A great way to visit Kenya for the first time. When you embrace the heartbeat of Africa and the Kenyan way, the tour is well worth the money spent. Each day brought a new surprise. A family of lions around a buffalo kill in Masai Mara, the park teeming with life, seing Flamingoes and a Miriad of other bird life at Lake Nukuru, walking with game on Crescent Island and eating delicious local food along the way.
Stopping for a canyon walk at Hells Gate was another fantastic surprise.
Wow!!! I felt safe and well looked after.

Professional and friendly
We found Majestic on Viator and chose them based on their excellent reviews—and they absolutely lived up to the hype. Joseph responded quickly with pricing and availability, and we coordinated the rest of the trip through WhatsApp. Even with the time difference, he was always responsive, which made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free.
Our guide and driver, David, was fantastic. He arrived early for our 5:30 a.m. hotel pickup and was friendly, professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. During our visit to Nairobi National Park, he shared interesting facts about the wildlife, the park, and the challenges of balancing conservation with human-wildlife conflict, making the safari even more enjoyable.
After the park, we visited the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust elephant orphanage, which was one of the highlights of our trip. The work they do is incredible, and I highly recommend visiting—but be sure to book your tickets at least three months in advance since they sell out quickly.
Our final stop was a coffee shop with Maasai souvenirs. If I were doing the tour again, I’d ask to visit the Maasai Market instead for a more authentic shopping experience with local vendors.
Overall, Majestic delivered a seamless, professional, and safe experience from hotel pickup to drop-off. Joseph and David exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. A well-deserved five stars!

The only area that could be improved was the food. Unfortunately, it was often served cold and did not meet the level of quality we expected. We hope this can be addressed, as it would make an already amazing experience even better.

Excellent service, life changing experience.
From organization to the real drive, the experience was very smooth. Monicah knows her job and she did her best in planning and organization. Our driver Cephas Sandala was excellent. He made sure that we had the best view of wildlife and searched for the great five with a lot of determination and resilience. He also acted as a great tour guide by explaining about wildlife and answered all our questions. Overall experience was very satisfying and memorable.
