All the Big 5 with the Best Guide Around!
Immanuel was the best safari guide we could have ever asked for! He was so kind and accommodating the whole trip and he answered all of our questions. He has such a love for his country and the animals of the parks so his energy was electric! Even though he’s been doing safaris for a while now, he still has the same excitement we did for all the animals. He set up an amazing sunset spot for us our last night in the Serengeti, which was truly a once in a lifetime experience.
We were lucky enough to see cheetah chasing after prey, lions galore - literally like 20 of them in the Serengeti alone, and all of the big five! We had multiple times where our car was the only one near a lion or cheetah crossing the road and it was magical. Immanuel’s immense knowledge had our car positioned in the perfect spots multiple times for animal crossings before they even happened. We thought it was luck at first, but then we realized it was Immanuel’s knowledge of the animal behaviors that had our car positioned in the perfect spot each time.
Immanuel taught us so much about the animals and their typical behavior, that we are coming out of this feeling like experts! Each day he had a perfect picnic setup for our lunches of amazing rice, meats, and potatoes. He would even make us an afternoon coffee to keep us energized for the game drives. We had such a fun time with Immanuel and we cannot thank him enough for making this experience a once in a lifetime.
We cannot wait to recommend Lion King Safari and Immanuel to all of our friends and family that want to visit Tanzania in the future! All the lodges we stayed at were very comfortable with great food! We feel so lucky to have chosen this company as our safari experience - 20/10 experience!!

Well organized; made our vacation travels easy.
We used SkyLink to coordinate a range of activities while in Tanzania including hiking Kilimanjaro and safari in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. They helped us craft and then execute a packed itinerary. Nehemiah, our driver on safari was excellent and always there when we needed him as was our other driver between trips to the airport, hiking, etc in Arusha.

Incredible Experience!!!
We are a family of Spaniards who have had the great fortune of being able to enjoy a safari with Wito through the lands of Tanzania. I like to highlight several points, first that we were a family. We were hesitant to take the kids on a trip like this and finally decided to do it. It was a hit. Both the people of Wito, as well as the guide who attended us, behaved phenomenally, they were very attentive to the fact that we enjoyed a lot and showed the utmost professionalism and knowledge of the terrain. We were able to visit Arusha, Lake Manyala, the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro and enjoy an experience living with the Massai tribe... everything was great: treatment, locations, knowledge... the hotels were very well chosen... in short, if I were in your place and you are hesitating DECIDE. Wito is the best option. Thanks guys.

Suricata is efficient, precise and caring
I decided on my trip (as a solo traveller) at the very last minute. I had researched what I wanted to do but was skeptical about safety, schedule and being able to achieve what I wanted, especially on very short notice. When I contacted Suricata I found the initial and subsequent email and whatsapp communications to be very efficient and honest and this assured me of their legitimacy as a company. They were straightforward in what can and cannot be done by them and exactly what I can expect. They eliminated all ambiguity and doubts I had on my safety, legitimacy, health and security concerns as I knew nothing about living in Tanzania. And they did this through direct and prompt email/whatsapp dialogue. This gave me the confidence to book.
On arrival I endured luggage delay but was was well taken care of by Hilary, Ally and the team who reassured me every step of the way. They always had time for me.
My 5 day joining tour was amazing! Rocky, our driver and guide was simply the best in being safe, extremely efficient, calm and very knowledgeable on the animals, landscape, culture, people and systems in the places we visited (Lake Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorogoro crater). Rocky was the lynchpin in keeping everything together and yet creating the relaxed environment. The accommodations provided (mid range lodge) were perfect in every way and exactly what I was told they would be. There was nothing lacking. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting other persons as part of the tour as we all shared our experiences and obviously there were more eyes to look for the animals! We were a great team!
This was a most memorable adventure for me and Suricata's services made it all possible at great value. At every step of the way everything was precisely as described and communicated. There was nothing lacking in the tour responsibilities. Rocky kept us informed every step of the way. Things were like clockwork. In fact it was better than I expected. He willingly accommodated requests and extra stops so was flexible in doing what we wanted at the time.
The Tanzanian landscape is itself breathtaking and the animals...amazing!! Observing them really calibrates your mind on why we must preserve their home and the planet. This was time well spent.

They were amazing
Suricata safari gave me an amazing experience. Everything worked according to plan and even better than I imagined. From airport pickup to the game drives, top notch accommodation and the best customer service all at a very affordable price as compared to other tour operators. During a game drive, your tour guide can make or mar your trip, however ours (Mr James) was exceptional. He had good knowledge of the landscape, animals, plants and fruits and always gave good answers to questions. I highly recommend Suricata safari to anyone visiting Tanzania.
Thank you Hilary and Ally
Asante

Made the trip very memorable and makes you want to come back again and again
The tours were fabulous. Amazing, very well thought out in terms of moving between different types and pace of reserves, great accommodation and meals. Great value for money and Bernard went above and beyond to make sure it was a 5 star experience. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience!
I started working with Bernard when a client reached out about going on a safari and was a vegan. He was highly recommended and his communication was outstanding. Not only did he meet all expectations for my clients, he exceeded them. His follow up and determination to make sure I was happy along with my clients was a welcome change.
I was so glad to find Bernard and I look forward to working with him in the future!

It was almost everything that I dreamt it would be.
With the exception of one hiccup where the original pickup driver didn’t know where to meet the tour, it was an exceptional trip! Edward is a fantastic tour guide & knew where to go to find the animals that we wanted to see. We saw all of the Big 5 & were even lucky enough to see a black rhino in Lake Nakuru. The tour company even made an extra accommodation for us where we brought supplies to a school in Amboseli, which was an absolute treat. We will definitely book again with them!

Great choice for seeing amazing animals and breathtaking landscapes
My wife and I enjoyed a 5 day Chobe safari with Thaloganyo Phetolo (Thalo) and Sekanka Safari. The timing was early June, during the beginning of the dry season, where the nights were very cool and the animals were plentiful. The safari focus was on the Chobe; the landscape, birds and animals. The focus was not on pampering guests. A couple of examples come to mind. While we were out looking for lions, we passed another group that had stopped for afternoon cocktail hour. We enjoyed the wildlife and they enjoyed their drink. Another example is we had cold breakfasts (actually the same breakfast we normally eat at home) so that we could get out early to see the wildlife as the sun rose. Sekanka offered the type of travel we prefer; out enjoying nature. As we looked into a safari with Sekanka, all our questions were quickly answered and, thanks to their flexibility, we were on a safari that matched our schedule and the regions of the Chobe we wanted to see. During the trip, Thalo and his team were very accommodating, working with us as we fine tuned the day’s activities each morning. The equipment was clean and in good condition. My only complaint was I wasn’t smart enough to select an 8 day stay in the Chobe. I recommend Sekanka as a great choice for those who enjoy being close to nature, sleeping in tents, and experience Chobe up close and personal.
