Everything was simply perfect!
I contacted the agency mid 2022 and the program they provided was great, so I packed and went to my safari on Jan/23 and it was a great experience! My guide Karim was very friendly, and was able to explain everything for me in a very clear way!
Accomodations were excellent, I chose mid range ones, and some looked like a high end!
Food was also great! The schedule was perfect, was able to see all animals I wanted to see, jeep was good, the tours were perfect!
Totally recommend it!!

I took the safaries and kilimanjaro climbing trip. The personel was at high standards, very well organised and supportive and great characters.

Unforgettable Safari Adventure with Ben and Susan
Our safari adventure in Kenya with Ben and Susan was simply amazing. Susan from Marstafrica expertly organized every detail of the trip, making sure that everything ran smoothly and that we had the time of our lives. And with Ben as our guide, we were able to see all of Kenya's incredible wildlife, from lions and elephants to leopards and giraffes. Ben was passionate and knowledgeable, always making sure we didn't miss a single animal. We are so grateful for the memories created and will never forget this once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Ben and Susan for making our safari adventure truly unforgettable!

Best Experience of Our Trip
We did a two day Safari of Tarangire and Ngorongoro. It was the best option (price and lodging) for our Safari plans. Initially, I was anxious about the Safari but from the moment I communicated with Justine, my anxiety lessened. He never took long to respond and always answered every question I had. He even allowed us to stay at a separate lodge from what was on the itinerary for an extremely minor price adjustment. The lodge was perfect!
YONA was our Safari guide. I put his name in all caps because he stood out that much. There was never a question we asked that he didn’t know the answer to. He was early to pick us up. Very welcoming and explained everything to expect before and during the entire two days. He knew all of the hotspots on the Safari and was almost always the first one on site to provide the best view. We saw a lot of live action with lions and even caught two black rhinos (rare). He was so down to Earth and we really enjoyed eating lunch, dinner and breakfast with him. He even took us by a gift shop to get souvenirs and provided knowledge on various things around the towns we were driving through on our way to and from the Safari. He was so perfect at his job that I wanted to take him with us on our next African adventure. It was so hard saying goodbye to him.
I promise you will not regret going with Shammah Wonders. I hope Yona doesn’t mind me saying this but request Yona!

An all round brilliant experience to never forget, absolutely flawless.
I cannot say enough good things about this tour operator, from the very beginning to the very end, everything was absolutely flawless and a brilliant experience. I would not go elsewhere.
The start:
The team excelled from the beginning, with Alex's communication being absolutely excellent, offering opinions on different services, entering the country and advice from transfers. He made things incredibly easy to organise from abroad and really set the standard high. I would also like to thank Alex and the team for arranging Isaac (our transfer driver) to complete multiple transfers on arrival. Isaac was absolutely brilliant, friendly, kind and enthusiastic. We were in a party of three, arriving across two flights. Unfortunately, one of our flights were delayed. Thanks to the team, Isaac collected two of the party from the airport and drove into town (a three hour round trip). He then returned to the airport, at 2am, to complete another round trip. This saw one of the party arrive to the hotel at 3.30am. Even at this time in the morning, Isaac was absolutely brilliant, the three of us can not say enough good things about him during the short time we shared together, thank you Isaac, we hope one day you'll have your own tour car, you'll make a great guide!
This set a great outlook for the trip, without the second transfer in the early morning, it would have been a difficult feat to make the 90 minute drive to town at 2am. This highlighted the customer focus of the team, not being out for a cash grab. Once again, thanks to Alex and Isaac for arranging this.
The tour:
We had an absolutely amazing tour guide (Arhoom) who once again, we can not say enough about, he was terrific. His knowledge on all of the areas history and landscapes was terrific. His knowledge on the animals, their habits and behaviours was critical in knowing the right time to be at the right place, to see the right thing. Thanks to him, we had an absolute brilliant experience, we were able to see far more than we had anticipated. Arhoom's quality as a guide was clear, he was more than often the first guide to find anything, with other guides taking his lead to have other visitors share our experiences. Thankyou very much my friend, the experience you gave us will not be forgotten.
The accommodation:
Wow. The accommodation we stayed at was all absolutely amazing. Every hotel had the most magnificent of landscapes with the most wonderful staff. From the wait staff to the room staff, everyone was incredibly kind and offered incredible service. We were incredibly happy with the food and service provided, we would have loved to stay longer at all of the places we stayed.
All in all, a 10 out of 10 experience, I would (and will) recommend this tour company to anyone looking for a similar experience. Thankyou Mama Savana!!

Excellent organisation
The contact with kili Serengeti was very clearing from the beginning. The price was very cheap compared to many other organisaties.
Emman arranged everything for us, such as the extra nights, transport to the airport and even an extra ride ....free... to an orphanage the last day.
Mike was our guide and driver during our entire trip.
A very competent and calm man with a great understanding of nature and animals. Thanks to him we saw in 2 days so much of the animals that live here.
We can only compliment and recommend this company to anyone who wants to experiance a successful safari.
