Tanzania Safari Experience
We recently (Dec 2022) as a family made a ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ Safari trip to Tanzania. We worked with Pooja tours - a local Arusha based operator. We went for a smaller, local company because we wanted personalized attention without paying the exorbitant rates that US based operators were offering. To be honest, we were a little worried about the financial/experience risk, but Hitesh (owner)provided references to a couple of US based folks who had taken the trip with him. We called them and got good feedback that put our mind at rest. We went ahead with Pooja tours and worked very closely with Hitesh on the Itinerary. He worked very collaboratively with us, answering all our 'touristy' questions, assuaging all our inordinate fears around flies/malaria/yellow fever/tse-tse flies and so on. We did our research on hotels we wanted to stay in and Hitesh made sure to make the blockings on our behalf (we did wire him some advance). He offered us lot of suggestions around appropriate safari attire, visa, accommodated our food restrictions and made appropriate arrangements at various hotels.
We were picked up at the Kilimanjaro airport, but unfortunately our baggages didn't make it from Amsterdam. Kudos to Hitesh who asked us to continue our onward journey to Serengeti, while he coordinated with KLM, got the baggage, arranged another driver to drop our luggages near the hotel we were staying (6 hours away from airport). Our guide, Godfrie, met us at the Serenara airport and accompanied us all the way till the end of the trip 8 days later. He was very knowledgeable about Serengeti, its wildlife, and communicated very clearly in English. He was very willing to drive several hours, long distances during our game drives to make sure we saw the 'Big Five' (Lion, Leopard, Buffalos, Rhinos, Elephants) as close as possible coordinating with other safari guides over radio. We had great experience right through the tour and came back safely to Arusha for our flight back. Hitesh shared some local shopping places in Arusha and we bought some Tanzanite, Cashew Nuts, and Masai trinkets.

The trip was amazing because we got to see almost all animals that were there. Elephant sighting was highlight as we were able to see a whole family up close. Lunch and water are provided so it makes the trip easier. We stopped at some places for pictures when it was possible and our guide took many nice photos for us and was very helpful. The accommodation was amazing and incredible location. Food was great at the Eileens lodge and the other camp in the Serengeti. Definitely recommend to take the comfort package with Vincent as your guide. They are very good people and experienced also.you will get alot of knowledge about the places, people , customs and animals that u see.

Very professional and better than many higher priced options.
We did a five day safari and it surpassed our expectations. Jimmy our guide was simply great. He cared about everyone and paid attention to every detail. Our group felt so lucky to have him. We loved Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha adventures.
All the accommodation chosen was carefully selected and standards were high without being ostentatious.

Amazing Kenya - 8 Day Safari Trip
My husband and I travelled to Kenya on an 8 Day Safari trip exploring Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha & Masai Mara.
I enquired with many tour companies, and it wasn't hard to pick Julies just based on his prompt responses and flexibility. I loved the fact that he never tried to upsell anything that we were not interested in and recommended what would work best for our tour. I wanted to swap a few camps, and he happily adjusted the plan. The cherry on the cake was Sammy, our appointed driver and guide. He was friendly and informative on the parks, animals, and culture and was just a delight to journey with( which is so important as you spend most of your day with the guide). Most of all, he looked like he actually loved his job. I really believe that we couldn't have had such an emulsive experience without JT & Sammy.

Definitely one of the most special experience of my whole life
Everything was amazing. Since the planificación and reservation to the dropping us in Narok town on the final day. I will recommend to book this safari without any hesitation. Me and my friends went into a shared safari in the Toyota van and it was incredible. The communication and the payment was easy and gave me a lot of confidence. Even though it can seem kind of expensive at first is definitely worth it, you don't have to worry about entrance fee, food, water, where to stay or transportation. Our guide was really nice and commitment to give us the best experience ever. I recommend Axis safaris for your visit to Masai Mara 100%

Serengeti
Our 7 days Safari to Tanzania has been very successful and incredible . Thanks to our guide Mwinyi.
We visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National park we had two nights there following wildebeest Migration.
Thanks to this operator as we were offered very good jeep and clean and guide is always on Time.
Overall we had nice time to Arusha,Tanzania and we encourage everyone reading this and want to visit Serengeti Park in Arusha, Tanzania you won't regret to use Mothercity Safari's Co.Ltd
