Awesome experience on my 5 Day Tour With MoAfrika
My first week was with your company and I found MoAfrika and Viva Safaris very professional and well run company. All of the various drivers (transport, game guiding) were excellent. I rode up front most of the time to be able to personally chat with these local people, as I wanted to first learn about their lives growing up in South Africa. Many great stories and insight which I truly appreciate them sharing.
This was my fifth time to Africa, and 15th Tour on 4 Continents, so I have experienced many various levels of service and support from the different Companies.
Yours was one of my favourite. The highlight was my stay at the Treetop place (#5) as I especially enjoyed the laidback feeling of this resort and the staff were truly wonderful. I look forward to, and counting the days, when I can manage to get back to Africa!

Amazing tour
TLDR: I highly recommend Hermosa life tours. We booked the 1-day gorilla trekking program.
Oreste and Hermosa admins were very responsive in terms of communication. Also they also sent us plenty trip reminders.
The tour guide Patrick did a fantastic job. Our trip starts in the early morning at 4:30am (since we stay in Kigali and we need to arrive at Volcanoes national park at 7:30am).
The trekking requires about an hour of hiking on muddy ground. And we get to watch the gorillas close for an hour. It was all worth it.
The only downside is that the vehicle seems to need some maintenance, but our guide Patrick was resourceful enough to fix the issue.
The program finishes by noon, but it is still a long drive back to Kigali. We are very appreciative of Oreste and Patrick from Hermosa for taking us to a wonderful trip of gorilla trekking. Highly recommended experience.

Amazing 1-day trip to Agakera and Lake Ihema
TLDR; Our 1-day trip to Agakera was amazing and zero regret. Highly recommended.
The trip was well planned. Our tour guide is Gerald who is an awesome guide and takes great photos. We have everything in 1-day so a lot of driving (from and back to Kigali). We started at 6:30am, and did around 2 hours game drive. We were able to see a lot of animals, including giraffes, baboons, zebras, buffalos, and the rarely seen leopard. After lunch we did an hour boat ride and saw hippos, crocodiles and many birds. It was so many things packed in one day. We are very satisfied with everything. The only downside is that it seems that I wasn't told to take the covid test (required to enter the park) but it gets sorted out eventually.
We return to our hotels safely in the evening. We highly recommend the service provided by Fred and Gerald from Frena Adventures.

Great tour
Nice tour overall: good communication, reasonable price, and the gorillas were lovely; got to see a silverback up close!

They understood the assignment at hand and were executes it with perfection
Excellent. Our booking was easy, the pre-information packet was timely and thorough. Interim questions were handled promptly and thoroughly, including going out of their way to help us with some hard to get reservations. The transfers were perfect and done with a high class .we definitely will choose them again.

Magical trip
My sister and I booked a five day safari and we loved every minute. We were picked up and dropped off at the house where we were staying, our guide was wonderful, the accommodations were just fine (it was a budget trip, after all!), and most importantly we saw animals. So many animals! Our guide, Kikitu, was incredibly knowledgable and just full of life. He made our trip into a true adventure, from humorously calling the bumpy dirt roads an "African massage" to schooling us on the different species of giraffe. Just to give you some perspective, we not only saw the big five, we even saw a dung beetle! Many times during our safari I turned to whomever was next to me to exclaim: "this is so much fun!" Is there anything better than that?

Majestic
The gorilla Leisure Lodge is the absolute best lodge to stay at for the Gorilla Trekking. It's the same price as all the others but since it has only been open since Nov. 2022 the facilities are still like brand new. Everything about it was like a 5 star hotel ... food - 5 stars, Service - 5 stars - Accommodations 5 - Star.
And the Gorilla Trek is indescribable. No words will be able to do it justice.

Safari on the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro
My trip to Amboseli NP with Spirit of Kenya was great. All services were perfect. First of all I would like to appraise my driver and guide Mr. Samuel Kaguma Nibugha who was well informed about animals and about nature in Kenya. He was very friendly and able to fulfil my wishes. Despite of the rainy seasons we have met all interesting animals and as a bonus I saw the Mt. Kilimanjaro.
I promised my wife to go for a Safari in Africa any times together. If it will be possible we will use the same companies services. Definitely.

The experience was amazing and our tour guide was both professional and friendly.
We had a once in a lifetime experience that was made enjoyable by our tour operator and guide. They were both professional and friendly. Everything was very well organised, from our pickup at our hotel to our flights to Masai Mara, from our safari experience to our stay at our resort. We had wonderful animal encounters and saw the Big 5 as well as breakfasts and sundowners on the plains. Magic moments!

Trip of a lifetime in a beautiful country
Wow this trip exceeded our expectations. We booked the 8 day safari and 8 day Cape Town tour with Lucia who was great to work with and very helpful. The itinerary that she sent before we left was so helpful and had so much information about our trip. Once we arrived in Johannesburg everything ran seamlessly. Bakkies picked us up at the airport and was so friendly and a wealth of knowledge. We stayed at Dunkeld Country Estates and Tshukudu Lodge for the first part of our trip. Both were nice lodges with beautiful grounds. The staff were all friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable. We will never forget the safari’s and seeing all of the majestic animals in their natural habitat. Tyler was our safari guide and was very informative and his love for animals showed. He was determined to find as many animals as possible including the big 5. The highlight was watching two male elephants playing in the water for over 30 min and we could have watched all night.
Cape Town was a beautiful coastal city. Jonathan was our guide and is a proud Cape Town native who provided insight into the culture and history of his city. As for the hotels Belle Marco and Shark Bay were right on the water so we enjoyed walking the beach and it was the first time we’ve seen flamingos in the wild. Stillness Manor had beautiful grounds, but needed some updates and TLC. Again all the staff were friendly and eager to help. We enjoyed some delicious seafood and some wine in the wine lands.
Overall it was an amazing trip and we enjoyed every day to the fullest. If you are considering a trip to South Africa you would be foolish to try and book your own itinerary. Go with Go Touchdown Travel because you will experience things you would never see on your own.
