Hello,thanks for follow up and we are taking few days in Nairobi before we fly back to our country but we wish to say thank you so much for all the effort.Back to the safari.
We took a trip to Kenya with Africa Starpal and it was our most memorable and fun vacation as a family for 2 and kid travelling to Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara.The team was prompt in getting us support while we were in Nairobi, helping us book additional rooms while we were on the trip and was flexible with our changes. Overall great customer relations and communication skills with Africa Starpal Safaris. All his arrangement exceeded our expectations and the hotels that they suggested we pick were great as well.
Our tour guide were the one that made our stay and safari truly memorable. They were both warm, fun and knowledgeable about the Safaris. Sammy, in particular, was very good at spotting animals and guessing their patterns to a point where he could see things that we could not with our binoculars. He made sure that we saw the big 5, but also covered lots of animals and birds based on the park that we were in. We were lucky to see a Lion family, a Hyena stealing a carcass, Rhinos and not to mention that the several hundred thousand wildebeest doing the migration at the time. It was a great experience overall.

Fantastic Experience
We had an amazing experience in Amboseli National Park. It is a beautiful park with the amazing view of Mt. Kilimanjaro. We went specifically to photograph Elephants with the Mt. Kilimanjaro backdrop. Having said that we got Lions in Amboseli also and we saw a huge pride of lions right from the lodge dining area. Food was great buffet style. Everyone was friendly and ready to help and it was the perfect place to come back and relax after hours of game drives.

The Organisation was almost perfect. Perhaps, you can get Uganda a bit Cheaper. But not with this Service. From the beginning of Planing, all questions before arrival are answered immediately, the Guide during Tour and all excursions were perfect.

In terms of value for money this was a big mistake. Driver's attitude was unpleasant for most of the trip. An unsatisfying trip overall. Considering this was my bucket list trip you can imagine how disappointed I am.

Very good safari for the price!
The safari was just amazing! 5 days with great experience.
From the begging Magdalene was easy and kind to communicate with and she help us with everything even things after the safari.
The drive game was very good and we saw all the animals. Our guide had a big knowledge about the parks and animals.
Definitely value for money.

A fantastic experience with Luitours and Safaris!
Ibrahim had been very responsive and was able to take care of our concerns relating to changes in itinerary. The entire safari went on as per the agreed schedule without any changes
The jeeps were really comfortable and everyone had a window seat! Plus the roof went up so that we could get a better view of the game drive
Our guide Freddy was kind, fun and knowledgeable and gave us a great safari! Freddy was also a really good driver, which made our journey feel very safe the whole time
He always did everything possible to make our safari experience incredible. We saw an incredible amount of wildlife

4-Day Gorilla Trekking with Scenic Beauty of Bunyonyi
My husband and I did this tour along side our driver Gerald and the owner Doreen. It was truly an amazing experience one that we shall never forget! Definitely something that everyone should have on their bucket list is to do the gorilla trekking! there is nothing in the world like it!!! We did the “midrange” and the accommodations were great and the food was amazing!
Our driver Gerald was so friendly and funny! We spent the entire tour laughing!! And Doreen is so kind and also hilarious!
I was 1000 times recommend this tour company!!!
We hope to visit again one day!

A great trip
Ombeni was a amazing guide! He was knowledgeable in all the animals we saw and always seem to know where the next sighting was going to be and by the end of our trip we got our fill of animals. Pendo was our booking agent and she did a great job of customizing our trip and addressed any questions we had before and during the adventure. I would highly recommend Gosheni as a tour company, they made the vacation that much special.

Unforgettable 4 day Safari Honeymoon!
What a wonderful honeymoon in Kenya! My husband and I were not able to go anywhere due to Covid but it was definitely worth the wait with Mufasa Tours and Travels.
Kenya was a last minute booking but Joseph was quick and responsive with all my questions. This helped me trust him straight away even though I had never met him and we were in two different continents! Within a day Joseph had emailed me an itinerary packed with fun experiences including safaris, hotels and even a hot air balloon ride at Masai Mara.
Once we arrive in Kenya, we were blessed with Colin as our driver. He picked us up at our hotel and from the first minute he was energetic and friendly. Colin told us so much history about Kenya and the places we were going to visit. He is extremely knowledgeable about the animals too and we couldn't help but feel excited every morning by his enthusiasm. We saw the big five ( lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant and rhino) and it's probably due to all the praying Colin said he had done! I can't believe how close the lions were - we also saw a lion dragging a zebra across the road as we waited quietly with excitement and anticipation.
The accommodations were incredible. We picked the luxury package and stayed at Entim Camp in Masai Mara and Cliff Lodge in Lake Nakuru. Entim Camp was great and the food was delicious ( the banana strudel with custard was devine) and most alcoholic drinks were included. Cliff Lodge was magical and dreamlike. Your luxury camp is literally facing the lake and we watched the sunrise in bed. I always remember this moment.
My husband also wanted to try a local Kenyan cuisine on our last day and Colin went out of his way to do research and found a local place. The food was lovely especially the lamb with the ugali. Colin also took lovely pictures of my husband and I, it was like having a personal photographer! We will miss Colin very much!
Thank you Mufasa Tours for an unforgettable experience. My only tip is to go for longer so you can enjoy the luxury accommodations for a bit longer (especially Cliff Lodge in Lake Nakuru. We only stayed one night).
