Last April 2023, I took a 2,5 week trip with key2africasafaris. It was an incredibly beautiful adventure that I will never forget. We visited Tarangire, where we saw many elephants and we spent a few days in the Serengeti where we could see the migration of the zebras and wildebeest, among other things. Then we drove to the Mkomazi park where I came face to face with the black rhino. An amazing experience! The personal attention, the expertise of the guides and the excellent service will always stay with me. I would recommend anyone to travel with this company.

Gems Tours were highly efficient, with excellent communication every step of the booking process.
We spent 1 night at Aquila Game Reserve and I was totally blown away by the excellent service from Gems Tours from the initial booking procedure to quick Whatsapp replies to queries the morning before we left. We were very pleasantly surprised by the value for money we got for what we paid. We had 2 lovely game drives, with free refreshments included which was amazing as it was very cold! The food was delicious with vegan and gluten free catered for and we ate like kings, with wonderful, friendly staff in both the restaurant and bar. The rooms were spacious, light, airy and private with enormous beds and awesome showers! All in all, we had a wonderful time!

Responsive and well arranged
I booked the 5 days safari package in short notice and Mohammed was responsive in arranging the details for me. He answered my questions and I felt assured that the safari is taken care of. I enjoyed the trip with the group and the guides were informative in finding the Big 5 and the other animals in the wild. A great experience overall. Thank you!

It's hard to put into words how perfect our safari was. We had been to Africa once before but just rented a vehicle and did our own thing. This was our first professional safari and we chose a 9 day safari through Tanzania. I'm a huge planner so my first contact with Soul of Tanzania was well over a year before our safari and Marta was my first impression. She was so polite, friendly, and informative right away that I knew I had the right company (I was working with a few other companies for quotes at the time). Over the next year, I peppered her with dozens of questions and she answered every single question with a virtual smile in a very timely manner, even right up to the day before departure! She continued her amazing customer service even after the safari. Marta, I can't thank you enough for curating the perfect safari for us!
We read so many reviews and had requested either Wilson or George as our guide. Marta assigned Wilson as our guide and we will forever be grateful for this! We ended up seeing the family that George was assigned to multiple times throughout our safari and they were absolutely thrilled with him too! Wilson was the most kind, patient, knowledgeable, safe, and understanding guide that we could have hoped for. He was our chauffeur, chef, server, guide, history professor, botanist, zoological expert, tracker, climate expert, animal behaviorist, etc. etc. He literally does it all and with the most incredible demeanor possible. He was so genuine that we really wanted to get to know him better. We learned all about his background, his family, his dreams, etc. He even celebrated his birthday with us! We did our best to make him a card with limited supplies in our tent and provided him with a very small gift as is customary in our American culture.
Wilson greeted us every morning with his trademark smile and explained the day to us. He always asked if we were satisfied with his approach and was always willing to change any plans on the fly. He has decades of experience and it really shows. He was able to place us in the most amazing positions for absolutely unforgettable animal encounters throughout the day, many times before another truck came anywhere near us! In fact, on only our second day of the safari (in Tarangire), we looked at each other and said "we've seen absolutely every animal we've wanted to see, many times over, what are we going to do for the other 7 days?? LOL". I really can't say enough about Wilson. He genuinely cares about you and knows this could be the only safari you might take in your lifetime. He will do whatever it takes to make it the best it can be!
Soul of Tanzania thinks of absolutely everything. Things you might not even think about like a vehicle that is ready for the tough roads ahead, call-aheads to make sure every lodge is ready for your arrival, food prep that is second to none (hot lunch, hot coffee, chilled wine, etc. in the middle of nowhere??), etc. I can't say enough about this company and I strongly urge you to book your safari with them. It is absolutely impossible that you will be disappointed. You will be so happy that you chose them and they will help you create the most memorable trip of your life!

INCREDIBLE Experience, From Start to Finish!
I have been on two other safaris before, but traveling with Viva Safaris was incomparable. The operation was well-run, well-communicated, and as advertised. The staff - from the drivers to the guides to the chiefs - were infectiously optimistic, skillful, and incredibly hospitable. The food was delicious, and the room featured one of the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in. There was a clear urgency to ensure every guest saw all of the Big Five, which we did. The pick-up at the airport and drop off back in Jo-Burg, by Soli 1 & Soli 2, was smooth & easy.
A special shout-out to Mama T for her delicious food and to guides KG (aka Mr. George), Lucky, Victor, and Andy for all of their efforts to make our trip so amazing!
Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience and would 10/10 recommend and travel with Viva again!

Excellent !!!
Jacky is the best! Right from day 1 she was helpful. She listened to our requests and came back with excellents deals and worked well with our budget. East cape tours are prompt and respond quickly. Even with the time differences, they come back with quick responses and work efficiently with their clients. I will recommend them to my friends and family for future travel adventures.

Accomodsting and showed us the best of the best
We loved our tour of Tanzania with Dream Adventures. Our accomodations were terrfic, people were friendly and saw so many cheetas, leopards , hyenas, lions , all of the big 5 and more! Dream Adventures took us to wear we wanted to go and had a six sense of where the animals would be. If you want a trip of a life time this is the company to be with!

The tour operators were very friendly, flexible and knowledgeable
I loved travelling with Key2Africa. I solo travelled with them for three weeks and, among other things, climbed the Kilimanjaro and did the walking safari and the Rhino sanctuary. They provide excellent service and the guides were always friendly, flexible and knowledgeable, making for a very wonderful, smooth and organic experience. Highly recommend this company and will definitely book with them again!

Simply the best!
can I say… this was simply AMAZING!!!
Suricata are incredibly professional and super efficient, from start to finish they kept communication open and we knew every step of the way what was happening. From Hilary on WhatsApp to Ali who greeted us at the hotel. Then we went on our safari which was life event we will not forget, we got to see the big 5 and it was just wow. We had an amazing driver Max who I greatly admire for his driving skill and his knowledge of the Serengeti. Not only that he had great care for the animals which he was such a comfort. Also a shout out to Rokki who very kindly went back to our lodge to get some stuff that we left behind when he really didn’t need to. Everyone we travelled with were just the most hospitable people. We stayed at the tented lodges in Serengity and Ngorro which were beautiful and the staff were great. We went with Suricata because of the reviews and they did not disappoint. Great job
