Victoria Falls and Chobe trip
Cuckoo Safari was very patient with our group plan changes several times and it was very easy to communicate via email with quick responses
They were very promptly with pickup time
We were very pleased with Tatenda that he followed up with trip daily via whatsApp
The whole trip went smoothly. I would give 5/5 but because the trip to Victoria Falls wasn’t specify the duration and verbally stated that it’ll be at our own pace. Unfortunately we were rushed while the group was having lunch, therefore suggest you need to put the duration in writing and the tour need to mention about the poncho or raincoat to Victoria Falls wasn’t part of the package and need to tell the rental price in advance. When we talked to the other travelers at the lodge and they said their tour provided the poncho so I mentioned it to Simmon our tour guide and he provided the poncho to our group with no extra charge. Thanks Simmon for that

Wonderful Safari
We just got back from exploring Tanzania and had a spectacular time! Gilmag Safaris is by far first class all the way. Everything was perfect from the time Gilbert picked us up at the Kilimanjaro airport until he dropped us off at the Seronera Airstrip to catch our flight to Zanzibar. Wonderful accommodations and food selection everywhere we stayed.
We had an amazing African experience where we saw all kinds of animals and witnessed lions strategizing, killing, stalking, etc....saw the big 5! The service we received was outstanding start to finish. Nothing but praise for this safari company.

Once in a lifetime South African honeymoon
The trip in general was amazing, and planning coordination and expectations were on point. The reason for 3 stars is our first accommodation after over 24hrs of travel was overbooked. There was a lot of traffic due to a Formula E event in cape town so we had to get another Uber to another accommodation across town. This type of hiccup is the exact type of issue I wanted to avoid and have a flawless honeymoon. We had a tour starting early the next morning we had to get up extra early for and drive back across town because it was too late in the evening to notify the tour company our pickup location changed. Our travel consultant Vihann had been messaging on WhatsApp and told me to let him know if there are any issues. When I reached out to him he was unresponsive. To this day he has still not responded. Even if he apologized and said there’s nothing he could do, I would’ve felt better. It shows he truly did not care about our experience once he was paid. So minus 1 star for hiccup and minus 1 for lack of communication. Rest of the experience was A+.

Very helpful and good tour
I had a great experience with Lulu tours. The person I was in touch with for planning (Elvis) responded promptly and professionally and was always able and willing to help.
Even when the guide I had at times seemed a bit ill-prepared or unorganized, Elvis always made sure that everything ended up working out! The tour itself was very well balanced and interesting.

A straightforward booking experience with very good follow-up
We took a bit of a gamble on our dream safari to Madikwe and didn't book it until three weeks before we travelled - which meant that we could make a "short notice" booking and therefore save a lot of money on a safari which would otherwise have been out of our price range. Luckily for us, there was still availability at the wonderful Tuningi Lodge, and we had a truly memorable holiday there. We found Keith Chideme at Safari.com very easy to communicate with and quick to respond throughout the whole experience, and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone considering a similar trip.

Great country, where you can experience real Africa
I very much enjoyed viewing wildlife from a very short distance and experiencing indigenous culture in Masai Mara. People are very friendly. Food, facilities, roads and overall tourist service is of good quality.

WE HAVE JUST COMPLETED OUR 6-DAY SAFARI. WRITE FROM THE BOOKING COMMUNICATION WAS SUPERB FROM PENDO AND NICKSON. WE HAD A SMALL GLITCH, WITH AN 8-HOUR DELAY ON THE INCOMING FLIGHT, MEANING ARRIVING AT 1.30 AM AT KILIMANJARO, BUT THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM WITH PENDO, REGULAR MESSAGES STILL HAD OUR DRIVER, FOR THE TRANSFER, WAITING AT THE AIRPORT TO TRANSFER US TO ARUSHA CHECKING IN AT 2.45 AM, ALL WENT OFF WITHOUT A HITCH. THE SAME MORNING AT 8.30 AM WE MET BY GOODLUCK, OUR EXPERIENCED GUIDE AND DRIVER. HE WAS AMAZING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FUNNY, A VERY SAFE DRIVER AND ALWAYS EXPLAINING WHAT WE WERE DOING, AND HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE ANIMALS WAS EXCELLENT. COURTEOUS AND PATIENT WHEN WE WERE TAKING PHOTOS, AND ALWAYS GETTING THE BEST POSITION. HE WAS EXCITED, AS MUCH AS WE WERE, WHEN WE SPOTTED THE ANIMALS, ESPECIALLY THE RHINOS, LIONS, CHEETAHS, AND THAT SPECIAL LEOPARD, AMONG OTHERS. WE STAYED AT KITELA LODGE (KARATU) FOR 2 NIGHTS, SAMETU CAMP (SERENGETI) AND THE REMAINING 2 NIGHTS AT MT MERU HOTEL (ARUSHA) AND AIRPORT PLANET LODGE (KILIMANJARO). ALL ACCOMMODATION WERE 5-STAR, AND WE WERE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY. THE SAFARI WAS PRIVATE, JUST THE 2 OF US AND GOODLUCK MEANING THE ABILITY TO MOVE AROUND THE JEEP WITH THE ROOF OPEN TO TAKE THOSE MEMORABLE SNAPS, IS FANTASTIC AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. IF YOU ARE DOING A SAFARI IN TANZANIA AND WISHING TO SEE THE JAW DROPPING NGORONGORO CRATER AND THE AMAZING SERENGETI, LOOK NO FURTHER! LION KING ADVENTURERS IS THE ONLY COMPANY IN OUR VIEW.
