Overall the trip was fantastic
We traveled as a group of 6 coming from different parts of the Australia on a trip to Kenya. The travel company was responsive and accommodating from start to finish during the planning process. Our trip Specialist Le provided suggestions based on what we were interested in. While in country, I was able to communicate easily with the planner about questions I had related to logistics. Every member of the travel team we met was professional, helpful and fun that include Vincent and Fredrick; from airport representatives, to drivers, to guides. All travel details were taken care of which was wonderful. All we had to do was enjoy the experience.
Overall the trip was fantastic. Our driver guide Kennedy was so helpful in putting what we were experiencing into a meaningful context. We purposefully included a blend of activity and down time and we are really glad we organized it that way so we could make the most of all we saw. Our guide was the highlight of the trip. We sighted lions, hippos, rhinos, giraffe, zebras, cheetah, baboons hyenas, buffalos, but most importantly our sighting of a leopard killing impala and taking it up the tree was so exciting, can't express. In the near future will be glad to recommend your organization to our friends.

Overall it was a satisfying journey. About the price, I cant say it is quite good but acceptable.
We started preparing for the trip a year ago, we planned to go to both Kenya and Zanzibar. It was not always easy to find Alex, but we confirmed the itinerary on time anyway. We discussed the itinerary together and Alex and Dennis did give us some useful suggestions.
About hotels: They helped booking all the hotels we asked for even the hotels in Zanzibar, really appreciate that. Also booked the balloon safari which is such a great experience. The bush dinner was not as good as we expected.
About game drive: The views were fantastic (except the tones of dust on the way). The animals we've found and met were so adorable and beautiful. Only there's something we didn't expect to happen. We met Dennis and Joseph at the airport when we arrived. Joseph is very nice and full of experience. But just the day we need to move to Masai mara, we waited hours at the hotel and then were told that there's some problems with his vehicle so we had to change our game driver. The new driver is Peter, he also has many experience but not the way like Joseph, we didn't have enough time to get used to his way. This is a bit regrettable, or we might have an almost perfect journey.

Booking exceeded expectations
We were Safari rookies so sent out requests and choose this one. We had 3 nights at the Klaserie River Safari Lodge - it was a 3 star but everything felt like 5. The cabins on the riverside were spacious with white linens and great bathroom. Meals - chef prepared and presented - great variety including game meats. 2 times a day drives with every effort to find many animals which we did plus extra sightings with more drives! Plus the hippo fight in front of oùr room - will never see that again. The staff were amazing - from the driver to spotter to bar staff etc - I won't name in case I miss someone!

Great Experience with Gorillas
