Simon Peter was an amazing guide, trip was once in lifetime for me and he made it all come true
Simon Peter and John were so easy to get along with had great sense of humour. Found animals each outing and I always felt safe in the vehicles used for Safari’s. These two guides are a credit to the company they work for and we’re always there to please us as travellers and I like to think we became friends over the time we were together

Excellent experience with a friendly and truly professional team
Best safari experience ever! After reading all the 5 stars reviews on TripAdvisor we had no doubts that African Big Cats Safaris will be the perfect choice, but we were astonished by the professionalism of the company! We met with the manager Emmanuel on our first day, who gave us an excellent overview of our trip and helped us with any questions that we had. Our tour guide, who is also named Emmanuel, picked us up from the airport and was one of the friendliest person we have ever met from that very first moment until we said our goodbyes (and even after). He took us to the shop so we can buy some necessities on the first day and was always listening if we had any special queries. He is extremely well-informed about the history of Tanzania, the fauna and flora of the country and he was always sharing interesting facts with us. Not only did we have an excellent safari experience but we also learned a lot about the country, and for this we are really grateful!
Our trip included Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro Crater and we choose the camping option. It was so much more than we expected! Beautiful scenery, closeness to the wild life, and the camping is really a must! The first night we were in a lodge, then the second night in a closed camping area, but the third night we were in the Ngorongoro reserve where giraffes, zebras and antilops were walking close by. It gets really cold at Ngorongoro, especially at night, so warm clothing is necessary!
During the game drives we saw a great number of interesting animals, including mammals and birds. We brought binoculars with us and it was really great as it allowed us to see some of the animals from really close. Emmanuel always noticed the animals from far away, stopped and shared informations about them with us while we were looking at them. We saw some interesting actions as well, such as a buffalo chasing the lions, lions playing with their cubs and a lioness going on a hunt. Emmanuel knew where to wait for the lions, and what to look out for.
I also want to mention our cook, Vitalis who cooked amazing meals for us and allowed us to taste some well prepared local cuisine! The presentation of the meals was always excellent, we were served breakfast and dinner at the camp site, and warm lunch during the game drives. We always had warm tea and coffee with our meals, fresh fruits and we really appreciated the warm soup in the cold Ngorongoro reserve!
We also booked a Masai village visit for our last day, which was trully a memorable experience! We were included in their welcome dance and they showed us their way of living.
Thank you African Big Cats for this amazing experience!

Best tour ever
We had an amazing time with Wakanda Tours. Everything was just perfect. We had an amazing tour guide (Andrew) and an awesone chef (Idris); they made our trip the most exciting adventure. The tour is pretty well organized, the accomodation was comfortable and clean; the food was excelent; and the price is affordable. We recommend this tour 100%.

Very knowledgeable and friendly!
The tour was very informative. The family at the homestead was welcoming and we had adequate time to ask questions. It is a great opportunity to learn more about the culture outside of the touristy areas.

Our family away from home
We have been to Tanzania to climb mount Kilimanjaro on Marangu route as a group of eight. The hike was not an easy one but our team was amazing (guides, porters, cook, etc) at suporting us every step of the way. These are sweet, humble people that do their absolute best to help you. Our cook was amazing, food was unexpectedly good for a mountain hike, we even got pasta and pizzas which is not something you usually expect in these situations. Accomodation before and after the hike was luxury, a nice retreat afer 7 hard days on the mountain! Food is generally tasty and fresh, prepared from local ingredients.
Our Safari guide had extensive knowledge about wildlife and a lot of passion for what he was doing, improving our already amazing safari experience.
On top of that, driving around the city on Tuku Tukus, shopping at the fruit market or swimming in the lagoon were also organized by our local guide. Overall this is an experience we highly recommend!
Ps: please keep in mind that tipping in Tanzania is requested and highly appreciated!

Very supportive, reliable and client oriented
We booked a 7 days private safari tour via Alligator Adventures Tours (Maasai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha and Amboseli)
During requesting a quote and booking process, Meshak was very helpful, friendly and answered all our question (we had quite a lot of them :D).
We were kindly welcomed by Meshak and his colleague at the airport early in the morning and escorted to our car. After giving us all necessary instructions, we started our great tour.
The tour was very well organized and everything went as planned.
Big thanks to our great driver Francis! He was very professional, experienced and has a decent knowledge about all national parks that we visited.
We highly recommend this operator!

A dream come true
We chose Saunterland Africa Tours to do the safari of our honeymoon and it could not have been a more successful idea! With James (the owner ) we have a fantastic communication and he cares a lot that his clients are happy and their safaris adjust to their requests, everything was adapted to our ideas and budget, as soon as our guide Alex we only have words of thanks, thanks to him we were able to see the big 5 and everything was explained in our language (Spanish) he works hard to find all the animals and take you to beautiful places, he was also very polite and also funny, we will never forget you Alex thank you for all! Both are great professionals who care that your trip is perfect. The Saunterland team made our dream come true, they are 100% recommended and we will choose them again on our next safari. Thanks for everything. Xxx

Quality Company, Quality Safari
We had an excellent experience with Back of Africa on our recent Kenyan Safari! Our guide Simon was fantastic - it was like he had a sixth sense to determine where we would find animals and be able to drive very close to them. He was fun, knowledgable and very professional. The quality of the lodgings were very good to excellent, our Land Cruiser was the perfect way to drive around the savanna and the animals we saw (and pictures we got) were amazing! Highly recommended!

The journey of a lifetime
Thank you for the journey of a lifetime. Despite several obstacles, we managed to climb Kilimanjaro, a beautiful but also remarkable mountain. The Kilismile team was always ready to help, which turned out to be especially important in the summit attack. They took care of our well-being and meals - ginger tea every day to wake up, and fries at Karanga Camp - a shock! - Yum Yum :)
The trip to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and the heart of the Serengeti allowed us to get to know unspoiled Africa, the vastness of the savannah and the life of wild animals. Special thanks to Hamadi Junior for the perfect guidance of the expedition!
