Upsetting: 5 different guides and groups during our 10 day safari
My partner and I did a 10 day safari booked through Pride of Africa Adventures and Safaris in June 2022. It has taken some time to leave our review as we were pressured by the staff at this company not to leave any negative feedback for them. I would like to share my experience, as I would hate for someone else to have a dream safari trip to include as much stress and tears as ours did. My partner and I were so excited to go on our safari, it was a dream for both of us as we are passionate about wildlife. However, once we arrived in Nairobi we realised this trip was not what we expected. We were passed between different companies, and over the 10 days we were with 5 different tour guides and groups of travellers. We were not told that this would happen, we were only expecting two guides one in Kenya and the other in Tanzania. It caused a lot of stress and upset throughout our trip as we were left not knowing where or who we would be meeting next, and we were sad to leave our fellow travellers who we'd met. One of these groups included a tour of two cars with 14 students, when our booking ensured we would be only in a group of 8 people maximum. This part of our trip was in the Serengeti and due to the large group everything was delayed and we did not get to experience the Serengeti as we hoped due to the wasted time trying to organised the students who were not that interested in the safari as they had come to Africa to study micro finance on a gap year. Although some of our guides were great and put a huge amount of effort into their job, others did not put the same effort which was upsetting. The wildlife was incredible and we hope to return to Africa and have a much more positive memory. We will not be booking again with Pride of Africa Adventures and Safaris and would not be able to recommend them

Mwita and Richard are the BEST!!!
I cannot recommend Lion King Adventures enough. Everything exceeded our group of 8’s expectations. From the moment they picked us up from the airport until the airport drop off on the last day was seriously top notch customer service. The lunch provided on Safari was SO good (I looked around at other lunches while at the picnic sites and LKA’s lunch beat everyone else’s by far).
Our tour guides Richard and Mwita are walking encyclopedias that took our experience over the top. The friendliest, most knowledgeable guys, we couldn’t have asked for better guides with us. They had an answer for every question we asked, were very patient with our rowdy group, and made sure we saw everything we wanted to see. Asante sana Richard, Mwita, and Lion King Adventures for the most unforgettable experience that made us never want to leave. We will miss you!!!

Emanuel is very responsive and well organized.
The tour was well organized and Emanuel even customized the tour for our party of 6 for an additional fee.
Our guide, Jackson, was extremely resourceful and friendly. He knew some great, isolated spots in the busy Serengeti park.

We absolutely loved the Masai Mara experience! Once in a lifetime experience! David was very accomodating with our dates to make it fit our changing schedules, and came to see us early monrning before departure to welcome and explain everything in detail.

Very hospitable and amazing
Hello everyone! Took the materuni culture tour and it was a blast and the experience of a lifetime. Batini Safari Tours Took care of everything from the time we Landed at Kilimanjaro Airport to exploring Moshi, Materuni culture to our departure when our time ended. I can't express in words how much of a awesome experience it was especially coming from Canada It was definitely different from my life back home. I'll share my favorite part, which was the materuni culture. In that part of the tour Iearnt how the materuni people have been sharing their coffee with the world along with singing and dancing to brewing the coffee preparing from scratch to the point of drinking it, after that we ate the local food there which was a taste of a life time. I want to say I'm so grateful for Batini Safari Tours and for the employees for what they did for me and my family. This was a trip I would definitely take again and suggest all you future travelers to try out.

Hyrax Safaris made it so simple from planning,organising and communication.I was dealing with Emma she was so wonderful all throughout from the planning giving me all the possible options from mid range to high.... explaining every single detail
we communicated through email.I don't know how she does it...I will get a reply back in a matter of seconds no matter what time of the day.Emma was un point.I didn't even hesitate to give her a down-payment for the Safari tour when she sent me a link.I know and I have a strong feeling that I could trust her.Emma was constantly reminding us regarding our e-visa and Vaccination status especially for the yellow fever. On the first day of the Safari tour everything what we agreed 4x4, gorgeous accommodation and the best game drive Driver Sammy he was so excellent of what he does.We feel so safe during the 3 days game drive @ Masai Mara National Resevve and very knowledgeable when it comes to animals in Masai Mara especially the big 5....I almost forgot Emma she was the one who organised our hot air balloon as well plus our local flights Mombasa,Malinndi, Lamu and back to Nairobi.I would highly recommend Hyrax Safaris and Emma to organised your dream Safari tour

Great company, great guide, custom 11 days safari
Great Company! I would like to thank everyone in Let's view Tanzania for making our Holiday a memorable one, starting from Aiwinia Temba ( Entrepreneur & Director of Let's view Tanzania) Guide Abdul Msangi who welcomed us at the airport to Abdul our great guide and driver.
We had organised a 11 days private safari, Aiwinia Temba was extremely helpful and accommodating to all itinerary and accommodation changes. Abdul was waiting for us at the airport the we went to the office to review our safari package and meet our guide/driver: Abdul who stayed with us for 11 days till he dropped us at the airport to fly to Nairobi.
I am planning to visit Tanzania again to climb Kilimanjaro and I would for sure approach Let's view Tanzania to arrange this future trip for me.

Amazing
I had an amazing 7-day safari adventure with Blue Mountains Safaris, visiting Masai Mara, Naivasha, Nakuru and Amboseli. Julia planned everything perfectly and made sure I had the best experience in Kenya. She was always in touch to check if I was happy and comfortable. I highly recommend Blue Mountains Safaris for their excellent service and reasonable prices. They are better than other travel agencies I have seen. My safari driver Jackson was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me spot the big 5 and many other animals. It was one of the best travel experiences ever!

Amazing team of people with good experience in submitting Kilimanjaro
I successfully attempted kili with the team from Kili slopes. They are very well experienced in climbing and are able to customise the hike based on your requirements. Everything on the hike was perfect, and I’d recommend them for climbing Kilimanjaro. They also have good tie ups for Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari (saw the big 5 and many more). Overall an amazing trip to Tanzania all coz of em.

Amazing experience!
We really enjoyed our tour with Primate Safaris, with Regan and Andrew. We went on the Murchison Falls Safari and because we were short on time, we went for 2 days instead of 3 days. The service provided was 10/10, it was very easy to book from overseas, all our questions were answered and they were very flexible about pick up and drop off (even collecting us early on the first day so we could fit more into our trip). The safari car we went in was amazing, food provided was great and the lodge we stayed at was lovely.
I would definitely recommend Primate Safaris and would use them again! Thanks so much for a wonderful trip!
