We had a wonderful experience of 2 nights fly-in from Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park! Honcho DMC made all the arrangements seamlessly, customized the tour and we had peace of mind throughout the travel. Particularly, they were very responsive (we communicated through WhatsApp) and considering this was our first Safari, I feel we made the right choice.
By the way, we made mind to do Safari about two weeks ahead of the travel date, kind of last minutes, but all the flight booking, local arrangements were completed by Honcho DMC, and hassle free on our end.
One note I would add, not necessarily to Honcho DMC, but Maasai cultural visit that we did was a bit disappointing… I think we should have been more cautious and be prepared but this one hour visit felt like pretty much to sell artifacts to us.. To be fair the chief of Masaai who can speak English explained many things, but I felt pressured to make purchase at the site and then end up paying A LOT MORE than it should be… Lesson learned on my end.

Best Safari ever
We had a lot of fun on a 6 day safari. We saw all big5 animals and witnessed great wildebeest migration which was unforgettable. Interesting part is visiting Maasai village, visit hundzabe tribe which is really interesting and amazing culture.

Responsive, attentive and very thoughtful
we booked our honeymoon Safari trip with Gosheni ,they took care of everything to make sure you enjoy your trip and Safari. A truly once in lifetime experience.
You should definitely try to get Gabriel as your guide because he is the best! He has 16+ years of experience and it shows. He is excellent at spotting all the different animals and knowing everything you’d want to know about them. He’s also just a terrific driver as he has no problem navigating the difficult terrain (we saw multiple other tours’ jeeps broken down). But, most importantly, he has a good sense of humor and kept our entire game driving entertaining. He is extremely friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to speak with!
One thing the tour does special compared to others is the lunch. They go above and beyond to create a special fun experience. Everyone else had boxed cold lunches. But Gabriel had the special containers, table cloth, and utensils that allowed him to serve us a multi course meal with glasses of wine to boot.

A great adventure from start to finish
I've just had 16 days of adventures with Grassrootz, just amazing from start to finish!
The first contact and Sander's quick replies immediately convinced me. The program he put together was great. It was very varied and I was motivated to experience something new every day.
On site, Paul was my guide and driver, a great guy! He knows his stuff very well, was always on time and is a good driver. I always felt safe with him. He has a broad knowledge, is well connected with others (if a lion or something was sighted) and it never got boring with him. You can tell he loves his job!

Most amazing and bestest
Muli is the bestest!!!Africa Celebrity Tours & Travels was the selected partner for our group and from day 1 onwards, we could see how helpful and professional they were. Our guide was Muli, always sharing information bytes and was very pleasant, fun loving and welcoming. During the entire journey and tour of Kenya covering Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, the Masai Mara, and visit to the masai village, he was very knowledgeable about the landscape, animals and very patient with the group too. Professional and well planned
Professional and well planned. The drivers were good spotters and guides as well. Our driver Muli was the best, as he had good knowledge of routes, terrain and animals. We saw all the bug 5 in one day and traveled safely throughout Naivesha, Elementaita, Nakuru and Maasai Maara. Highly recommended

Amazing, once in a lifetime trip beautiful choreographed and guided by the incredible Jackson!
We found Jackson through a personal recommendation. Having worked in tourism for close to 30 years, I understand the value of the rare breed of a guide who is personable, knowledgeable, experienced, and most importantly, is able to understand their clients and their needs. Going to a very unfamiliar place, it is crucial to put your trust in somebody who is able to craft the perfect program to suit your needs. We saw all the animals one could hope to see - including the rare Serval cat and Black Mamba snake! - and were introduced to some of the more colorful communities in Tanzania - the Masai and bushmen. Jackson was much more than a guide, but through his background (raised Masai and converted to Christianity), he gave us remarkable insights into Tanzania and its people and society. I would give him a grade of 15 on a scale of 1-10 and unconditionally recommend him as a safari guide. “The Serengeti will never die!”

Beyond our expectations
The whole experience was a pleasure, from the enquire, when the agent was very patient answering my question and making the accomodations that I requested. It was all very organized, they kept us informed of the bookings and provided us with the best options.
The quality of the hotels, the food and transportation was the best. The guide (Yusuph) was always attentive of our needs and requests, he provided us with binoculars, carried books where he showed us more information and pictures of the animals we saw, he had wide knowledge of the characteristics and behaviors of the animals and kept us informed all the tome, he took very good care of us.

A perfect day in Arusha Nationalpark
We spent a complete day in Arusha Nationalpark with game driving an walking tour (about 2 hours) with Rangers to a waterfall. Both our Tour guide Peter and the Ranger showed us a lot of animals an plants an explained the wild life. On our walking tour we have seen a Python in the middel of the way, so we better chose another way:) We have seen Giraffes crossing the road in front of us, Zebras, Buffalos,Pumbas, different kinds of Antilopes, Hippos, Baboons, Blue monkeys, Colobus Monkeys, even a Serval and a lot of birds, among them Flamingos, Sun birds, Beat-eaters, Hartlaub Turakos and many more.
