Before arriving I was in contact with Maureen to arrange the safari. Her level of customer service was outstanding and made me feel comfortable that I had chosen the right company to book with. She replied to any questions I had instantly and always kept me updated on the itinerary.
The actual safari was amazing. Jeff was my guide and driver. He was great fun and made sure we got fantastic sightings of the big 5. Jeff never rushed the group, allowed us time to take photos and provided any information we wanted about the animals we were viewing. I would highly recommend him and Sunnycreek as a company in general.

Under average accommodation arrangement
The company have some messy arrangement on accommodation, and change or cancel the accommodation on last minutes.
Actually I enjoy the safari tour with the excellent tourist guide - John, who is knowledgeable and funny guide, and the driving skill is excellent. During the whole trip, he is willing to share his information to us , I really enjoy with the tourist guide.

This company suddenly changed my hotel and route of my journal. However, thanks to our professional and funny tour guide john, i enjoyed this safari trip. He is very helpful and imformative. He also shared a lot during the long drive between parks. We would love to find him again for next game drive.

The company changed the schedule one day before the tour. I need to stay in different hotel or camp site with my friends. But John is a professional tour guide and driver. Mike Haines (Safari & Company) has done it again! This is the second amazing trip he has put together flawlessly, first was in Tanzania in 2019 (17 days) and now in Kenya 2023 (21 days). When you are on safari you are reliant on your agent to have thought and planned everything out, not only does he do this flawlessly from the minute you land he finds ways to truly provide service above your expectations. The people he works with in the countries you visit are professional but more importantly warm, engaging, and caring individuals which ensures a wonderful time – always leaving with more friends than you landed with. Ronald was extremely friendly, and guided us on a great tour through Rwanda.
My friend and I booked a last minute chimpanzee trekking tour with East African Jungle Safaris. Our tour guide, Ronald, picked us up from the airport and drove us to our destination, providing additional stops along the way to show us a genocide memorial, and the King’s Palace museum. The chimpanzee trekking was incredible. We felt safe the entire time, and the accommodations, although very basic, were more than comfortable.

Very good experience with Kasake tours.
The people that run Kassel tours as well as our driver were really nice and accommodating. The driver (Julius) did a great job in showing us almost all of the animals there are in Mikumi national park. Would recommend to anyone.
