Very welcoming
While booking, the agents were very patient, very friendly and very understanding that I felt comfortable. By the time my family and I arrived, we already felt like we knew them already. Tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and as good with kids. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend

Great experience
We had a great time in a 6 days safari in Arusha region. The trip organisation was smooth thanks to Bernard, he answers our questions quickly when needed. Bernard recommended to us nice places to stay on safari nights.
Martin was the best driver we could imagine to have. He knew every corner of all parks we visited, always found us the best quiet spots to watch animals and he took very good care of us. He was very friendly and it was a pleasure to spend these days with him and share a beer together in the evening. Many thanks

overall a very good price performance tour. Food could be better
Our driver was Denis. He is both a good driver and a good person. If your driver is Denis, you can be sure that your tour will go well. About Jocky tour, It was a really good service compared to the price. The only issue we had a problem with was the lunch served. Frankly, I can't describe as food what I was given as lunch. Nevertheless they gave us a very good experience and thank you for all of that.

Fabulous safari experience
Had a great safari experience thanks to the team of Tony and Alice in the office who made everything quite easy and fast, game drives were top as we saw almost all animals except the Leopard which I understand was hard to spot, other than that this is the best safari so far

Outstanding and without parallel
All the guides were outstanding, they took their time and were truly interested in providing a unique experience. They were 100% reliable, service was without question the finest we have ever encountered and we experienced the vacation of a lifetime. Mindblowing, stunningly beautiful safari experience
Everything was perfectly organized by Pembury Tours. It was a once in a lifetime holiday with exceptional accomodation, food at Simbavati Waterside Lodge was incredibly delicious and we've been very lucky in seeing all kinds of animal we could wish for. We can only recommend staying in two Private Game Reserve as you get to see different animals.
We always felt very safe, the staff everywhere was so warm-hearted that we felt home immediately. Nothing to critizice, we would book it again for 100%.
