Outstanding attention to customer service
I booked a safari on very short notice and Image Travel was exceptionally responsive, providing more detailed and faster information than other companies queried. They arranged a private tour at the same price as a group tour would have been and allowed me to customize, adding places of special interest. My driver was friendly, helpful, and a good companion for many hours of driving on an 8-day trip. As a single, older woman traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable at all times.
My only criticism is that the pop-up roof on the mini-van malfunctioned several times - making me wary of standing while in motion. Were I to take another safari, I think a Range Rover would be more comfortable. That said, I was impressed at my driver's ability to navigate very rough roads in the mini-van.

Better then we could ever imagine
We went on 4-day safari trip to the north of Tanzania, visiting three major parks: Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Mr. Wilson was very helpful to suggest and organize our short visit. The organization was exceptional. We were picked up at the airport, drove to the overnight stay, and next day we went on the trip. Our driver and cook were both very experienced and friendly. We saw lots of diverse animals. Last day we were taken back to the airport.
We can only recommend Mr. Wilson to organize your trip. We are thinking of taking a hiking trail along Kilimanjaro and we will only ask him to organize the trip.

Adventure with “Gemuka Adventures” was awesome
I am a nature lover and when comes to wildlife I get so much excited. Even so it was my first time trip to Africa specially Tanzania. I booked safari trip via this company and their service was more than I expected. They picked me on-time and guide was skilled and very friendly along with the 10 days ride was memorable. Wito Africa Safaris created the most amazing and memorable holiday for myself and my husband to the northern parks of Tanzania and then on to Zanzibar. From being collected at JRO airport by Chaba our safari guide to being dropped off at Dar airport at the end, everything went smoothly and to plan. All our accommodation was as we wanted it and the food memorable for all the right reasons especially the Bush breakfasts and lunches in the Central Serengeti.
Our Safari guide,Chaba, was extraordinary. His knowledge of both animals and birds was phenomenal and he had an absolute passion for the wildlife becoming as excited as ourselves with some of our sightings. Our hopes and dreams of what we wanted to see were far surpassed each and every day.
On safari highlights included seeing the Tree climbing lions of Lake Manyara, getting up very close to a rhino in the Serengeti, a cheetah kill, zebras crossing the Mara river (out of season) the migrating herds of wildebeest and zebra, being so close to a large male leopard you could have touched him. We saw and experienced so much.
Then on to Zanzibar and after a couple of days in Stonetown, chilling out in a beautiful resort in the south east part of the island. A perfect way to relax after an intense 9 days on safari with many 12 to 13 hour days in the landcruiser (which is how we chose to do it).
I would not hesitate to book with Wito Africa Safaris again and will recommend the company to my friends. Truly outstanding service from Abdullie, who checked in with our guide daily to make sure all was satisfactory. A great company creating fantastic trips.

Very nice family lodge just at the side of river Zambezi
We were very pleased; lovely ackommodations and good food. I liked that it was a family business, it got smaller and more personal. Good experienced guides and a willingness to arrange different activities depending on your interests.

15 Days Amazing Kenya Safari
I was satisfied with the quality of services provided by the Claudious Tours and Safaris. The company was easy to deal with. To complete the 15 day-safari planning, my friend and I contacted and discussed with the Claudious several times and we always got the response immediately within a day or two. In particular, Claude did a great job in helping us plan and arrange everything to perfection. When we arrived in Kenya, Claude was waiting for us at the airport. He was extremely helpful and made sure that everything was arranged and we were well taken care of. A special compliment must be made for our guide and driver, Joshua, who was a very good, safe, and professional driver. He was always on time, and his vehicle was well prepared. Joshua was knowledgeable about the area and animals, friendly and responsible. He made sure to address our requirements, especially to take us to see everything we expected and more. Amazing Desert-to-Delta Experience - Namibia, Botswana & Victoria Falls
My husband and I booked this trip-of-a-lifetime with Red Africa Safaris for mainly two reasons: Amelia (the organizer) and Jaco (the tour guide).
The year before, in 2018, we had come across Red Africa Safaris online, and decided to go on a relatively short Panorama Route & Kruger National Park trip with them as they had been very accommodating and quick in responding. The entire experience turned out to be fantastic, from the first e-mail communication with Amelia to the actual trip with the best field guide you can imagine, Jaco. This is why we decided to travel to Africa again this year, and to make this an even more memorable trip.
We were greeted and picked up at the airport in Windhoek on our first day by Jaco, and visited the following breathtaking places in the subsequent days: Sesriem Canyon, Sossusvlei & Deadvlei, Dune 7, Swakopmund, Walvisbaai, Sandwich Harbour, and Etosha National Park. Afterwards, we crossed the boarder into Botswana, spent two days in the Okavango Delta and then in the Chobe area, and visited the Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. To go on that trip was one of the best decisions, the perfect combination of beautiful nature and landscapes on the one side, and fantastic animal sightings on the other side. We explored by car, by boat, and by plane, we hiked up dunes to get the most amazing view of our surroundings, enjoyed breakfast in the desert with oryx observing us from a distance, and we flew above hundreds of flamingos along Skeleton Coast.
Thank you, Red Africa Safaris, for tailoring this trip to our needs, for always - again - accommodating our many requests, for taking the time to plan and organize this tour from A to Z, for thinking of the many little details that make the big difference, and for ensuring the trip would be as relaxing and as smooth as possible.

Jessica Created our Perfect Honeymoon!
Where do I even begin?! I’m so glad Zicasso matched us up with Jessica! She was a joy to work with while planning our honeymoon. She worked with our budget to put together a trip that was exactly what we were looking for. She was so always so quick to respond and frequently checked in on us throughout this entire process. The thought of planning a big trip like this myself was so daunting, and Jessica made it so EASY. Our trip was the trip of a lifetime. This was my third time traveling to Africa and my second time on safari (South Africa was the first), so I had very high expectations going into this vacation. And this blew all of my expectations away. Not to mention, my husband is new to international travel so he was nervous about this whole experience ;) But since we’ve been home, he literally will not stop talking about what a great time he had! Our lodges, camp, and resort were all wonderful with great food, friendly staff, and we felt very comfortable. Our safari guide Ian was the absolute best! He had a sixth sense for spotting any type of game we wanted to find. He was so experienced and knowledgeable, and you can tell he is truly passionate about what he does. He was with us the entire time we were on safari, and he made sure everything went smoothly, kept track of our itinerary so we didn’t have to, and was also flexible when it came to our daily game drives. 10/10 recommend both Zicasso and Dancing Zebra. Couldn’t have done it without them!
