Punctual, polite, flexible, skilled, reliable expert animal guides, with a five star experience!
We rescheduled our trip due to the coronavirus pandemic, and the operator worked with us to rebook lodging and permits. Extremely communicative, modern, reliable, punctual and safe experience. We were a bit nervous during the booking and money transfer. This company was by far the best, most reliable out of our five weeks of Africa bookings. Our driver was far better than our other tours, as he was professional and educated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Enjoyed the safari
I liked every bit of the safari. It must be one of the best things to do while in Nairobi. There's so much wildlife next to the city, and a real wildlife safari. The afternoon tour we did was amazing, our guide Peter did the best to trace a pride of lions that were feeding their kill at the bush. The city skyscrapers beautify the horizon at the park. Its view is wonderful, don't hesitate to book with Savannah Woods Safaris to get this kind of experience.

Helpful from beginning to end
My mother and I had a one-week safari with a wonderful guide, Daniel. The accommodation selections were great, and Daniel was a skilled driver who always made sure my mother and I were comfortable and safe.
Well recommended, and great value for money.

Fantastic Safari Experience!
I booked a solo trip to Masai mara for a 3-day safari with Safari Update Travels. Silas was very professional in the way he communicated and gave detailed information. He answered all the questions I asked. It was my first time on a safari, I wanted to get every detail.
He booked for me Sopa lodge in Masai Mara. They had very nice rooms and the staff were so accommodating. I went for game drives for three days and words cannot express what an exciting experience it was, from the landscape to wildlife. My driver guide was very knowledgeable. It was such a magical experience where I enjoyed every moment of it. I highly recommend Safari Update Travels for those going on a safari in Kenya. Keep up the excellent work.

Great trip and safari provider!
Our trip with Mufasa was amazing!
Communication and planning: Communication and planning with Polly was easy and effortless. She answered quickly and was very accommodating in every way. Polly and our driver met us at the airport, and took great care of us.
We even got a reusable water bottle from them as a gift - a nice little gesture.
The company is very professional and honest, so I really do recommend them! They are well organized and always on time.
Accommodation in Masai Mara: We stayed at Loyk Mara. The service and food was excellent. The tents are very luxurious and clean, and there are no bugs inside the tents. They have hot running water, great wifi and electricity 24/7. At night they even but a heating bottle in our bed - and it was the most comfortable and luxurious feeling! They did all these extra services that made you feel very at ease and relaxed.
The camp lies in the open wilderness with no fences, so you will hear and see animals during day and night. After sundown, the local masai accompany you if you go outside from your tent. The camp has a beautiful pool and very scenic surroundings.
When we arrived after a long drive from Nairobi, we did not want to drive out for a short game drive. The camp offered us a complementary walking safari on the savannah outside the camp. Three Masai's took us around, showing is footprints and animals. That was really amazing, and one of our favorite memories! We saw giraffes, hyenas and many other animals in really close proximity.
The camp is located a bit "further out" from the areas where there are a lot of camps near each other (for example around Talek og Mara Simba), but I would say it is worth the extra hour of driving without a doubt!!
We did not know that the camp was a bit far away, and when looking on Google Maps it is located very to by the other camps, but driving just 1 KM takes much longer time than what you would expect (due to the roads etc.). That's good to keep in mind when roaming around in Masai Mara.
Driver: Our driver Tony was a nice and calm guy. He drove really well to and from Nairobi, and we never felt scared in the traffic. During the game drives in Masai Mara, he did his best to find animals and he was very successful at it. We saw some really amazing things! Including a heard of 20 lions relaxing together and 3 leopards! Quite the rare experience. He also know the Masai Mara by heart, and drove well there.
He is not the most talkative person, but if you ask him questions, he is knowledgeable and very friendly.
He also made every breakfast and lunch very memorable and peaceful! We ate out in the wilderness to beautiful views and surroundings.
Car: We had the Toyota landcruiser, and I really recommend you have that car. Driving off road (like you do in the Masai Mara) is quite the experience, and no car is better than the landcruiser for this type of driving!
The only issues were that not all the seat belts were working, and the windows were a bit difficult to open. It was ok though, as we were only two persons.

Smooth and excellent trip!
The experience was excellent and smooth. Everything was very well organized thanks to the team at Delfin tours. They were very accommodating and responsive before and throughout the trip especially Annalice who always called to check up on how I was faring. Our driver Peter were very friendly and welcoming and had a lot of interesting information to share. The trip felt very safe and well designed and the chosen accommodations were amazing (MidLand hotel in Lake Nakuru, Mara Simba Lodge in Masai Mara). The roads from Nairobi to Masai Mara can be a bit bumpy, so I'd suggest taking a flight to avoid the inconvenience. I will definitely make my next booking with Delfin Tours, highly recommended.

Magical Tanzania
Encompass Africa (Danica) organised our second trip to Africa and similar to our first, they did not disappoint. Communication is excellent, with many date changes and different itineraries being proposed, all of which were dealt with patiently, despite our many emails and questions. Danica has so much passion and enthusiasm for Africa and that coupled with her professionalism and knowledge makes the planning almost as much fun as the trip itself. We felt safe every step of the way with our 2 teenage children and the camps we stayed in were all comfortable, with great food and amazing, warm and friendly staff who could not do enough for you. We would highly recommend Nasikia Camps. We had a guide from Massai Wanderings for our first 4 days and he had a wealth of knowledge and was patient with the thousands of questions from our teenage son. The whole tour was without hitch, camps great, wildlife sightings excellent, staff superb and we can't wait for our next trip. The tour included Dar es Salam, Arusha, Tarangire National Park (so many elephants and birds!),Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, and the awesome Serengeti. It was magical to experience a hot air ballon over the Serengeti at sunrise, followed by a delicious bush breakfast with silver service and champagne. Can't wait to plan our next African adventure!

Excellent services!!! Wow
We have just returned from our 11 days signature of Rwanda trip by Hermosa Life tours and travel. Thanks to the team and Yvonne in particular for suggesting for us such a beautiful trip to this nice green country. Yes, we have been on safaris before but this one is going to be in our hearts for so long. We started with a city tour in Kigali city, saw the genocide memorial, traveled to Akagera National Park for game viewing, then to the southern side of the country in Nyungwe forest, relaxed at Lake Kivu and we finished out trip with the mountain gorillas.
Our driver Patrick gave us very beautiful stories about Rwanda and my daughter kept on recording them. The lodges chosen had cozy beds, African touch elements everywhere and these are things we enjoy in Africa most. Everyone involved from hotels, food served, driver guide, rangers at the parks, Hermosa Life Tours our agency, Rwanda as a country, we can say that this was excellent service to my family. We recommend this team.

He deserves a promotion and made my first trip to Africa 200% more enjoyable! I thank lion king for this amazing experience and salehe kimosa for making this trip extra memorable!
