Best Safari Experience
Just had an amazing time with Ramble Africa Safaris! We explored Amboseli National Park and more and also got to see the ice-capped peaks of Mt. Kilimanjaro from a distance. Oh, and Diani Beach was pure bliss! The food was delicious, and the luxury accommodations were incredible. Our tour guide, Philip, was fantastic and knew so much about the places we visited. I do recommend Ramble Africa Safaris as value for money for an unforgettable experience!

Experience of a lifetime!
We went on a mid-range five-day safari with Suricata for our honeymoon. The experience was unforgettable and among the best experiences of our lives, with a great balance of excitement and relaxation. Our guide Mandela was incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife, skillful on the road, and an overall terrific person. Each park had unique terrain and offerings. Tarangire was a real highlight, with so many elephants and zebras and giraffes. For us, Lake Manyara was a bit of a let down, as we didn’t see much aside from baboons—in hindsight, we would have skipped it. Serengeti and Ngorogoro were both phenomenal. Overall, we were thrilled to see the big five, a great variety of wildlife, and a number of unique moments, including four lions lying by the roadside, a leopard that walked right past our jeep, a cheetah with her three cubs, and an elephant right outside our tent. We felt safe, well cared for, and well fed. The accommodations were great—they even upgraded us to their newly opened Suricate Boma Lodge, which was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. We had only a few minor issues—we had 30 and 60 minute delays at the gate entering and leaving the Serengeti, and a few days the game drives were a bit short (4-5 hours, less than the 6-7 hours advertised). That said, we would definitely book with Suricata again!

Amazing experience
We had an incredible experience with Bruno and Vitalis, they cared about each detail and we felt comfortable during the whole trip. Bruno is a great guide, he was looking all the time for best spots and gave us information animals and wildlife. Vitalis cooked nice local food for us, we really enjoyed a lot! Thanks for everything!

Perfect balance!
This was our first (5-day) Safari and it was truly magical. Paul, the owner of Roadside, was extremely responsive in the time leading up to our trip, and James, our tour guide, very knowledgable, without being imposing. He was able to answer any question we had about the animals, nature or the country and provided extremely interesting background information about Tanzania and its people that you cannot find in a guide book. At the same time, he left us our space to just soak up the experience without constant "entertainment". For us, the perfect balance. Also the itinerary and lodges were ideal. In sum, there is nothing we would have done differently - a perfect first safari really.

Super efficient travel company
Lilian and her team were amazing. Communication was superbly easy and we were in constant touch from start to finish. As well as Lilian taking the time to meet us before our Safari and afterwards. Any problems we may have had were swiftly dealt with and they went over and beyond to ensure we had a great trip.
Our guide, Solomon was incredible and was polite, funny, knowledgeable and a joy to spend time with.
The accommodation picked suited us very well and was different each evening. The safari camp, whilst being slightly rustic was extremely comfortable and a must do as you are really immersed in the African bush but with all creature comforts as an added bonus.
The wildlife sightings were incredible and we travelled by road from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. We had some memorable moments from close encounters with Cheetahs and a Leopard strolling on the road in front of us, to seeing juvenile lions try and take a buffalo down. Lots of wonderful vistas to enjoy and whilst the journey was bumpy at times, just sit back relax and let Zohar safaris take care of you .
We will be using this company in the future and we wish them all the very best in the future and hope that they can continue to stand out of the crowd in what is a very competitive market.

Good value and good to support a local company
We enjoyed our short safari trip (2 nights, from Nairobi) with KT and Safaris. Our game drives in Lake Nakuru National Park were excellent (with lots of lions!), the hike up Mount Longonot was amazing and the morning boat ride on Lake Naivasha was super interesting. The two lodges chosen were very comfortable and had good food. Dicky was always on time for pick ups and activities.
We were pleased to support a small local company and encourage others to do the same. It is good value and nice to know more/all of what you pay stays in Kenya.
However, it is worth noting that as a small company, the service from KT is not as slick or comprehensive as what you might get from the bigger or international firms. The vehicle for our tour was quite old and wouldn't have been suitable for children. Make sure you check exactly what's included when you book, make any expectations very clear and get agreements in writing.

5 star safari
After a few e-mails we booked our 5 day safari (1 day at Lake Manyara, 2 days at Serengeti Park, 1 day at ngorongoro park and 1 day at Tarangire park) and we hit the jackpot.
Your mainly contact was with the owner (Lilian) that was always available for any doubts and recommended two beautiful accommodations, particularly Manyara’s Secret Lodge.
They make you feel special every step of the way.
During the safari they prepare many surprises to us, such as bouquet of roses, champagne and wine.
The jipe was new and very comfortable.
Our guide (Tom) was enthusiast and knowledgeable about the animals and their habitats. Don’t hesitate to ask for him because he always knew where to find the animals and we saw all the big 5.
Don’t hesite going on a safari with Zohar. It’s a 5 star experience.
