Safari was pefect! Recommend them!
They are professional and know what we expected! We all fall in love with Kenya and the beautiful africa! We saw all big five and special five, parks were all less crowded and it was excellent experience! I could tell anyone that it was the best of my best experience in my life! Nothing could beat the safari! Thanks to Jong and Kennedy!

It was WOWWWW
We saw lions, cheatahs, leopards, rhionos, small amount of flamingos, buffalos, giraffs, and elephants! Lot of animals catch our eyes and memorable! Driver was professional, language was a barrier between us, but no problem, we still enjoyed and saw a lot of animals!!!

Excellent safari with no complain
We didnot have any complain with our safari. It was fantastic and well! Everything was pefert organized including itinerary, lodges, camps, parks, driver guide and food. We loved the balloon ride, althrough it was very expensive but worth to see the sun rise and champing breakfast, it was absolutely fantastic!!!

Great tour and organization!
We booked the tour directly with Hekima. Everything was safe and secure. At some point we had to reschedule due to emergency and there were no problems with that (no penalties). Although, the tour was booked as a group, there were no other people joining, so we had a de-facto individual experience. We are very happy that the tour was not cancelled due to the lack of people. The tour experience itself was very unique authentic - like coffee tour with local people. They really wanted to share the culture with us, not to sell something. The key part of the tour was real hunting with Hadza people - that was something one of a kind! They were able to catch a wild cat, cooked and ate it immediately. This something that you will not see on any other tours. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The accommodations were very good (we had a room with jacuzzi on one night). I am highly recommending this tour and company, especially if you want to see Africa beyond safari!

Africa Safari
What a grand adventure I had on my Oshili Namibia safari. Our guide, Naas was well organized and informative- he also spoke the language. We saw lions, giraffes, cheetahs, elephants, jackets, zebras and numerous other birds. We had an amazing experience in an authentic African village- where I was made queen for the day. We had the real feel of Africa with the sundown ceremony. It was by far a trip of a lifetime. I would recommend Oshili safari most highly.

Great service, professional approach, friendly atmosphere, amazing experience
My husband and I decided to end our honeymoon on safari. It was the best decision! We have been looking for an operator for a long time. Based on the reviews, we decided on Wakanda and we do not regret it at all. We choose 5 days safari tour and visited 3 parks- Tarangire (1day), Serengeti (3 days), and Ngorongoro (1day). We went through the safari in a group that we were worried about at first, but Wakanda put together the same-aged group of people that we really liked. We choose a budget tour - the first night we spent in the lodge and the rest of the nights in tents - sleeping in the middle of the Serengeti or the Ngorongoro was the best experience. Every night we had different visitors :)
Bartho was very helpful from the beginning, he answered all our questions about the whole safari and in all our demands he sent us to meet.
We had the best chef - Sule- who managed to surprise us with a specialty every day. His food was delicious.
Our tour guide - Elia - was very skilled and educated. He knew the answers to all our questions. Although we still think that he sometimes came up with an animal name: D He knew parks very well. Every day he took us to 'secret' places where we had the opportunity to see the inhabitants of the safari in their full beauty.
We have been delighted with the safari and I recommend to everyone who wants to try this experience, to choose Serengeti Wakanda Tours.

The perfect guide is Joël that is leading chalema tanzania Safari. We just have spent 6 wonderful day with him. Everything perfect : safaris, meals and nights.

Deceptive. A con and possibly a scammer.
We booked a 3-day tour for 2 to the Maasai Mara for 1120 USD through Lucy Njeri's Splendor Holidays. This included Park entrance fees, private driver and accommodation. Everything was paid as agreed on time.
All was well until we got at the Park gate on Dec 13 when we were asked for receipt for the entrance fee which Lucy was supposed to have given to our driver. She had not issued one. Assuming it was an oversight on her part, we paid again 320USD for two of us for the 2 visits to the park.
I tried reaching out to Lucy with no response. It must be noted that up until that moment, she was was quick to respond especially when part of a payment was due. She could not take our calls, nor the driver's. Our multiple text messages went unanswered. We had other people reach out because it was clear she was ignoring our calls/messages. We hoped that she'd respond to theirs since she does not have their numbers. We were right. She responded to one of them with some shady story that she'd been mugged while depositing cash in her Mpesa account. I call it shady because we did not have to learn about that from other people. Not even her driver knew about it!!! She was ignoring his calls too.
Anyways she told that friend of ours that efforts were underway to issue a refund to us. She did not tell that to us. Days went by with no word from her despite numerous attempted phone calls.
Finally on Dec 15, after multiple calls and tests, she sent a copy-and-paste response she had sent to that friend of ours earlier with the same excuse. We kept asking her when the refund would be issued we never heard back.
We are now back in Canada unsure how we will get our money back. This has left us feeling scammed and deceived. We were referred to this lady by our close friends and up until that moment we were happy with everything. I don't know what else to call this other than what it is: scam, deception, theft and grossly unprofessional.
I will complain to any authority that can resolve this because it is not OK for our vacation to have this awful ending. Other vacationers please be warned!!

Our Guide Collins proved to be a very well experienced and skilled driver and well informed travel guide.
In one long game day and one short, we were overwhelmed by the beautiful landscape and the great variety and number of beautiful wild animals.
The accomodation was basic, but clean and welcoming. We were provided with enough water troughout the day and in total 6 meals.
The stuff was friendly and very helpful.
The price we payed for two nights, which included everything we needed was well reasonable. The experience we made, mostly made possible by our amazing guide, was superb. It was worth every penny.

Amazingly smooth, flexible organization & family like approach
Safari with Jocky Tours was an outstanding and amazingly organized experience. Starting from the first email finishing with the ‘goodbye’ at the airport everything was smooth, very well thought and enjoyable. Even when we had a doubt about one of us coming to safari just 2 days before the start (luckily we were both able to make it in the end), jocky was very flexible in reorganizing the trip for 1 person with very good conditions. Richard our guide was a very pleasant company , again very flexible, however keeping the eye on the schedule to show us maximum possible. Being 2 girls not used to wake up at 5 am, that was quite helpful :) He also knew a lot about the animals and Kenya in general that was very interesting to discover during our long conversations on the way. Even though our safari was in English, it was an unexpected surprise that Richard spoke fluent Russian and sometimes it was helpful to check the exact name of the animal or if we needed to discuss something privately. Also he took into account all our wishes even if it was last minute. As he always said his goal is to make the dream come true and that is what actually happened! We saw all the animals that we couldn’t even imagine to see , mind blowing sunsets and sunrises, breathtaking nature and enjoyed one of the best accommodations we had in our lives (our stay at Zebra Plains Collection Camp was just beyond all expectations). Also we felt that everything was taking care of, so we don’t need to even think about anything and just relaxed and enjoyed our time. It was really ‘family’ kind of approach. We really recommend the trip with Jocky Tours&Richard to make the best of Kenya wonders.
