Very good experience
We organized our trip to Tanzania with Ozon, which consisted of 5 days of safari and 4 days at the beach in Zanzibar. The organization with Mr. Yohama was perfect from the first contact, he met our needs and tailored the trip according to our desires, being always present in case of need both before and during the trip. The safari was a unique and wonderful experience thanks to the perfect organization of the tour and the expert and prudent guidance of Albert, we couldn't have had a better guide. He was very competent, an excellent knowledge of the parks, tireless, prudent, always cheerful, and made our experience safe and beautiful. The lodges and camps where we stayed were as we expected: clean and comfortable, good food, and kindness. In Zanzibar, we were recommended Villa Kiva, which is a very nice and quiet place if you want to rest after the safari. The cuisine was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and cozy. We really felt very comfortable. The sea is affected by the tides, but for us, this is part of the charm of Zanzibar. The only point for improvement was the transfers to/from Villa Kiva. On the way there, we waited for the driver for over half an hour, calling the office to ask how to proceed, he claimed to be waiting for us but without a sign of recognition, a sign, or looking for us by name even if he was present, we didn't see him. On the return transfer to the airport, the driver didn't show up at all, and being 4:00 AM, we were really afraid of missing the plane, also because Villa Kiva doesn't have a 24-hour reception, so we managed with the internet. Fortunately, there weren't any other problems, and Ozon apologized for the incident. Overall, I would definitely recommend Ozon because the difference in the safari is made by the competence of the guides, and they are really excellent.

A great safari experience
The organization of the safari was perfect since the airport collection. We (a family of 4) booked the safari from Italy and we were a bit worried that everything would go smoothly, but it did! :) Albert was a perfect driver (we had about 150/200km per day on off road!) and a very good guide. He knows perfectly the roads of the Tarangire, Serengeti and NgoroNgoro parks. Our Italian speaking guide, Nelson, was kind and answered all our questions. We had only one problem at Zanzibar for the transfer from Resort to airport at 4 a.m. that Ozon organization resolved at the last minute.

Our 6 days – 5 nights safari in Tanzania was truly the trip of a lifetime!
From the very first moment, everything was so well organized and we felt completely taken care of.
A huge part of our incredible experience was thanks to our guide and driver, John. He was one of a kind — knowledgeable, kind, patient, and always making sure we were safe and comfortable. What impressed us most was how he helped us “read” into the savannah: with his sharp eyes and years of experience, he made sure we never missed a moment. He always positioned us at the best spot to observe the animals and created opportunities we were wishing for. By the end of the trip, we felt almost like family with him.
The absolute highlight of our journey was witnessing the Great Migration crossing the Mara River — something we still cannot believe we were lucky enough to see! It was simply breathtaking.
We also want to thank Adabert for his excellent communication and planning. Every detail was handled so smoothly, and the accommodation choices were just perfect — comfortable, authentic, and always enhancing the feeling of adventure. To top it all off, the meals were consistently delicious, adding another layer of enjoyment to our days.
We came back home with unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for the beauty of Tanzania and its wildlife. We would recommend this tour operator without hesitation to anyone dreaming of an authentic safari experience.

Great diversity in the offers and best prices of Victoria Falls
I highly recommend the 3 days/2 nights Chobe camping trip in Botswana with Victoria Falls Serious Fun. The safari was very well organized and included one boat cruise, one very good meal in a 4 stars hotel on the first day, traditional Botswanan meals on the camping site, and several game drives in Chobe national Park, with friendly and very knowledgeable professional guides, and all of that at an unbeatable price! Amazing - perfect experience
We booked with Terra Safaris for an expeirence during our honeymoon to Tanzania & Zanzibar and it was absolutely perfect. We were cautious at first as Terra Safaris is a relatively new company and there are so many to choose from but we are so glad we gave them a chance!!
Communication from Davies Alex was fantastic from the outset, he designed and implemented our bespoke trip based on what we wanted to see & do as well as how long we wanted to go for. He met us, along with our guide, the evening before our safari to give us details and answer any questions/understand our expectations. It was our first time in Namibia and will remain unforgettable and this thanks to Peter!
He knows every corner and everyone in this country and always let you know more details about history, the animals and whatever you want to know. He has a great love for the animals and is eager to protect them and the enviorment. So he's very responsible, also with us.
We always felt very save and trusted him 100%, also with his suggestions. He makes 200% sure, you're save.
To be honest, we would have been lost without him and we also would have seen just a max of 20% of the animals, if we were lucky.
Peter has eagle eyes. So thanks to him, we saw a lot of animales and the most of them we would never ever have seen.
His driving skills are truely admirable!
Nothing was too dificult to drive and we never had any problems with that.
Besides of that, Peter is such a kind, warm and funny guy to be around. His storys are captivating and his knowledge immense! (And have you seen the pictures? Breathtaking!)
We really enjoyed the time and miss him very much already!!

Our guide, James Gichina, was simply outstanding - very knowledgeable, Best Driver for Safari as he drove so well and placed us at the best spots for the viewings and some truly incredible moments. He was passionate that we get what we came for, i.e. the Big 5 and the Wildebeest Migration which was so heartening to see.
Being a girls’ trip, safety and comfort were very important to us. Both of them ensured we always felt secure and well taken care of. The accommodations arranged were excellent, wildlife sightings were incredible, and the team even surprised us with personalized hats, making the experience extra special.
Honestly can't recommend them enough!
