Dream of a Lifetime AND no single supplement
Overall, my trip to South Africa through Go Touch Down Tours was fantastic. The trip was everything that the tour operator said it would be. It was tremendous value for the money as all the accommodations were included and were first rate; majority of meals were included; all entry fees were covered; and we covered a lot of South Africa. This was one of my first times traveling internationally by myself, and I always felt safe with the Tour group. Here are some highlights:
· Mpumalanga - Tour guides & Tracker – I cannot say enough wonderful things about our tour guide, Joseph. He was very kind, and extremely personable. He ensured we saw everything promised on the tour, but he was flexible, and was so gracious in answering our questions and sharing about his country and culture with us. Additionally, our tracker at Tshukudu, Johnson, was so knowledgeable about the land and the animals. Our time with him at the game reserve and at Kruger were some of my best highlights. The staff at Tshukudu were all very warm and friendly. They were always ready to serve and to ensure we had a great visit. Food was delicious and there was always ample to try and experience.
· Mpumalanga itinerary – I am a city girl, but hands down, the safari portion of the trip was my favorite. The beauty in the area is amazing between The Chief and his three wives to Lisbon Falls to Potholes to God’s Window….all are majestic and photos cannot capture the true beauty of the area. BUT nothing matches the beauty of the animals and how close we were to many. I have a short video I took which I affectionately call “The Lion King Shot.” It has giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, impalas running in the shot, and it was amazing to see. We were with Johnson one day, and he turned a corner, for us to immediately start going backwards because two elephants were walking on the road towards us. Another day, we saw the lions eating a wildebeest, and then one morning the lions were walking near our jeep. There are so many wonderful memories!
· Cape Town tour and staff – This is an action packed itinerary, and JP, our tour guide, did a great job of dealing with Cape Town traffic and showing us all the sites. Cape Town is stunning from Simons Town with the penguins, Chapman’s Peak, the Cape of Good Hope, V&A Waterfront, the coastline, Table Mountain, and of course the wineries. Robben Island, which was an extra excursion on the last day was fantastic, and it is a must see!

BEST EVER WILDLIFE TOUR
Very professional tour guide Mr. Malley, he is very trustworthy and very much familiar with all different tribes languages. Huge experience of parks and cultures. Excellent details knowledge of all kinds of animals and birds and elaborate and translated the situation in the park.
I strongly recommend Mr. Malley and “Ndoto” safari group, for excellent experience in all parks, wildlife, lakes, cultural and visited different tribes.

The time of our lives!
We found Axis per chance when we decided to go to Africa. We saw much more expensive trips but this one fit our budget and we were completely happy with our choice, the agenda and the experiences! Johny was our guide and driver. He loves what he does and he is good at it! We saw everything imaginable while having fun doing it. Johny has a GREAT sense of humor (and laugh!)…we laughed A LOT! We used Axis for both, a safari followed by an incredible hike at Mt Kenya (with Jimmy) which took extra accommodating/logistics. Axis came through 100% on both adventures, including safe storage of our belongings while gone on our hike. So happy we chose Axis!

FANTASTIC SAFARI TO TANZANIA NORTH CIRCUIT AND ZANZIBAR
Hi guys, it was a wonderful tour we made in Tanzania's north circuit and Zanzibar in December 2022. Actually, it was our first time to see vividly wild animals like elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, impalas, gazelles, antelopes, cheetahs, buffaloes, wildebeests, ostriches, blue monkeys, and many more. It was also our first time going to Zanzibar. In fact, we enjoyed very much snorkeling in the coral reefs, swimming, walking around a big baobab tree, sailing in the canoe, and viewing a variety of fish species. We appreciate the timely communications we received from the Shavi Tours team, perfect affordable accommodations, and transport. It was really a fantastic tour. Professional, unforgetable, the best trip of my life
This was the most amazing trip we have ever taken. The animals were awesome, the lodging wonderful, food great, and tours very good!! We thought South Africa was the best until we came to Tanzania. If you are thinking of doing Africa, come to Tanzania , We were fortunate enough to only have 4 people in our vehicle, so could really enjoy the sights and were able to stand up in the vehicle to take pictures any time we wanted to. Again, Terrain Safaris
did a great job with the whole trip. I would go again if I could, it is truly a trip of a lifetime. don't hesitate-you will be so happy you did!!!! Kudos to Terrain Tanzania Safaris staff.

Wonderful tour
I recently went on a safari to Masai Mara in February and had an unforgettable experience. Not only did I see the big five animals, but also a plethora of other incredible wildlife.
What made this safari truly exceptional was our guide Jeffery, or Jeff as he likes to be called. He demonstrated a great deal of patience throughout the trip, taking the time to explain the behavior and characteristics of each animal we encountered. He went above and beyond, spending more time than promised and taking us to more places than expected.
Jeff's extensive knowledge of the local fauna and flora made the experience truly immersive and educational. His enthusiasm and passion for wildlife were contagious, making us all appreciate the beauty and fragility of these creatures even more.
Overall, I highly recommend this safari experience, and if you have the chance to go, be sure to request Jeff as your guide. He is an exceptional guide who will undoubtedly make your safari experience unforgettable.

And actually I can't find the words to explain what my eyes saw... my ears heard and what my heart felt in there.
Two amazing men James and Andrew passionate about their job ready to go above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. They made our adventure even more special than it already has been. The 4 days painting of Masai Mara drawn in my heart without a paint or a brush... I will have it with me forever!

Organisers of the perfect safari in Kenya!
Booked a bespoke package with Tazama to spend 1 night in Leopard Hill Camp (Naibosho Conservancy) followed by two nights in Entim Camp (Massai Mara).
Antony was very patient with us prior to booking whilst we went through various options and decisions. Upon arrival, Tazama did not disappoint.
In Naibosho, our fantastic guide John bent over backwards to deliver a perfect game drive experience in the conservancy (providing a perfect location for sundowners, and also facilitating a night drive). He was extremely knowledgable, an excellent driver in difficult terrain, and made us feel very welcome.
The staff back at the Leopard Hill Camp itself were very accommodating - the view was second to none, as was the food. I would not hesitate in recommending anyone to stay any period of time in this camp.
As we moved into the Mara, we swapped guides for Jack, an equally fantastic guide, for the duration of our stay. Again, he was extremely well versed in the terrain and all the facts anyone would want to know about any of the animals.
Our in the Mara, Entim Camp, was similarly impressive - all staff (in particular Mary!) made us feel welcome and like nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend staying here due to its proximity to the Mara River (particularly useful for Great Migration season).
Would easily recommend using Tazama again: the only thing I would add is that overcommunicating to upcoming guests about their itineraries (mostly particulars in relation to domestic flights if they are part of a package) would help really provide peace of mind.
