Hi Sedrick, I wasn’t sure where the best place to leave a review of our recent trip with Ngoni was so I thought I’d send it to you here first.
First of all I would like to say thank you to David for making our 8 day experience so incredible. He was a fantastic guide and made all our experiences extra special by making sure we got the best rangers, views, and opportunities to view the amazing animals in all the national parks.
We stayed in the most fantastic accommodation which exceeded expectations. All the staff at each venue went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The journeys between each national park were breathe taking, and again David made sure we got to see hidden gems such as the Crater Lakes. David’s professional knowledge on the game drives was excellent and we learnt so much from him. He made us feel very relaxed and was happy to answer any questions we had.
We got to spend a fantastic evening at Buffalo Safari Lodge celebrating my fiancés 30th birthday. David made sure everything was catered to and he helped to organise a surprise birthday cake for James. I am very grateful for his assistance with this.
We have had the most magical experience in Uganda. We feel incredibly blessed to have seen so much and be able to experience the wildlife, culture and history of the country. It truly is the Pearl of Africa, which David displayed to us so wonderfully. We cannot thank Ngoni Safaris enough for this organised trip of a lifetime and all the “behind the scenes” organisation that went in to making sure we enjoyed every minute. Wonderful trip in Kenya
This is our first time in Kenya, and when I was in China, I contacted this travel agency via email. It was very good and the response was very timely. We traveled for a total of six days to three national parks, all of which were worth visiting. Our driver and guide, John, was a very enthusiastic person who always smiled. He helps us a lot, driving is tiring every day, but he still often tells us where the animals are, his physical strength and eyesight are very good. Highly Recommend him to everyone!!!

Customized and efficient service.
SunUp planned my Safari to Masai Mara. The owner Chris was great to work with during the planning process. We loved our camp Illkeliani, the sunrise hot air balloon and visit to a cultural village. Our driver Q was awesome. He had so much knowledge of the game lands and animals. He also managed to find all 5 of the Big Five animals during our game drive. Awesome company; reliable, great communication and amazing experience!

Great organisation of safari n accommodation.
We had a very experienced guide cum driver Shabani. He was very informative n had a keen eye spotting animals n birds.
The tours n accommodation were well planned. We saw lots of animals n birds.

Great communication! Perfect tour operator
The whole tour from start to finish was incredible! We were picked up and transported to Mikumi, there were even pillows to sleep in the car in the way! We saw so many animals on the safari- lions, zebras, elephants, wilder-beast, water hog, monkeys, hippopotamus and more! Great food, accommodation and value for money! Caters for vegetarians/vegans too which is a bonus! The car was amazing! 360° views for taking pictures! I am very happy with this experience and would recommend to a friend!

Tour operator was lovely and was very supportive
Communication was great, tour operator was easy to get in contact with at all times. He checked in on us in the afternoon and in the next morning. He was also very punctual despite having to pick us up at the house at 4am to drive to the Mikumi Park from Dar es Salaam. It was definitely worth its money value. It was not expensive at all compared to the other tours however the accommodation was lovely and the entire trip was definitely worth more than we have paid for.

Amazing experience

Excellent service and experience
We had a great time with my wife in maasai mara and Nakuru for 4 days , our driver guide Jeremy was so excellent and knowledgeable and also informative, we didn't even notice the way the four days ended. I definitely recommend this company
