjoyable, despite the sometimes tiring hikes, and were like friends to us. They are very knowledgable about the flora and fauna of kilimanjaro. They made us reach the peak by their constant Motivation and help with even carrying our daybags in the long and strenous summit night. The Chef Martin prepared delicious breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and even snacks in the afternoon, so we were never hungry. Our tent was large enough for the two of us and equipped with mattresses as well as a table and two chairs. All in all, we had a great time under the guidance of Emanuel and the whole almighty Team and would recommend it to people who are looking for an adventure and don't mind the hardships of climbing a 5895m tall mountain.
