A lifetime African Experience
Me and my sister planned to go for a trip to see the gorillas, visit the Murchison falls and also see tree climbing lions. We did a search on internet and zeroed it down to Primate safaris. The whole team was really helpful especially Reagan we got in touch with and exchanged emails he was really informative, friendly and flexible. Andrew our guide was really friendly and patient with us when we wanted to spend more time during the game drives. We really enjoyed the trip and would recommend the company again.

Shengena Adventure stands out as a safari provider even before the safari begins. Their team was in constant communication with us during planning, and even had a briefing session at our hotel the day before we were set to depart, outlining our agenda, answering questions, etc.
The safari itself was a breathtaking experience, and the program really felt perfectly tailored to our desires. From scheduling, to locations, to lunches, everything was considered according to our preferences. Our guide, Godwin, was also always on the lookout for the animals we were most interested in seeing. And he was really great at spotting them, too!
Overall, the safari was one of the best travel experiences I've had so far in my life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shengena to anyone looking for an adventure in Tanzania :)

Great 3 day safari
We had a very good trip and managed to see more or less everything we could have hoped for (Big 5+), thanks mostly to our guide Joshua. Everything went quite smoothly, despite the Nairobi morning traffic delaying our pick up.
It was three long days in the vehicle on some pretty bumpy roads so quite tiring but also very rewarding. A shorter trip (2 days) would have been too short and a longer trip probably wouldn’t have offered much more as we had a long time in the park.
The accommodation was more than adequate - a fairly basic camp but with comfortable beds and a private bathroom in the tent. Food was simple buffets but tasty and sufficient.
We went for the Landcruiser option rather than the cheaper minivan which was definitely worthwhile as there were some muddy places that I think the van would have struggled to navigate, and there was a little more space in the vehicle.

We were picked up from the airport in Arusha for our 9 days Honeymoon safari. Our tour included Lake Manyara- Serengeti- Ngorongoro-Tarangire and Lake Eyasi. Amazing experience thanks to our experienced guide.
We saw everything we hoped for our more thanks largely to William. He knew all of the parks well and was able to plan out each day perfectly based on weather, timing, animal behavior, etc. We learned so much about the animals, culture, and history of the land during the many hours driving to each location and on our game drives. We booked our 5days Olpejeta, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara safari with Leisure Escapes Safaris who were recommended to me by a friend who had used them before. This was a family vacation and I wanted the best. I can attest that I got very impressed by the personalized services offered by the company staff, from the onset of our communication, to the safari time and even at the end of our Safari. Duncan was very resourceful and he was following up if our Safari was going on well. By the end of our Safari, we had seen all the Big Five and many more animals. Our driver guide, Jeff was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The accommodation booked for us was also good. Everything went smoothly and we had great fun. Excellent experience
The Safari experience was great. All well arranged in advance, no last minute inconvenience.
Evans was our guide, very calm, good driver, knowledgeable and friendly man. He drove through the different parks and always found the best spot to look the animals. Thanks to his knowledge we learned about the animals and the ecosystem.

Incredible Experience!
I booked my safari with Safari Update Travels because of their authenticity. Linsel was very prompt in his communication and helped us plan the entire safari. I had an amazing experience with my family exploring the Mara where we were fortunate enough to see hundreds of wildebeests migrating across the Mara River which was the highlight of the safari. We also saw most of the big five animals which included lions, buffaloes, herd of elephants and a leopard. We stayed at Ashnil Camp, the staff there were very kind and caring. They always made sure we were comfortable. They also had amazing meals and the camps were very clean. Our guide Simon was very professional and knowledgeable, he made sure we spotted most of the animals. Unfortunately we did not see the rhinoceros even after our guide drove for several hours to most of the places where this rare animal is found. We visited a Masai village towards the end of our safari, the experience was amazing. I would recommend beginning the tour in the early morning to enjoy the game drive and see most of the animals.
