We had an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable safari experience with Ozon Light Tours. Our guide, Dicklack, was exceptional—extremely kind, friendly, and highly knowledgeable about the wildlife, birds, and ecosystems across all the national parks we visited. He went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, including taking extra effort to help us spot a mother leopard, which was truly a highlight of our safari. He was always connected with other drivers and guides via radio, ensuring we never missed special sightings.
Although we faced some vehicle issues during the trip, the company handled the situation professionally and generously compensated us with an extra day of game drive, which we really appreciated. This showed their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
One of the most special moments of our journey was celebrating our wedding anniversary at Moyo Tented Camp in Serengeti. It was one of the best experiences of our lives. After five days, he felt more like a friend than a guide, and our journey was filled with laughter and unforgettable moments. Culvert also speaks several languages fluently (I’m Italian and he speaks italian very well) and loves teaching key words in Swahili, helping you immerse yourself even more in the magical Tanzanian atmosphere. We truly grew attached to him and highly recommend him to anyone who wants to fully enjoy an amazing and memorable vacation.
A fundamental part of any safari is the person you spend many hours in the car with every day, and this was something that worried us quite a lot at first. However, it truly could not have turned out any better, both thanks to Culvert and to the excellent organization of Ndutu Green Explorers: it became a wonderful vacation and a beautiful human connection, making the entire experience even more meaningful and memorable!!!
