We are very satisfied and happy with our honeymoon.
The agency “Serene East Africa Safaris”, in the person of Lucy especially, has turned out to be a serious, professional and above all careful agency and ready to satisfy our needs and expectations. Lucy organized an exclusive and detailed honeymoon, leaving nothing to chance.
We spent 15 days in Kenya doing three safaris and staying in different lodges, where both the rooms and bathrooms were functional and clean; the service and staff are friendly and welcoming, the food is good and plentiful.
Our guide/driver, Linus, who accompanied us during the safaris by a private minivan reserved just for us is a brilliant person, protective, attentive, safely adventurous. In addition to providing us with various information about animals and plants that populate the savannah, it really wanted us to have an experience in Africa to be unforgettable and succeeded! Bravo Linus!
We spent the last few days at the Diani Sea Resort where the staff was attentive and willing to accommodate our requests and always kind; the room, the restaurants, the pool and the food really excellent and excellent enough to feel pampered and relaxed at all times.

Awesome service by the finest staff
Locally owned company, with earnest, hard-working, honest, responsible people, Tongesai and Alfred are the best. They catered well for all our needs and took the extra mile to make it better for us. Very comfortable vehicle. Though the company may be smaller/newer compared to other companies operating there, they certainly know their stuff and provided great service. Anyone going to Victoria falls and all the surrounding places should definitely go with them. They will take good care of you throughout the trip. Glad we had them while we were in Zimbabwe.

5 STAR to the drivers/tour guide of the itinerary, dissatisfied with the tour operator Robert
PLZ READ MY REVIEW AS A REFERENCE BEFORE YOUR BOOKING
Overral it's a fantastic experience of safaris in Kenya, I went different national parks or reserves with 3 different drivers, Stanley, Leban, Manifest, under their expertise, I saw all the BIG FIVE and other species of wild animals and birds, even stepping on Tanzania for couples of hours.
But I still wanted to highlight the problems I was facing, leaving other travelers a kind reminder.
1. Generally speaking, there is NO big difference to book a tour from any operator from this website. Cuz all budget tour they mix ppl with different group, for example, my Masai Mara tour, 8 ppl from 6 agencies, my Ambselli tour, other 6 ppl from 4 agencies.
2. Dishonesty of Robert: Operator Robert PROMISED me in email, his agency is the operator, but actually not even 1 driver is working for him. He's the guy attracting customers from website, hotels, streets etc. then he handled ppl to drivers/ tour guides. Therefore, the experience of safari good or not, definitely depends on your luck to meet a driver. So why spend so much time to compare different agencies here?
3. Robert PROMISED in email, single room is provided during the whole itinerary. But in Masai Mara, Ambesselli, 4 nights I stayed in a shared room (tripple room in Masai, the worst room in Ambesselli). even in Nakuru & Naivasha, i need to negotiate with hotels by myself to get a single room, reception said never receive the request from Robert! WHAT A BIG SHAME! After paying off the money, Robert broke all the promises and disappeared, no replying my emails and phone calls
4. the first day is diastrous, they picked up at 7am from my hotel, then we started the tour 10am, Robert spent 3 hours in downtown to looking for ppl and agencies to make up a group. then he asked 8 ppl packed in a 7 seated sedan, 4 ppl seated on 3 chair, 2 hour driving to meeting point... it was HORRIBLE... thanks God Koreans travellers are slim

Good service, everything well organised
We have booked a safari with Jimmy some months before the safari. Swahili Paradise Tours did a great job on making the safari. We had a good 4x4 car and food was good. There were no problems on the safari. We have seen beautiful spots in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. In the end, we skipped the Masaai tour (because it was too commercial). Unfortunately a refund could not be made. Our driver (Emmanuel) was the best driver we could imagine.
We do have some suggestions, because there is room for improvement. For example: the camping gear was old and dirty. It's better to fix better gear for more comfort. Also, we ended the safari in Lake Manyara, while it's better to start there (because it's not that impressive after you went to Serengeti).
After all it was a beautiful experience and we're happy that we've booked with Swahili Paradise Tours! Thank you Jimmy.

Thanks, Tasneem and Karibu organization. I have requested a good program to explore Tanzania safari opportunities and other destinations with my family. I think she offered us the best possible route with a family with kids. We have explored Serengeti savannas. The trips were tiring as the Serengeti is big!! We wanted to cover everywhere and this cost us sweat fatigue. Our first night in Melia Serengeti was wonderful. The management team (Thanks to Cesar Martines) took care of us after we mentioned about special requests (Halal Food). It was excellent.
You can just call Tasneem and mention about your requests. And then let it to her to arrange the rest!

I've travelled with Ruan to Botswana and Vic Falls, and everything was absolutely perfect, driving the truck, locations, accomodation, giving us all kind of explanations and stories about places, nature, animals and so on! He is really in love with his job and his Country, and he was able to manage a group of 9 from different nationalities. As I was the only Italian in the group, he has been very patient repeating instructions and explanations, 'cause my english is not so good. I absolutely recommend to travel with Ruan and his company!

Wonderful
I went on safari with my son to Tanzania and join a group tour to Kilimanjaro where we did a day hike and walking around through local villages of chagga, there after to tarangire, manyara, ngorongoro crater and serengeti. We had a very good impression on the arrival day at kilimanjaro airport and our guide was outside already waiting for us and take us to the hotel in Arusha, everything was perfectly arranged as we agreed during our communications with this company. We were in a group of three safari vehicles with several kids and all our safari guides were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable who really know a lot about their country, culture and people. We saw a lot but the most highlight was the wildebeests migration in the serengeti. We had a memorable trip with lots of good experiences. We recommend this company to anyone wants to visit Tanzania and safari!
