A great experience in Uganda with Azas
Me and my family just returned from a 6 days trip to Uganda, we thank Azas Safaris Uganda for a well organized trip, we contacted a couple of operators but Prisca sent us a well organize pdf with activities daily via whats app which was more professional than other operators. At first we were worried about where to start after reaching entebbe airport, fortunately we found our guide Julius who picked us and took us to a hotel organize by Prisca at no cost. Our trip began from Kibale, chimpanzees were exciting, we went to queen Elizabeth national park, our luck got us on the way and we saw lions, abit scaring but amazing. The drive from queen Alizabeth to Bwindi was abit tiresome but Julius was a better driver he made several stop overs to make sure we are not bored on trip.
The silver backs(gorillas) were amazing , what a gift Uganda has! we spent more time with gorillas, we chose a far away family of gorillas and it was an amazing experience . Uganda is amazing , we recommend everyone to visit Uganda the organization of the trip was excellent and great accommodation was on point , we requested for luxury hotels and it was nice beyond our expectation , the food was amazing , enjoyed organic food of Uganda , and the people were welcoming, We wish we stayed more longer, Uganda is amazing.
We advise Azas Safaris Uganda to as well always include fort portal on the quote, its great destination area with beautiful scenery , hills and amabere ganyinamwiru ( women breasts look alike), so beautiful

Dishonest practices, threats to the police and extortion...agency to flee for better security.
We did a safari with Leboo from January 14 to 21, 2023. We had a big problem at the end: we had paid for our safari by bank transfer with the agreement of the agency. Our bank took their own fee from us, and their bank withheld a fee from them as well.
On an amount of 4000 dollars, their bank withheld 300 dollars.
On the last day, when taking us back, they asked us to pay that extra $300. We understand the bank charges, but we explain to them that we have already paid the entire sum on our side.
To avoid any problem, we suggest to step up to them and pay half/half their bank charges (in addition to the charges we have already paid on our side), they don't want to know anything and threaten to get us to the police and leave us locked in the car all night.
The agency will probably reply that we did not understand, but dialogue is impossible with them, especially with their accountant Joseph who refuses any proposal.

Everything about our trip with Eastco and Lazaro was incredible.
From the planning process, to the accommodations, to the safari experiences, to the value was exactly what we were hoping for.
We had a travel delay and a missed connection which meant that we lost one day of our scheduled safari. However, our tour guide, Lazaro and the team still got us to each park/reserve that we had originally planned on even though we were a day behind. Lazaro is an expert and truly does it all - he was our driver, our guide, personal zoologist, GPS, cultural ambassador, happy hour partner, and photographer. He knew every animal, bird, and plant that we saw and he was vigilant about scanning the horizon for new sights. We were, and still are, incredibly impressive by his wealth of knowledge and willingness to share it with us.
The vehicle and accommodations were all safe, comfortable, and welcoming. We felt very well taken of and very well fed. We were not expecting to have great meals but the breakfast and dinner service at each camp was delicious.
Overall, we had the vacation of a lifetime and one we will not forget.
Many thanks to the Eastco team for their coordination, planning, recommendations, airport pick ups and drop offs, and of course to our guide, Lazaro for all of his hard work to make our experience incredibly memorable. We are so grateful.

I'm a female solo traveler that for 5 days made a safari through Ndutu Lake Area, Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Lion King Advenrures. I had a wonderful time. The communicarion with Nickson and Pendo before booking was fluid and easy, they created the best itinerary for me, and had all the patience in the world with me, and trust me, i made to both of them lots of questions. As i was a woman travelling alone, i wanted to be sure i was going to be in good hands, and i was. It was a fun, interesting and unforgetable time. I felt safe and taken care of all the time. My guide Salehe, was awesome, knew a lot and had the best atittude, always trying to show me some of the best things his country has to offer. And trust them when they say you'll get unlimited game driving, to the point that it was me who said to Salehe one day if we could go back early to the camp, when he still wanted to show me more animals. He was flexible and helped me with everything i asked him to. It's true that it's not the cheapest company, but it's worth every penny. They're all very respectful with the clients and with the animals too, which was really important for me too. Everything was exactly as planned and agreed, no bad surprise. The tour was incredible, every place we went was carefully choosen for good reason. I saw the birth of a wildebeast, the killings of 2 cebras by female lions, the whole big five, and some of the best sunrises and sunsets of my life. Not only the animals, the landscapes are extremely beautiful too. All the lodges choosen were also out of this world. Going to sleep hearing the roaring of lions at the distance in the middle of the african savana was an extraordinary experience i'm grateful to have had. Having a female lion resting under my window in the jeep, looking for some shade, being able to listen to her heavy breathing it's an experience that will always move me. This proximity with the animals has made me love them more than ever. And for all of this experiences, i thank Lion King and their wonderful team. I thought this was going to be my first and only safari. But i'm definitely be coming back and it will be with my friends at Lion King. I'm very thankful towards all of them.

Great!
We had a wonderful time in Kenya with Axis safari and our driver - Joseph. He is very friendly and chilled and he did his best to ensure that we saw as many animals as possible even some rare ones / like Gerenuk/. Also he aways managed to direct the car in the best possition for photos and viewing even in situations that there were hardly any space for more vehicles. The traffic in Kenya is crazy but we felt safe with Joseph!

Attentive service, great staff!
I was travelling to Nairobi on business and decided to add some vacation days before my work trip and go on a safari. I contacted Super Eagle through Safari booking and they got back to me right away. Madelyne is wonderful. Answered texts on weekends, made adjustments as per my request and was always available. I was flying from Mauritius, got sick and my flight was cancelled. Madelyne was so understanding and sympathetic and rearranged everything to accommodate my new schedule. They picked me up from my hotel, got me on the safari vehicle and even gave me a water bottle that had my name on it. Safari was fun , got to see the big 5 at Masai Mara and went to lake Nakuru. I loved my interactions with Super Eagle Tours. Thank you for everything.

My partner and I did the 4 day Safari tour including Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
What a great trip it was!
Everything was hassle-free and well organized.
The Suricata team did everything they could to make the tour pleasant for everyone. Helpful, polite, and always with a smile :)
Jimmy (aka James) is a warm-hearted funny guy whose biggest goal is to make sure the tourists see all the animals. And boy did he deliver! Without his driving skills and eagle eyes we wouldn’t have seen the incredible amount of wildlife that we saw.
Salim‘s cooking skills are outstanding. Every meal was a feast, be it in the campsite or out in the wild. Just delicious!
Overall a great trip at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend!
