Excellent First Time Experience!
We booked the 5 day, 4 night safari and everything about it was fantastic. We had never been to Africa and I was a bit clueless as what to book and for how long etc but after a simple email to Silas who works in the office, he just asked for some rough dates and duration and tailor made a safari for us that took a night in Amboseli, a night at Lake Naivasha and then 2 nights in Masai Mara.
Our guide/driver, Simon, picked us up and was truly exceptional. His knowledge and help were spot on and we only felt like we weren't asking him enough! He told us all about the Kenyan culture, tribes, history and of course everything about the wild and animals we saw.
We opted for standard accommodation and it was amazing. The camps/lodges we stayed at were really nice, all with pools, good showers and great facilities - a bar :)
No complaints whatsoever and fully recommend Safari Update Travels and Simon our guide."

The best tour company
We did a 3-day, 2-night safari with Safari Update Travels to Masai Mara. They are awesome. They were very friendly and accommodating. They put us in a nice camp and the driver went out of his way to help us spot a ton of animals in the park. (The only one we didn't see was the rhino, but that's hard to spot in the Mara anyways). He even helped us park the car in a way that allowed us to take nice selfies with the animals! Safari Update Travels made my trip to Kenya one to remember!

Amazing honeymoon safari
Well, i never thought I'll enjoy this much on such a 3 Days safari but actually now i have unforgettable memories of Tanzanian Mother nature thanks to Aenea who was the best friend trying to answer all questions and prepare the most amazing honeymoon for us with all the passion and caring in the world, but the trip wouldn't actually be anything at all except for the Super Friend and Guide Kelly, he made our honeymoon worth it with doing his best everywhere during the trip to make our experience unforgettable, and he actually did amazing and sure our anniversary will always be with them!

Amazing
We had a great time on our short but exciting safari trip.
Our guide/chauffeur was punctual and picked us up at our stay in Kampala at 7am on Sunday.
The trip to Murchison went smooth with a coffee break at a nice place by the road with clean toilets and good coffee.
Our guide worked through the payment/paperwork by the Murchison park entrance and on arrival at Paraa we checked in at Paraa safari lodge and had lunch.
Once again we got picked up on time by our guide who drove us to the Nile 5min away.
We had a 3h boat safari up to the Murchison falls and saw hippos, crocodiles and elephant and some other animals on the way, by the river bank.
We continued straight to and evening safari in the park and we’re lucky to see both elephants, giraffes and lions among other animalS in the dusk. Dinner at the at 7pm. The Lodge have pleasant rooms with AC and comfortable beds.
Coffe in the morning and a morning safari at 6. Highly recommended! We saw lions eating and other animals inf the morning. Breakfast at the lodge and then checking out and continuing for a stop at Murchison falls our way home.
The car was comfortable with AC and a roof that got taken away during the safari trips.
We got back at 5pm on Monday.
The guy was informative without being stressful and was a great driver and guide.
We could have stopped at Ziwa rhinos sanctuar but choose not to in order to get back home before the worst traffic jams in Kampala.
We had a great time!

Danny Boy was the BEST!
Out of all the Safari companies to choose from we literally hit the JACKPOT with African Chitah! Trust me, BOOK IT! And while you’re at it, ask for Danny Boy! He made this a trip of a lifetime for us! They made everything about this experience so easy that all we had to do was enjoy ourselves!

Best experience in my life!
Excellent tour company!!! Vanessa who did all the tour’s organization was impeccable; We were looking on this trip for approximately 1 year and I had to postpone it due to the pandemic, I sent around 200 emails to Vanessa and she always answered all my doubts, with great education and resolution. My expectations were very high, as the recommendations were excellent, and even so, they managed to surpass them.
The guides are very kind, respectful and do everything to find the animals we want to see, even if we have to walk thousands of kilometers. They are also extremely punctual and well educated.
The hotel directions were magnificent, with unique service.
At first it seems expensive to pay per day and per person for the safari, since my currency is devalued, but when we got there, we saw that it is very fair for everything that it includes and for the work of everyone involved in the organization.
I recommend the company with my eyes closed, and for sure our experience in Kenya and Tanzania was the best, because we went with Spirit of Kenya.
Just perfect!!!

Excellent safari
When we were planning a trip to Tanzania we decided that we can’t lose the opportunity to visit worldwide known safaris. So after reviewing a dozen of options we decided to choose Kiliholidays tour ‘3-Day Taste of Wildlife Lodge Safari in Tanzania’. The main reasons for such a choice were: private tour, reasonable price, and attractive lodges.
On our arrival, we got a hospitable service and on the safari itself, we were accompanied by a skilful guide - Tom. He was an expert on local flora and fauna, easily answered all our questions, and told interesting stories about the everyday life and traditions of the locals.
Thanks to Tom’s knowledge and a little to our luck we saw a lot of animals including small simbas, crowds of zebras and buffalos, hippos, giraffes, elephants and way more others.
We definitely enjoyed the tour and we would surely recommend Kiliholidays!

You could not wish for more from a Safari company!
Where do I begin?
I was recommended to use Lomo when I was planning my first safari trip for my family of four and my father too.
We had specific requirements, due to the varying ages of the group from 5 up to 72 so we really needed someone who would understand the importance of everyone's comfort, time requirements, relaxing places to stay and to manage the expectations of such a diverse group.... Not an easy task.
Dealing with Erasto from the beginning I felt completely at ease, like speaking to a friend who took the time to ask the right questions and determine what was needed to provide the best possible itinerary for the group.
Several options for itinerary were offered, with plenty of discussion and "tweaking" to get all factors right. Erasto was always polite, gracious and able to offer solutions to any details that needed to be altered.
We took a six night trip, slowly taking in three national parks ; Arusha NP, Tarangire NP and Ngorongoro Crater.
Accommodation was carefully chosen and we stayed at the best possible accommodation that more than met our expectations.
We were met at the airport by Rahim who was our guide for the entire trip, with almost 20 years of experience we were in very safe hands. Not only his impressive knowledge and ability to spot a species from an incredible distance (none other than a trained eye could know) but his careful driving and consideration for his passengers and his incredible warm personality made him instantly become part of "the family".
We were also blessed to be accompanied by Abisae, Lomo's very own professional photographer. Very skilled and professional, he made a welcome addition to the team. By the end of our week together, we felt we had made lifelong friends.
Having spotted more species than we could have expected, all expectations of what we would feel from our first safari trip were completely exceeded.
Also we felt like royalty when we arrived at the "perfect backdrop" picnic sites, alongside many others tourist eating packed lunches as we dined on freshly made hot foods off plates and cutlery, fresh fruits and salads, wine, beer, juice, fresh coffee, tea and hot chocolate and biscuits!!
It's easy for anyone to put together standard itinerary for basic requirements, but with Lomo you are truly experiencing the difference between "off the peg" and "tailor made".
The relationships between the Erasto and his staff, along with the partnerships with the hotels and lodge owners are also commendable, like a family working together to provide a five star service for a mid range budget.
Can you get your safari for cheaper?... Sure you can! But you risk compromising on what should be most memorable experience in your life as was the case for us.
Please let me advise you that I know how difficult it is when planning to make the perfect trip, you can't see into the future to know if you have made the right choice and decision when investing your time and money... But I wholeheartedly recommend that in this company you can trust.
