Well organized
We did a 4 days safari in Masai Mara, the camps we went to we beautiful,with sweet food. Our driver guide was knowledgeable and he answered all our questions. We managed to see the big five including the elusive rhino. We were able to see three leopards and the famous Tano Bora. Abner the owner was quick to respond and made sure our trip was customized to our needs and budget. I would recommend Ongeri Expeditions any time

Our family of 5 booked a 3 day safari with Lenchada Safaris. We had a wonderful and magical experience, that met and even exceeded our expectations. We were very satisfied with the communication and organisation of the trip. We felt safe and we were very comfortable (the lodges were good, the car was very comfortable and clean). Paul, our guide was extremely nice, very helpful, with amazing insights. He answered all our questions (and there was a lot of them) and he was very flexible (he was happy to adapt and listened to our needs). He listened and let us have an amazing experience while making sure we don’t take any risks.

They live up to their name!
Clyde at Tailormade Africa put together a wonderful custom trip to Zambia and Botswana for us six friends, three couples each with different prior experiences in the region and different priorities. And he did it in a hurry when our other plans fell through due to a destination not reopening in time. There was a significant amount of time invested talking to us all over the phone and on Zoom to find what would work or everyone, and that paid off with a journey that we all enjoyed and got a lot out of. We could tell as we travelled that the camps and lodges had been chosen for variety of wildlife experiences and and to give us a mix of adventure and comfort during a hot-season trip (and hot it was). Good safari experiences are not cheap, but Clyde was able to take advantage of some price breaks to put together something affordable for us.
Having the electronic itinerary and daily info in a downloaded app format was great -- we could consult it even when we did not have signal or wifi, and without printing out an carrying around a lot of paper.
All Tailormade's arrangements went off without a hitch, and in the one instance of a serious problem -- a cancelled int'l flight -- it was Clyde who alerted us first by text (before the airline did) so we could rebook immediately after we got off the previous flight. Without that early warning, we might well have missed out on the replacement flight and gotten stuck in transit for who knows how long.
Covid testing for transit between countries and for our return was not a problem -- folks on the ground have developed systems for getting the necessary tests done and timely results into travelers' hands, even if that involves having a nurse fly out to the bush to take your swabs. The US recently tightened the test horizon to one day before departure, but I would bet they will adjust and find a way of getting that done too.
We have another trip planned with Tailormade Africa already, and can't help thinking about further adventures for the future.

An absolute safari
I booked safari through Alfred together with my other three friends for three days two nights to Maasai Mara.
The safari was well organized as per our expectations and we were given an excellent tour guide driver where by we managed to see the big five .
The accomodations was quite ok.the rooms were specious and the meals was fantastic.

Amazing team
we made a 3 day tour in Selous. Lewis was a great driver who drove super safe. during the safari we saw giraffes, antelopes, lions, zebras, hippos, and our guide Eric was extraordinary, very cultured, he taught us a lot of things and super nice. I recommend the adventure

Great experience and organization!
It wasn’t an easy choice since there are hundreds of tour operators providing similar itineraries. However, if you are still looking for one, you can stop your research because you found it!
Savannah Explorers is surely the best you can find! In preparation of the trip, Albert was very patient with us and managed to accommodate all our requests and solve all our doubts. But our guide Abi was just beyond any possible expectation!
Abi knows the Serengeti inside out and took us to places where we were totally isolated and able to enjoy cheetahs and lions without other vehicles disturbing.
If you chose to go with Savannah you need to know that they will not try to save fuel or drive for less kilometres (as some other operators do), they will really try their best to make you enjoy your experience to the maximum! Which we did! We are very happy and we would definitely chose Savannah again and again!

15/10 best tour operators
Safari soles is by far the absolute best safari group you could ever take a safari with. Not only do they go above and beyond on the safari but Bryson and Andrew also went above and beyond before the safari. They made multiple trips to the airport when my mom and I got in at different times, the first night Andrew stayed and showed us a great local BBQ place, and even after the safari Andrew and Bryson offered to show us around town before our trip to Zanzibar. They offered so much useful and fun information about the local culture and customs. Now as far as the Safari- absolutely blown away. Our guide Tina was the bomb. So good at spotting out animals and taking us off the beaten path to ensure out experience was the best of the best. The food was also amazing and compliments to the kindest chef around. If I could rate our experience it was most definitely a 15/10.

Excellent!!!
Etrip Africa was absolutely outstanding in our booking process, and right up to our departure.
We had a wonderful safari, Ben was honest and through about accommodations, prices, choices.
We ended up with Lemala camps and we were throughly pleased.
Our driver David was exceptional. He was spotting things that were impossible to see! Amazing actually that someone can see a lions head, or owl in a dark tree...
Another thing that we enjoyed was Researchers Rest... read up on the history and it is a perfect way to start a safari...
