Horrible
We booked a day trip to Wasini island, to the Kisite Marine Park. They charged us 60$. Since the beginning nothing went as they told us. When we arrive to the harbour, our taxi driver rushed us to get into a boat(if we can call it like that), it doesn't matter which one. Once there they said we will snorkel for 45mins and in the office they told us it could be as much as we want. Then, once that we are in the middle of the sea, our capitain dropped the engine to the sea!! So then that was not longer working. And the storm that we could see started to rain on us very heavily while we were trapped, soaked wet and cold for more than an hour. Communication with staff was very poor and they seemed to struggle to what to do. This was a safety issue, specially when they started to give life jackets randomly to people, and there were not enough to everyone. This is very serious!!! But what is more annoying is that after the staff got a small boat to help us, they wanted us to carry on with the activity as if nothing had happened!!! There were kids and people were scared. I guess they tried to push us so we wouldn't ask for our money back. The worst thing is we managed to go back to thr mainland and to the office to tell what happened and they didn't want to give us the money back. And we have to deal with the boss over the phone, being rude to us. Not acceptable!!!

Excellent tour with loads to see. Soloman our tour guide was amazing.
Everything was outstanding, we enjoyed every moment. Soloman our tour guide was amazing with lots of information about all the animals. He also went out his way to try to find animals we were keen on. All the staff at the camp were very friendly and helpful. Overall a brilliant experience.

Great trip!
I can't thank GreenHippo travels enough for helping to plan my trip! They provided useful advice about where to stay and the best time to visit. We settled on the Northern part of Tanzania and Zanzibar and they listened to all my feedback to create the perfect itinerary that combined safari and beach. I would definitely book with GreenHippo travels again and I especially love their philosophy of responsible travel and working with companies that pay and treat their employees fairly. I think it showed in all the people we met on our trip.

Great time in Samburu!
We spent 3 days on safari in Samburu. Solomon, our guide and driver, did an excellent job helping us to find the speical 5 and Big 4 ( did not see rhino). He was so professional and told us everything about the animals. The hotels where we stayed was luxutry. We really enjoyed every minute of my stay in Kenya and I would like to come back to Tanzania with Sino Africa Safari next year!

Wonderful vocation with a lot of new experiences in short safari!
Thank you Sino Africa for offering us the most friendly driver - Kennedy to us. Any one who likes to learn other cultures this is the right tour company to book with. You learn culture, economics, agriculture, education, politics about the whole country. We were not just enjoy the wildlifes, but also learning a lot of new knowledge and experience. Price is good also! We would like to have the same experience in another country in East Africa next time!

Rajatours delivers
I booked a 10 day combination Tanzanian safari and Zanzibar trip with rajatours for my family of 4 and the raja tours delivered perfectly from begin to end. I had already been to TZ, so Rajab was very flexible to tailor the trip. The accommodations chosen throughout the journey were are all very good, clean and safe. The customer service offered by Fredy our driver and guide for the 5 day safari component of the trip, truly exceeded our expectations. He was knowledgeable, funny and was flexible as he adapted the trip to our needs. All and all, a great local tour operator and good value.

It was very interesting and interesting
We recently completed a customized tour of Uganda with a volcano hike in Rwanda all arranged by Laba Africa . Our guide, Moses, did an amazing job of finding interesting wildlife for us to see, arranging boat trips, meals, lodging and answering all of our many questions about the wildlife, culture, geography, plants, foods etc of Uganda. Possibly the most amazing thing was to watch him navigate the roads - he was a true expert in driving up and down mountains on bumpy unimproved mud roads and through the most crowded congested roads in Kampala that I have ever experienced. I remember Thanking God that he was driving over and over!! The lodgings provided ranged from adequate to downright luxurious. One tip - take some form of noise reducers - they don't insulate any walls here so you hear everything anyone does in the bathroom clearly and the nearby villages play music or preachers over loudspeakers well into the night.

Wow, wow, wow!!!
Wow, wow, wow!!! I don't even know where to start. This trip, with Laba Africa Expeditions, was amazing! First off, the company itself: When booking these types of tours from the US, most will ask that you wire transfer the money or pay the credit card service fee. I got super nervous on this part. After spending 5 days with this company- I now can safely tell people, don't worry! They are a very reputable company. Level of service: Our driver, Moses, was great! He picked us up right from the airport, had a sign with our name, and took care of us the entire trip. He was educated, spoke English well, was funny and was there to help us with whatever we needed. Vehicle: We had an older van type of car but we ended up loving it! The back seat was spacious and I even was able to jump in the third row seat and lay down for a bit if I wanted to. The top lifted off for us to see all of the great animals while driving. Our driver cleaned it every night for us and made sure we had fresh water each day. Animals: we went in January and we saw so many animals. We did the safari portion, the chimps and the gorillas and all were amazing. I would do the exact same trip again anytime!
Tipping: Don't forget to tip about $20 (more if you want) per day per person. We gave him the tip at the very end and gave him US dollars. We made sure before leaving the US the bills were newer as they don't accept older bills in Uganda

We were very pleased with our Green World Safari trip - so many different adventures!
Awesome vacation with Green World Safari. Betty was very accessible via email during all the planning stages and questions. Moses, Godfrey, and John were excellent drivers/guides - A few folks thought that, given the road conditions, sometimes they drove too fast. Our days were full! Would have perhaps been good to have a few open evenings, but we wouldn't have wanted to miss anything either! One concern was some of our group having to share accommodations at Murchison River Lodge.....not fair to some that others of us had our own space. I've already talked with Betty about that. Godfrey knows all the animals and birds which was a hit for us! John and Moses knew many, as well. We appreciated all of the learning and knowledge that these guides shared with us. Concern that one of the steering wheels came off while driving - a bit scary! The best shopping was the first day at the outside market in Murchison park, I think. Fabric and prices seemed to be the best there. Accommodations were very nice....we were very pleased......and meals were wonderful. We do like our eggs for breakfast which were available most days. THANK YOU! Ndere Cultural center was a perfect way to end our time together. Mick and I both enjoyed being "leaders" and organizers for the group. THANK YOU for our Ugandan gifts, Betty. That was very thoughtful of you. We hope the tipping worked out for all of our stops and the guides. We tried our best to check on all of that ahead of time. We thank you all for our fabulous time in Uganda. It was heartwarming that you picked us all up with our late arrival in Entebbe.....and made sure we had so many opportunities along the way. We will share our experiences, photos, and adventures. Mick and I hope to see you all again someday! Let us know if any of the four of you ever come to Colorado....you are most welcome! We wish you the very best. Mick and Nancy Sommer, Golden Colorado.

An easy and stress free booking experience with incredibly helpful employees.
Before I left for Uganda I wanted to have my gorilla trek booking set in place. So I found Bushman Safaris online and contacted them to help with this, I travel to Uganda often and work in a rural village so did not have any tour guides or the spare time to make the 10 hour trip to Kampala to collect my permit. Bushman Safaris went above and beyond to ensure my permit got delivered to the village where I work which in itself is amazing customer service. I can't thank Kate enough for all she had done for me throughout this process, from answering all of my questions before my arrival in Uganda to ensuring I made it back safely to the UK after my 10 week stay. The trek was obviously an incredible experience but with the help of Bushman Safaris it made the whole experience so much easier and stress free. Thanks again Bushman safaris and a special thanks to Kate.
