Absolutely wonderful!
5/5

Can not say enough positive things about E-trip Africa, we had a wonderful time, the service was great. I felt that if I needed anything I could reach out at any time, response time was quick. Co-vid tests were arranged seamlessly. Properties were beautiful. We saw the big 5 and tons more. Trip of a lifetime!

Great unforgettable experience
5/5

From Lion encounters to feeling a part of a herd of elephants with babies, to bungee jumping and a breathtaking zip line over the Victoria Falls gorge. Safaris, boat cruises and helicopter flights over the falls and wilderness to spot game. 7 day adventure ill never forget, thanks to Chris and Oscar with Zambezi Expeditions.

SOMETHING NEW EVERYDAY!
5/5

We had a terrific guide named Ian for a five day safari of Taragire National Park, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti. We became close friends and he knew where all the game was. We spotted elephants and male lions every day, along with the all the big game including a rhino charging a water buffalo, a cheetah with her cub, hippos, and 25 hyenas, some with blood on their necks from a fresh kill. Every day was a new adventure including hanging out with all of the guides, once everyone else was asleep in their tents, drinking with them and telling stories. It was a trip full of memories.

In Zanzibar, we stayed at Sea Cliff Resort on the northwest side of the island. Again, all the transfers went smooth and everything was taken care of. This resort was a slice of heaven for sure. The bars/restaurants were great, the two infinity pools, the pier to watch sunsets, the spa, the food, the service. We also booked a few excursions with the hotel - to Prison Island and a tour of Stone Town. Also on the actual evening of my birthday we paid the guy who originally picked us up at the airport about $80 to take me all the way out to the northeast side of the island so that we could have dinner at the Rock Restaurant (if you've never heard of it, Google it, trust me). The drive is about 90 minutes and he sat there for 2 hours and waited in the van while we enjoyed the scenery and dinner. That was $80 well spent.

In conclusion, I can honestly say that this was probably my favorite trip yet. That is saying a lot because I've taken amazing trips to Cambodia, Iceland, Brazil, Peru, French Polynesia, New Zealand, etc. etc. I've been all over...and this was one of a kind.

Great safari and very friendly staff
5/5

All in all, we had a great trip, here a few highlights:

Staff: All staff at Parrotsafaris was extremely friendly and helpful. I had doubts booking a safari online, but given I was not in Nairobi physically, I had no choice. However, the team made me very comfortable with the transaction, by showing me proof of legitimacy of the transaction in several ways, even up to the CEO giving me a call. Joseph also helped me a lot to accommodate my special requests (e.g. being picked up along the way), and gave me advice for how to travel to Narok.

Safari: Even though it was low season, we had a fantastic safari and Eric, our guide, helped us see a lot of animals, including three lionesses killing a buffalo, which was then stolen by a pack of hyenas, lots of elephants, wildbeest, zebras and giraffes, and even two cheetas.

Accommodation: Miti Mingi Eco camp was also great, it was a wonderful experience to fall asleep to the sounds of nature. The facilities were comfortable and clean, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate any special requests from our group, incl. veggie food, a guest fasting for ramadan and thus having breakfast at 4am, icecold beer, etc.
