All the services from Crimson and specially from our guide Sammy, were complete and filled out our espectations.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience
We had the most amazing time on our safari. I missed my flight and Salim made sure I was able to meet up with the group in time to continue the safari. Communication from the start was swift, and friendly, and also provided answers to our questions. Our guide on the safari was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to navigate through the national park. THE CHEF WAS AMAZING! Overall a great experience and I 100% recommend going through Zamunda Tours!

Pleasant and punctual
Just after booking we received an email, confirming our booking, hotel pick up and an estimate of pick up time - with an 15 minute slot. The evening before the tour we received an WhatsApp message with the exact time - within the slot.
On the morning of the tour, we got picked up exactly as promised.
The trip from Johannesburg to Pilanesburg went smoothly, with our guide Sunny who told us about the sights in Pretoria as we came along and about the life in South Africa.
We got dropped off at Pilanesburg National Park, were we did a game drive, with another guide, T. T took us through the park were we saw three of the big five - and a hole bunch of other animals
Totally value for money - I would definitely recommend it to others. I would love to do it again, for sure.

Rose is an incredibly knowledgeable & responsive agent who planned the perfect trip.
We wanted a trip that was luxurious enough to be worthy of a big birthday celebration but had the wildlife at the heart of the experience. Rose recommended Sausage Tree Camp for safari followed by Tongabezi, both in Zambia, so that we could see Victoria Falls before coming home. It turned out perfectly with incredible animal sightings and great hospitality at Sausage Tree and unadulterated luxury at Tongabezi.
Rose is very knowledgeable and has first hand knowledge of the properties. She put a lot of effort into finding the right places for us and everything went without a hitch. When I had any minor queries I don’t think it ever took more than a couple of hours to get a response which is very reassuring. The Luxury Safari Co would give us the confidence to travel to parts of Africa we might not have considered before, something we hope to do before too long.

Myxo is a welcoming & knowledgeable host intimately connected to the community where he operates.
There are two aspects of Woza Nawe that are stand out:
1) The setting of the site is stunning. ESwatini is a very pretty place and Woza Nawe campsite exemplifies that! No hustle and bustle of a big city just quiet mountain beauty of the village.
2) Myxo is a friendly, welcoming and chill host - no question about that. But what is special about Myxo is that he has multiple worldviews in his head. He is Swati and intimately connected with his community and culture. He also very much understands the European / North American (and other?) mind and is an excellent cultural translator.

Fabulous tour - excellent organisation, hotels, safari vehicle and the best guide
I was travelling by myself with my two teenage sons - ages 14 and 13 yrs and this was our first trip to Kenya. We all had an absolutely wonderful time. Axis Africa communicated really well prior to our arrival in Nairobi and everything was super smooth and easy when we arrived. Our tour was really well organized with plenty of variety. The lodges were all great and perfectly located within the parks. My oldest son who pays attention to these things said we had the best vehicle (this matters as quite a few other vehicles were getting stuck in the mud or not able to reach places). And our guide, Khalifa, was the best - he was friendly, helpful, a really competent four wheel driver, excellent at locating and telling us about all the wildlife and just a genuine nice guy. I would definitely recommend this tour, company and guide.
